The album: This is the first album by this japanese band, and its music is something definitely brand new! It’s a sort of clever fusion between free jazz, experimental music, zeuhl music… 6-North ‘s music could be brought near Magma, Weather Report, Robert Fripp, Robert Wyatt, but above all it has its own and specific identity. Led by bass and keyboards player Hideaki Shima, this band includes two keyboard players, guitars, drums, sax, and sometimes vocals! It’s impossible to describe this dreamlike music, sometimes harsh and sometimes contemplative: just listen and enjoy!
