Viewers of The Ed Sullivan Show were charmed by the antics of the adorable mouse, Topo Gigio. In over 50 appearances, the little Italian mouse would pop up and greet Ed with a sugary, "Hello Eddie!" Created by a troupe of puppeteers, it took four people to bring the 10-inch tall character to life - three to manipulate him and one to do the sweet voice. After visiting with Ed and performing, Topo would sign off with the signature "Keesa me goo'night Eddie."

Grew up watching the Ed Sullivan show and Topo Gigio. Even had a Topo stuffed doll as a small child. Boy did this show bring back memories. Believe it or not, I still remembered a few of the skits. This DVD gave me a chance to share a cherished childhood memory with my children.
I recommend this DVD highly.
