I've got Camel's Footage I, Footage II, Pressure Points, the this disc, Coming of Age. Although the Footage duo has some great archival video, Coming of Age is by far, the best performace by Andy Latimer available on disc. Blistering, evocative guitar, great band, wonderful camera angles capturing the overwhelming majority of Latimer's virtuoso performance.

It's not the old Camel, but if you want the most and best of Latimer, or if you want to buy just one DVD of Camel, or just want to try something new and GREAT, this is the DVD for you!

Camel was always one of my favorites. Camel started as one of the leading progressive rock bands in UK, unfortunately, it never got the recognition deserved. While developing in music, Camel' music moved on to a mixture of rock with all kinds of other influences backed by the amazing music imagination and guitar playing of Andy Latimer. The show starts with well known music pieces like "The Snow Goose" but, as it goes further down the road, the music comes darker, and a kind of a mourning songs and heavy feeling comes to you and its obvious that the music comes from the roots and heart and soul of Latimer ("Harbour of Tears" is, of course, a good example). The band supports Latimer all the way (especially Bass. You can see the blind understanding between him and Latimer). I liked it a lot and I do think that it's a must.

Camel Coming Of Age Concert DVD.......2005-04-07

This film captures the British prog-rock band Camel performing a show in 1997 for the 25th anniversary of their first album. In addition to the concert, the DVD has footage of the band backstage preparing for the show. It is a pretty good performance, and a must have if you are a fan as it shows that the band maintained their prowess through the years.
