Drexel University’s MAD Dragon records release their second full-length CD entitled XYX. XYX features songs by three of the Delaware Valley’s most acclaimed singer/songwriters: Trisha O’Keefe, Matt Duke and Julia Othmer. Students at Drexel University, under the supervision of Professor Jim Kline, recorded most of the songs on "XYX"

MAD Dragon Records, under the guise of Program Director Marcy Rauer-Wagman, is part of Drexel’s music industry curriculum, a degree program that introduces students to the business aspect of the music industry through a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. Students enrolled in Drexel’s music industry bachelor degree program, housed in the College of Media Arts & Design, complete part of their course requirements by managing all aspects of the MAD Dragon label, including production, songwriting, recording, marketing, copyrights, contracts and distribution.
