Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Cooked to Perfection is Perfection.......2003-12-18

I loved this book. It's a little bit of history and a lot of great recipes! This past Thanksgiving I made my turkey following the Corella's recipe. It was the best turkey we ever had. I stuffed it the nite before, roasted it in the pan and it never needed basting. It roasted quicker than ever and was so moist. Everyone loved it. I also tried the crumb cake and it was great! Thanks for a great book.

5 out of 5 stars Try it, you'll love it!.......2003-12-02

Cooked To Perfection is an easy to use cookbook filled with wonderful kitchen tested recipes. If you like chocolate like I do, you'll love the homemade chocolate ice cream. It's so good, you'll never buy from a store again! Cooked To Perfection is a must have for any cookbook collection, and it would make a great holiday gift for the cooks (and not-so-cooks) on your list.
