About the Artist
Nikki Lamborn the lead singer is one of the most talented vocalists in the music world today with a voice so powerful and moving it can knock you off your feet. Roger Daltry, who has dueted with Nikki many times, once gave possibly the highest accolade when he said " Nikki is the best female vocalist since Janis Joplin, and I should know what I am talking about, I knew Janis!" This has been proved over and over again by the audience reaction to her live stage performances. Nikki has recently taken part in an episode of the Channel 4 series "Faking It" where she helps a classical singer become a rock singer. This was televised on 10th February 2004.
Catherine "The Been" Feeney is not only an incredibly talented keyboard player and occasional guitarist; she is the main composer and inspiration behind the songs that together with Nikki's voice make Never the Bride unique.
Murray Gould on lead guitar can only be described as a phenomenally talented guitarist and we are very excited to have him in the band. He has played live and in the studio with Elton John and has recently been involved on recordings in the Dido and Faithless camp. Other credits include writing 'Ballet Black' for the English National Ballet and an album of Surf music, surfing being his next passion to guitar playing.
Gordon Davis on bass guitar His recording and touring credits include working with Jon Bon Jovi, Dave Stewart, Robbie Williams and George Clinton.
John Tonks on drums has played and recorded with many artist the latest of those being Lemon Jelly and Paul Oakenfold
Collectively a force and power not to be missed!
