Learn How To Sign Your Favorite Zoo Animals With American Sign Language!
Katie is an 11-year-old girl who has just moved into the neighborhood. Some of the girls on Katie's street want to meet her, but they're not sure how to "talk" to Katie because she is deaf and uses sign language to communicate.
Luckily, one of the neighborhood girls knows some sign language! One day after school, the girls meet Katie and a conversation about their pets leads to a discussion about wild animals! Katie's mom Lyndi, who also knows sign language, suggests a trip to the zoo where they can all get to know each other better and learn signs for all of their favorite zoo animals! The result is an unforgettable day filled with new friends, wild animals and sign language learning fun!
