Opshop are a five-piece band from Auckland & are the second signing to the Siren label that has made Goldenhorse a household name. The album was recorded last year at Auckland's York Street Studios with Brady Blade doing the production duties (he recently produced Brooke Fraser's album), & was then mixed in LA by Danny Saber who is well known for his work with artists like U2, David Bowie & Madonna. The album has been preceded by three singles, 'Nothing Can Wait' - 'Secrets' (featuring Noam Chomsky which was a major coup for the band) - 'Saturated', with a fourth to come - 'No Ordinary Thing' featuring Brooke Fraser on piano.
