For anyone who may be undecided on whether things like Standardized Testing and No Child Left Behind really work, check out this amazing documentary. What you'll learn is that Waldorf Methods really do work. They transcend color barriers, economic barriers and cultural barriers to give young students an experience of school as a fun, stimulating and rewarding place to be, where learning becomes enjoyable rather than a chore. As the parent of a child who attended a Waldorf school, I know how difficult it is to describe what Waldorf does and why it works. This documentary solves that problem in spades. If US Public Education is to finally deliver on the promise of a good basic education for all children, there could be no better vehicle than the Waldorf Methods presented in this video to help get the job done. Three cheers for this excellent video! It should be required viewing by any parent considering sending their child to a US public school.
