A magical jukebox brimming with song, dance, and video provides the backdrop to this colorful compilation of 10 Barney songs culled from past Barney films and never-seen television episodes. Barney, BJ, and Baby Bop are hosts of the 30-minute musical revue that is short on narrative as they introduce songs in rapid-fire succession. The program plays to toddler audiences with a gentle mix of Mother Goose selections like "Land of Mother Goose" and "Old King Cole" while catering to the preschool crowd with rock & roll numbers such as "Baby Bop Hop," "A Rock 'N' Roll Star," and "BlueJay Blues." BJ stars in his own band, BJ and the Rockets, as he debuts the title song, "The Dino Dance," a rollicking rockfest accompanied by easy-to-learn dance steps that will entice the youngest viewers to get off the couch and start movin'.
