About the Artist
In 1994, Ola Andersson, Jarry Sahlin, and Thomas Erlandsson founded A.C.T. During their musical studies in Malmö, they came across singer Herman Saming. Bss player Peter Asp completed the formation. In 1996 A.C.T. recorded their first demo, which was sold out in two weeks' time. They participated in the largest and most important competition in Sweden and made it for the finals. Another high light of their career was their live appearance as guest band for YNGWIE MALMSTEEN. Their rather impressive debut album "Today's Report" came out in 1999. Press and fans alike were of the same opinion, they favoured their bombastic sound, the talented musicians, the quality of the song material, the great production, and the perfect balance between modern pop and symphonic rock. Shortly after that album came out, A.C.T. went on Scandinavian tour with SAGA.
Product Description
Another great Melodic Rock import brought to you by NEH Records. For "Imaginary Friends", their second album, A.C.T. was able to get producer Johan Ederfors. Some songs have been added with real string orchestra, and the result is just flabbergasting and simply overwhelming. Progressive rock that gets you off your seat - MADE IN SWEDEN - Now imagine!
Imaginary Friends,A.C.T.
