About the Artist
Big James is the trio straight out of the Crescent City of New Orleans. The guitarist/vocalist/saxophonist is teamed up with a seven-string bassist as well as an amazing percussionist, to make one of the best up-and-coming funk rock groups.
Product Description
Independently released by New Orleans-based band "Big James," this newest album is busting open the tight pocket of progressive rock. With the eclectic infusion of jazz, funk, and other diverse styles, "Waiting for Nothing" is the bright direction rock music is headed. The trio showcases their talent in the use of timpanis and timbales to seven-string bass and saxophone, from basic timings and structures to complex, beautiful rhythms. The first singles being released are "Lighthouse," "Seven Years" and "People Change."
