This is a major disappointment as far as IMAX movies go,too much time is wasted in dark caves pointing a feeble flashlight at the camera,,even IMAX can't make that exciting..the gushing review that led me to buy it sure fooled me,,dont waste yr time and $ on this one,,ordinary to say the least

Wild Australia - The EDGE was filmed entirely in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. It was commissioned for and is shown exclusively at THE EDGE CINEMA at Katoomba, and has to be seen to be believed.

This film will take you to places that you could never hope to experience, and will take you to ancient protected forests, through mountain ravines, abseil down gushing waterfalls, swim through cave pools and plunge down vertical cliffs.

Only a large TV or Projector can fully do justice to this film, but still not quite as magnificent to the actual film itself. So watch the DVD, wet your appitite - then come out to Australia and see & experience the real Movie and the Blue Mountains for yourself.

A great movie in the IMAX tradition - You will not be disappointed.
