There are some amazing high-lights in this video that just remind a person exactly why Michael Jackson reached such off-the-scale stardom in the first place.

There is the performance that he put on at the MTV Awards in about 1995, which gives you the Billie Jean performance all over again - only much better. By now, Michael Jackson has developed with an extra inner magic as an addition to what he already had. He is even slicker and even more cool.

Among many of my favourite short films is Earth Song. Not only is it a hugely powerful song but, combined with the powerful visual images, it reaches the heart and imagination with great impact. This work is hugely unconventional and deep with meaning. It just took my breath away.

"Michael Jackson: History on Film, Vol. II" demonstrates the artist's growth and development since those incredible old days.

Ummm this is the best...I love INCUBUS so so much and I watch this at least once a week...I have all their dvds and they are ALL amazing. This band is so wonderful and diverse. Incubus has done many many different things and its always amazing. BEST band EVER!!!

here's a DVD to sink your teeth into.......2004-11-22

This DVD is of Incubus on the Sno Core tour with System Of A Down (Serj makes an apperance in one song), Mr. Bungle, and others. This is what to watch if you want to see what Incubus can do in concert. The thing that makes me like them so much is the way they mix things up. They're not afraid to do an extended version of a song, or change up the lyrics somewhat. Another reason this is such a good DVD is because of the little scenes in between a few songs. It really shows you that Incubus really do love what they do, and have a good time doing it. I really like how they mixed show clips too, it's interesting to see how they can change from show to show. Also, their song choices couldn't have been better. They play all of my favorite songs from S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and Make Yourself. They also play them perfectly, Brandon shows that he doesn't need vocal help like some lead singers do nowadays. Mike gets to show how good he is at playing guitar on here too, he really is amazing. The band as a whole prove that they are one of the better bands to see live. The sound quality by the way is really good, especially if you have surround sound.

Just a few of the best songs are Favorite Things, Pardon Me, The Warmth, and Redefine. Like I said though, every song is great, there is no song on here I would change. I reccommend this DVD to any Incubus fan in search of a good DVD of them. The extras alone are worth the price though (there is a TON), so pick it up for a great performance from a spectacular band.

i bought this origionally for the music videos, i had never seen the stellar video.but i got this home, stuck it in the dvd player and was happily engrossed in viewing pleasure for 2 hours. the acoustic shows are great. the live concerts great, everythings great.i know that people are complaining about the music in the menue creens and the fact that you have to keep clicking for the different shows and features but i really dont care, i love it, i think its better than "the morning view sessions" as there are more special features on here than that disc, plus there was more work put into this one, dont get me wrong i love them both but this is better.
if you like incubus then get this, even if you dont, get it, you will not be disappointed!

This reel of highlights from Ultimate Fighting Championships, tournaments in which men enter an octagonal ring and do battle by punching, wrestling, and kicking, begins by showing rotund Tank Abbot, who has since moved on to comparatively benign environs of World Championship Wrestling, being kicked to defeat by a much smaller opponent. Those sorts of surprises abound in Ultimate Fighting. The outcome is impossible to predict in a bout that may end, as one does on this video, with a flurry of punches followed by a knee delivered to a defensive opponent's lowered face, culminating by a final kick to the side of the head of the suddenly wobbly fighter. This sort of action will no doubt horrify boxing purists, and some of it will be too brutal for the tastes of those who prefer the cartoonish violence of professional wrestling. And while most of these matches feature fights between opponents who, rather than brawling mindlessly, cagily circle each other and choose their opportunity to strike, when the action does happen, it's vicious. Many of the matches draw blood, and it's not unusual for a man to suddenly pound his opponent unconscious. If you're a fan of the novel sport of Ultimate Fighting, you'll love this, but prepared to be shocked if you're not. --Robert J. McNamara

Some shortened fights but overall a good DVD.......2006-09-13

Now here are the fights in order on the disc. It starts with like 5 shortened(edited) fights and then shows you whole matches half way through.

HUGO DUORTE VS TANK ABBOT-great short fight, certainly one of the more memorabe endings.

MARK COLEMEN VS PETE WILLIAMS-they only show the overtime but I am glad I saw at least that portion.

VITOR BELFORT VS VANERLEI SILVA-quick match, you can guess why most likely.

JERRY BOHLANDER VS. TITO ORTIZ-they pick the fight up about 10 minutes into the round and pick show the rest of the fight into the overtime. Kinf of a borign match but you can see that Tito found the ground game early on in his career and stayed there. Also look for Ken Shamrock coaching Bohlander.

BAS RUTTEN VS. TSUYOSHI KOSAKA-they pick this one up about 9 minutes and 40 seconds into it. This is a real dissapointment as it would have been nice to see the entire fight.

TITO ORTIZ VS GUY MEZGER-big John Mcarthy, you gonna call this one or are you gonna let this guy die? Again Ken Shamrock was coaching Tito's opponent.

TRE TELLIGMAN VS PERDO RIZZO-part 1. This is where the DVD starts showing the fights in their entirety. This is a great short match.

FRANK SHAMROCK VS TITO ORTIZ-great match, if you haven't seen it I won't spoil it. I know that I was very pleased with the ending.

ROYCE ALGER VS EUGENE JACKSON-oh man what a great(fun) fight!

BRAD KOHLER VS STEVE JUDSON-you have got to see this just to see Kohler's arms. They are seriously the biggest pipes in the UFC.

YAMAMIYA VS EUGEN JACKSON-not a great fight but a good boxing match and a good ending.

PEDRO RIZZO VS TSUYOSHI KOSAKA-slow match but some viscious kicks from Rizzo.

