Famed for her involvement in the Velvet Underground & being one of Jim Morrison's lovers, Nico was discovered by Andy Warhol & appeared in the film 'Chelsea Girls' before being asked by him to perform with the Velvet Underground. The 70's resulted in a period of change for Nico & she emerged in the 80's to play over 1000 concerts within a seven year period.
