It has all of the same tracks that are on the CD, with no real extras, but it's KISS! The band is mostly Paul, Gene, Eric (Singer), and Bruce. For the last four songs Ace and Peter come on and have an all out KISS-fest! All of the songs sound fantastic, especially "A World Without Heroes" and "See You Tonight". The crowd pleasing "Nothin' To Lose" is great and ends with the compulsory "Rock And Roll All Nite"!

Enjoy it! But you'll want to buy the CD to go along with it....

Why is this DVD sooooooooooo hard to find????.......2006-06-14

I recoeded Unplugged on MTV but, the tape is old and really worn out. I shoud throw out the tape but, I don't want to do that without replaceing it with the DVD. It's a good show but, I'm not gonna pay 200+ bucks for a used copy. I'd rather have Unplugged then Rock The Nation. I say Re-Release This Great Show.

I Should Have Been There.......2005-10-10

This DVD has a CD to it that not every KISS fan, but every rock fan should listen to at least once. I really never expected the acoustic KISS to be good but it really is. It is much more calm, and much more mature sounding. They didn't play any of the hard core songs like Strutter, but the songs they did play went great with the acoustic sound. Another thing I was surprised about was that Ace showed up! I was worried that he would have skipped out on this because of past relations with the band. The concert went great. The fans were cheering by the time it got to Rock N Roll All Nite, which also was a good acoustic version. So if you are interested, or already listening to KISS, you should definitely get this DVD or CD.

Kiss Rock Unplugged.......2005-08-20

Kiss rock hard in this one and its interesting to see the reunion.The songs they chose sound great unplugged and there is some songs they never usually sung live,but are here such as "Comming Home" "See You Tonight" and "A World Without Heroes".All of the songs sound great unplugged.
This is not your normal Kiss,you wont find blood spitting and fire blowing here.Also the atmosphere is far softer than a normal Kiss concert.But musicly its great,and a fine effort.

Well, because this DVD simply explains how the band got back together. It shows a human side of them that most people who aren't familiar with KISS don't know.
All the songs are well worked, well planned and well played! They worked really hard and the songs turned out to be simply WONDERFUL!
Buy it! You won't regret!!