So some of the fights are short, some are edited, all are worth watching.

Quite Horrible.......2006-07-11

Just terrible and not worth the money. The fights are horrible and the fighters have very little skill. Puchase PRIDE instead where the best fighters in the WORLD come to fight.

Steve Judson and Mark Coleman probably don't own this DVD.......2006-03-17

These are some great fights from the mid-stages of the UFC. The DVD takes you from UFC 17 through UFC 23, selecting some of the best fights to be revisited in this volume. Although the bulk of the footage is just from really good fights, there are a few legendary knockouts here.

We get to see Tito at the beginning stages of his rise. We see him here in UFC 18 & 19 - and we also get to see him getting his first taste of talent at the level of Frank Shamrock early in his career.

Pedro Rizzo makes a few appearances on this collection. His strikes are always blazing and precise. Eugene Jackson also has a few good fights included.

This is a good collection. There are certainly boring moments, but the action always picks up quickly. The knockouts of Mark Coleman and Steve Judson alone are worth the price of the DVD. These fights were previously only available on VHS - so they make a fine addition to your UFC and mixed martial arts collection.

Kinda sucks, only 2 good fights........2004-11-25

Disappointing. The Bas Rutten vs. Tsuyoshi Kosaka is good, just because I like Bas. Steven Judson vs. Brad Kohler a good one, Brad Kohler knocks Steven Judson out cold, with one right hook kinda punch right to the head, and then Steven Judson flops kinda lifeless to the ground. Every other fight was disappointing; they just circle around batting jabs at each other, or the just lay on top of each other for the whole time. The announcers get really annoying, right from the beginning. And they don't show the whole fights, they cut in like 9 min into it, or skip a middle part. There are 12 fights all together, but I wouldn't recommend this, because even the Bas Rutten fight isn't that great. Maybe Vol.1 is better I don't know.

Seventeen performances by some of the many pop and rock acts who appeared on Ed Sullivan's variety show during its heyday are on display in this, the second of the Ed Sullivan's Rock 'n' Roll Classics boxed set's nine discs. "Chart Toppers, Volume 2" is somewhat short on star power; Smith, Oliver, Spanky and Our Gang, and the Brooklyn Bridge aren't exactly household names, then or now. But there are some interesting oddities here as well, such as the Beach Boys appearing without Brian Wilson for "Do It Again" and Karen Carpenter playing drums on the exquisite "We've Only Just Begun." As is the case elsewhere in the boxed set, some songs appear to have been edited for length, and the frequent lip-syncing (or singing live to prerecorded tracks) is a drag. Please see my comments on Volumn 1 because the same holds true here. A wonderful set of great old time rock and roll but at a ...price from the price gougers....Rhino Video. How can they justify [$$$] (suggest list) for only 60 minutes of entertainment. Look at Fox Video who have released classic TV shows in complete sets of 24 episodes for an entire season for just [$$$]. That is 9 hours of entertainment for about #10 to [$$$] over what Rhino is charging for one hour. I hope everyone who buys this edition or the complete set takes time to write to Rhino and complain about their price gouging. There is no excuse....they could have combined set 1 & 2 on a single disc and at [$$$] it would have been a fair price. Hey, if they have a liscense to release the Ed Sullivan Shows they have the ability to offer all kinds of sets....Rock & Roll, Comedy Classics, Holiday Classics, Great Performers, etc. There in no reason to get greedy with their first offering.

Synching is off.......2005-04-23

I like the songs on this compilation HOWEVER, the audio and video is off about 1/2 second or 1 second depending on the song AND this is the second one I got (I exchanged the first one since audio and video was not in synch). For $15, its not worth the two trips I have had to make to buy this. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to go back to the store. How many will I have to exchange before I get one that is in synch???

I bought the first Now Dvd when it came out in 2003 and found it ok so I bought this one and honestly, just have few good videos.
I think that the best videos are: No Doubt "IT'S MY LIFE", Good Charlote "HOLD ON", Christina Millian "DIP IT LOW", Black Eyed Peas "HEY MAMA", Chingy with Ludacris & Snoop Dogg "HOLIDAE IN", Jessica Simpson "WITH YOU" and Norah Jones "SUNRISE". The rest are just to fill the Dvd. And about calling this the best video collection of the year, that's so funny. Where are great videos as Kelis "Milkshake", Enrique Iglesias "NOT IN LOVE" or Maroon 5 "SHE WILL BE LOVED", just to name a few.
I hope that Now can release a good one this year.

I purchased the 1st Soul Jam about 3 months ago and was so impressed by the performances i logged onto amazon and ordered number 2 soon after.What a differance half a concert makes.Most of the guys in the Dramatics seem ready to keel over at any moment and all seemed to have lost there voices.Cuba Gooding absolutely destroys Everybody Plays The Fool as he is every bit a fool on this one.As for the rest of the performance all lack the bravado and energy of the 1st C.D.Why is this one night show split into 3 D.V.D.'S.I'll tell u why,money,mulla,cashola.This could easily have been on one disc as all the top hits are on the 1st and best of the 3 D.V.D's so save your money and just pick up the 1st one.

Upon receiveing this Dvd I placed it in my player and sat back to watch it.I was impressed with the performance of each group.I thought By purchasing This Dvd Without any other reviews that I would see Such entertainers as Skip mahoney & the Casuals,Black Ivory,Ebonys Some of the less Popular groups of the 70'sThis Dvd contains.Stylistics, Dramatics,Chi-lites,Delphonics,Harold Melvins's Bluenotes & cuba Gooding Jr.This dvd should included a history of each group as extra.
