Great Concert.......2007-03-03
I went to the concert and very much enjoyed it. A friend got it for me for Christmas. Great gift for a No Doubt/Gwen Stefani fan.
Entertaining & Not for kids........2007-02-18
It has a cool concert but is more like a documentary and a peek into the personalities of the band. I enjoy the extras more than the concert. Not to take away from the concert, it is still great. You get to see what each band member is like and know a bit about who they are and what makes them the way they are. If you have little kids, don't watch it with them: occasional swearing/adult language and topics. Inspiring, funny and entertaining!
NO DOUBT does it again!.......2004-11-29
You may have been to a ND concert and wished it lasted forever, but that doesn't happen. I always will remeber the live concert I went to but this reminds me of it so I bought the DVD. It is really great, the sound quality is awesome as well. IN some other reviews, people were saying that the camara moves too much but I don't know what they're talking about beacause it really doesn't bother. Unfortunatly I diidnt get TK live dvd. I'm waiting for it to be released on dvd in 2005. This dvd also has some old songs like trapped in a box, different people, and my favorite total hate 95! It also has great speacial features. I love seeing them backstage and they is a lot of that. My favorite special feature is tony's pirate eye. It is hilarious. I recommend this dvd to any no doubt fan and new comers as well! I hope you enjoy it! What are you waiting for? Get it now!

Overall, its pretty average. Gwen should be a solo artist and compete with Britney, Madonna, Hilary, Shakira, Christina & Kylie. The video collection is much better.
i liked this dvd a lot.......2004-06-21
Well, I've been hearing No Doubt on the radio and stuff for years and just recently got their CD with the singles throughout their career. I liked it so much I decided to get this DVD. I've seen them on TV for award shows and things and I knew Gwen was an amazing performer. She jumps around and the whole "Just A Girl" thing with "What you looking at?" and Gwen doing push-ups is great. This was a good concert with good sound quality. I love the music and they are a very entertaining band to watch. They move around a lot and wear cool outfits. There's 4 bonus songs on here with other special features too. There's an interview with the band and other features that just show footage of the members doing stuff. Lik Adrian golfing and drumming and playing with his kid or Tony talking about opening a pirate shop or Gwen as a Pussycat doll.

Rock Steady Live is a pretty good DVD, except I wish the band would've performed more Rock Steady tracks like Making Out, Rock Steady, and Waiting Room. Besides that, the best part of the show is Just a Girl. That's about the peak of the DVD.

Great concert I can't stop watching it over and over. Completely stunned at the victorian attitude of americans regarding swearwords, c'mon it's the 21st century! All of us have said one at one time or another so what's the big deal! Unbelievable! Anyway! BUY IT F word or not!

The band is great, Gwen is horrible. She reminds me of porn, she had the make-up caked on, and she is obviously got very little talent.

GWEN STEFANI ROCKS IN HER OWN STYLE, YELLING AND FEELING THE MUSIC COMPLETELY. ADDING A BIT OF PERSONAL FLAVOR TO EACH SONG TO MAKE THE CONCERT IN LONGBEACH (NEAR HER HOME TOWN) UNREAL FOR THOSE WHO ARE SO LUCKY TO BE THERE. HER MOVES SHOW JUST HOW MUCH SHE ADORES WHAT SHE DOES. HER SONGS MAKE HER REAL. GWEN STEFANI IS SOOOO FRICKEN HOT!!!

Overall the DVD was good, and I was pleased with ND's performance and Gwen's voice and the song selections. The only disappointment is Gwen's f-word. While it is to be expected of "rockers", it's just annoying because it made Gwen seem phony, and she already has a unique personality and doesn't need to sound "tough". Maybe if she just said it once or twice would be okay.
