Her brand new cd Fireworks and Karate Supplies was produced by John Parish in Bath, England with additional tracks by Paul Mahern. (Parish best known for producing Tracy Chapman, The Eels and PJ Harvey; Mahern for Over the Rhine and John Mellencamp). A lover of a well-crafted and passionate song Jennie has set her standards high by carving out her own style, specifically a "hippie-soul-gospel- bluesy-folk-rock type thing" in DeVoe's words. Previously on her own, DeVoe released two studio cds - with sales exceeding 30,000 from the stage - and one live album that have won awards and appeared on major television shows such as Joan of Arcadia, Dawson's Creek, Time of Your Life. The new cd has already been getting radio adds on WTTS, Indianapolis, WTPI, Indianapolis and WOKI, Knoxville, TN – along with a page of college radio from past radio play.
