LOVE it!!.......2007-04-28

I love hearing where the songs and some of the lyrics come from and I love getting to know the artists behind the concert. In the special feature where Melissa and her band are commenting on the concert, I got more of where the songs/lyrics come from as well as some great insight into who each person is and how they work together so well. I actually watched the special feature FIRST before watching the actual concert. I gotta say, I don't know which I like better!!!

Lucky DVD.......2006-08-16

DVD came with in a week and was in very nice shape. Upon playing everything worked well. The DVD its self is a must have for any Melissa Etheridge fan out there. As usual the concert is awsome and there is bonus behind the scenes footage and an interview with Melissa. I highly recommend it!

If you're a Melissa Etheridge fan this is an absolute MUST HAVE!! This DVD blew me away...over and over again! The concert footage is so perfect `cause you basically get to see Melissa in concert whenever you feel like popping in the dvd...in the comfort of your own home. There's no question she's an incredible talent...and her new CD is a testament to it. The concert has mostly her new music, so if you liked her new album, you're gonna LOVE this dvd....And if you're a fan of her older music, there's some of this for you to enjoy as well. And that's just the beginning! I've never seen a dvd with such amazing extras. It comes with an "A day in the life" documentary, concert commentary, and an interview with Melissa. All these extras do the same for you as her music...they make you feel. I recommend this live dvd to everyone who listens to Melissa's music....whether religiously or here and there. ENJOY!!!!

If you like Melissa Etheridge even a little bit...this DVD you GOTTA HAVE! The concert it's self is fantastic, but the extras are what makes this a MUST HAVE for any Melissa fan. The band members and Melissa talk about the concert as they watch the DVD concert. "A day in the Life", the camera follows Melissa and Tammy around NY the day of the concert, and, there is a really good interview with Melissa. I love this DVD, great quality, great performance, awesome...get it.!!!!!!!!!!

Liked this one, but it could have been a little bit better...........2007-04-08

I really loved Lucky Dube's version of "No Truth in the World" in the Reggae Bashment dvd (which by the way is an amazing dvd...a must have), but his version in this dvd is just ok. The rest of the concert is pretty solid, and the sound quality is very good. Although this isn't in my top 10 overall, I'm glad it's part of my collection, and I would recommend it.

My best friend Doris and I actually attended the concert that is featured in the Lucky Live DVD & CD for my Birthday in April 2004 - We had an awesome time! At the actual concert Melissa played lots of old songs... I just wish they were on the DVD and CD since the songs from the Lucky album are not my favorite, but I can't complain because my 33rd Birthday will be forever immortalized on disc - now that's LUCKY!

I've loved Melissa Etheridge since I first heard "You Can Sleep While I Drive." However, after viewing this dvd I fell in love with her all over again. Seeing her perform, watching the entire day of the concert, getting a peek at her relationship with Tammy and her crew, was like getting to hang out for the day with "my friend" Melissa. If you haven't seen her live DO SO! If you don't own this dvd, you are missing a lot of fun and entertainment! 5 stars Melissa. We can't wait for you to get back on the road!

GREAT DVD, awesome performance, missing a few older songs, seems that about 80% was from the new album, which is GREAT but would have loved to see the older songs when I saw her in concert in 6/04.

Excellent interview as a bonus.

Definitely purchase if you are a ME fan. Wouldn't give this to a person who doesn't know her music.

A great title, an excellent babysitter.......2003-03-06

My wife and I bought this for our three children a few weeks back. The kids love it- they watch it evey couple days, sing the movies sing alongs to each other and constantly have new favorite dog characters from the film. Our daughter even aspires to become a vet because she loves the dogs in "Doggie Tails" so much.
The movie is very funny and educational-certainly a step up from many of the titles my wife brings home! This is a great title for kids and dog lovers.

I like it because it looks at the crowd in many different angles and it has three good tracks reggae strong, prisoner, and house of exile Dracula is ok but this is really good. PICK IT UP!!

This DVD captures much that had escaped on the VHS version! It is like being at a live concert! This concert video has been out for some time and is truly classic. It is great that it is now available on this DVD of such fine sound and picture quality!

A definite for a Lucky Dube fan - the sound and picture are both very good. The music is good, but the band seems a bit tight - almost like they are very aware of the camera and don't want to screwup. That, or they were told to play it by the numbers. There is very little spice or improv to the music, particularly with the drumming.
