Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT DVD!!!.......2003-12-03

THIS DVD IS THE PHATTEST DVD MONEY CAN BUY! THESE SONGS BRING YOU BACK MEMORIES AND MAKES YOU FEEL ALL ENERGENIC AND YOUNG AGAIN. THE GOOD PART ABOUT THE DVD IS, THEY SHOW ACTUAL VIDEOS OF THE SONGS FROM THE REGULAR CD. I WAS EVEN HAPPIER WHEN THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED JANE CHILD'S VIDEO "DON'T WANNA FALL IN LOVE". I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SEE THAT VIDEO AGAIN. HER VIDEO IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AND SHE'S MY ALL TIME FAVORITE ARTIST. IF YOU FEEL HESITANT ON BUYING THIS DVD, I WOULD RECOMMEND IT, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE THROWING A DANCE PARTY AND YOU WANT TO DANCE TO SOMETHING THAT WILL BRING YOU BACK IN TIME.

4 out of 5 stars videos from back in the day.......2002-06-11

it was great to see videos from when I was in junior high (actually 7th and 8th grade in a catholic school)...anyway, my only problem with it is the editing. Why did they decide to make the DVD sound like the CD instead of putting the album versions of the songs? The DVD has the same mixes that are on the CD.

5 out of 5 stars PARTY DVD.......2001-06-09

HAVING ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THS ON CASSETTE AND VHS, IT WAS INEVITABLE THAT I BUY IT ON CD AND DVD WHEN I UPGRADED. THIS IS THE PERFECT PARTY DVD (ALONG WITH VOLUME 2) TO POP INTO THE PLAYER AND CRANK UP. IT'S A TREAT TO WATCH A TONY! TONI! TONE! VIDEO AND YOU CAN ALWAYS SKIP OVER THE EMBARRASSING STUFF (VANILLA ICE). TURN IT UP.

5 out of 5 stars TOTALY 80S COOL.......2001-04-08

BUY THE DVD IF YOU LIKE 80S MUSIC AND VIDEO.(LIKE ME) YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. A NICE INVESTMENT IF YOU ASK ME. VOL.2 IS EVEN BETTER. PEOPLE KNOCK ON THE OLD VIDEOS, BUT I KEEP TRYNG TO SAY. WONT MOST VIDEOS CORNY BACK THEN? THEY WERE STILL FUN. AND THEY BRING BACK MEMORIES. AS FAR AS QUALITY IN PICTURE AND SOUND, IT'S GREAT. BRING ON SOME MORE. I'LL BUY THEM.

3 out of 5 stars Videos from my college years.......1999-10-21

A collection of videos from Club MTV days. Turn This Muther Out, Poison, Feels Good, Knocked Out, Think, Play That Funky Music, Tom's Diner, Knockin Boots, The Humpty Dance, Don't Wanna Fall in Love, and Personal Jesus. Fair quality video but the ends of the videos run into each other. It has a nice menu system that lets you jump to any video and it plays the Club MTV theme (Downtown Julie Brown days!). I am satisfied but don't expect a "Criterion" level of DVD.
