"Helps Me Remember", 7minds' third full-length CD demonstrates the band's experience in the recording studio as well as their veteran songwriting. Easily their most professional, cohesive album, this disc is chock-full of potential radio darlings. The "Chicago" style horns fit so snugly into the guitar, bass, and synth-driven songs, you'd need to have them surgically removed. The vocalists show off their ever improving technique, expressing a far wider range of emotions than on the previous two albums. All in all, this album is good stuff.
