Science Teachers Pay Attention!.......2004-04-20

We found Captain Jon's exploration of the ocean to be educational and beautiful. My 10-year-old daughter suggested that science teachers could use this in teaching about the ocean. If teachers used informative presentations like this one, every student would enjoy science. If you are teaching about oceanography, the environment, underwater life, or dolphins, this DVD will be a superb compliment to your instruction.

Fun Jumping Dolphins!.......2004-03-25

The best part of this video? The dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys. As for the overall video, the photography is solid - and the special features are a plus. This DVD packs in more than some IMAX movies.

Fun for the family.......2004-02-28

My daughter (age7) really enjoyed this title and the special features. She keeps asking me if there are any other Captain Jon titles, the DVD has a preview for Captain Jon's Island Adventure - any thoughts on when the next one will come out?

The family is ready for Florida.......2004-02-17

This DVD really helped my three children get ready for Florida (it was recommended by a friend). We like the way Captain Jon traveled from the Dry Tortugas in the Florida Keys (beautiful pictures) all the way to Miami. We plan to visit the Dolphin Research Center along the way (looks like a ton of fun!) and do some snorkeling as well. My hats off to Captain Jon (who, by the way, leaves his hat on when he goes SCUBA diving!!). This is a fun video - I recommend watching it as a family (my children are 6, 9 and 11) if you're getting ready to visit the coast. Thanks Captain Jon!

Nice special features.......2004-02-11

I'd recommended this DVD for children ages 7 and up. It's packed with special features and a respectful message. My child's favorite was "Relax with Fish and other Animals" -- a 10 minute music video.
