Description

Milling machinery owner Tom Bailey is mysteriously murdered after mining operator Jackson Decker ordered one of his men to seize the expensive equipment. Assigned to the case is Captain Wayne Decker, Jackson Decker's son, and Colonel Frenchy of the Royal Mounted Police. Also joining in the search for the killer is Tom Bailey's daughter June. Once the investigation finds that Jackson Decker is actually innocent of all charges, the search turns towards an independent group of criminals trying to gain possession of the best gold mines. Through near brushes with death and plenty of action the Royal Mounted Police emerge victorious. This set was a real bargain, mostly because the set covers a lot of material for kids of all ages. "D.W. Rides Again" deals mostly with relationship issues between Arthur and D.W., and my 4 year old loves it. He has an older sister who gets to do everything before him, and so he uses lines from this DVD to express his feelings about that. My 6 year old loves the Teacher stories, and has learned character values. We all watch these videos, and parents will appreciate the lesson taught in "Computer Adventures", because Arthur and his friends learn how important it is to obey his parents rules about the computer. Even the older kids who come over after school, as old as eleven, will sit and watch these videos and enjoy them. Great value!
