About the Artist
Wonderful Johnson has had an amazing two years. What is more amazing is where Tim McGeary started in 1999 and where he is today. In 1984-1985 Tim was signed to A&M Records in a band called the Rescue. Tim took a break and began writing new material. As the years passed the material changed but always maintained that great songwriting genius. In early 2000 Tim decided to mail a few packets out to movie and television producers. Tim was amazed when Wonderful Johnson songs where being played on TV Shows including Smallville (WB) , Prey (ABC), Girl Got Moe (HBO). Tim's music caught the ear of BRPM owner Scott Lepore who immediately signed Wonderful Johnson to his management firm. In an extremely short amount of time BRPM added John Hampton (Gin Blossoms) producer to the mix. The final result is the album you can purchase here today.
