This is such a great DVD, I purchased for my friends for their anniversary, being devoted U2 fans themselves. I have also persuaded many of my other friends to purchase.

Following the band since I was 15, they have never let me down! When my friend and I were in college, we spent many a friday evening watching our very well-worn VHS tape of Rattle and Hum. IMO this is the best live DVD performance of U2. I promise, U2 fans out there, you will not be disappointed!

A friend reccomened this DVD. I had to get it since I love U2. The feeling from the band and the audience is unforgettable. You can actually see mist coming down and the castle in the background. Larry Mullen's expressions and body language conveys how he feels. They are "home" in this video and like no other rock band in the world U2's message is seen and heard vividly.The entire band seems so happy and in perfect harmony.
And to think this was only about a week before 9/11. That makes it only more precious.

I read the book U2 by U2 and I've seen the other vids, but reading the book and seeing this vid gave me such great insight into this concert. IThis concert has so much meaning, more than the others, cuz Bono's Dad passed shortly before and he and the band played with an emotion and looseness that you cannot find on other vids. Watch and see the playfullness. Adam had a great night and Edge went off! Bono's vocals were top notch also.
GREAT CONCERT! Sound quality is superb and the video quality and production is very nice. It gives a good feel of being very close to the performers.
This is a must have DVD.
