This is the story of David for babies and children. Baby faith has created a bunch of baby videos with books to go along with each one. And the illustrations are great. The fuzzy baby head is fun for my child to play with along with the shaker that comes with this book. Great books for kids!

This is the third book in the babyfaith series and it shows that the creators are continuing to think about babies and toddlers as they write these books with simple Biblical content and produce the videos (which we love!). This book is the story of David in a very simple way with great illustrations. My baby loves the rattle that comes as part of the book and is always pointing to the "baby" in the book. We have all the videos - they're great too! Great job!

We own a few Baby Enstein DVD's and God Made Music. God Made Music - thought it appears low budget in camparison to Baby Enstein - holds her attention better than anything else.

I enjoy the music as well.

Save your money from high priced Enstein - Baby Faith rates higher with my infant.

Worth Every Penny!.......2006-02-08

My 7 month year old Daughter loves this video. She laughs out loud at the the funny puppets (purple is her favorite) and the still pictures of the children. She is now more observant and laughs at the large pictures of kids we see in department stores in the childrens section.
My only negative comment would be not to buy this for the music. There is really only and instumental version of "Jesus Loves Me". We wanted more praise music but she loves it just how it is!

What a fabulous DVD!!.......2005-12-05

I purchased this DVD because I thought it would be like Baby Einstein (which my son enjoys) only with the enduring message of God's love for us fused into it. Well....We're delighted with it!! My 10 month old sits transfixed by the colorful images and fun music. In fact, last night he was feeling pretty yucky and cranky and the only thing to calm him was this DVD. I'm so thankful. My husband said we more than got our money's worth from it. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone interested in stimulating the cognitive development of their child as well as instilling an eternal message of God's love for each of us, even the smallest ones. :-)

terrible baby video!.......2005-11-07

This is billed as a baby video? The images have nothing to do with the music and give absolutely no learning or development value. All of the items are geared toward much older children. I personally like the Baby Miracle series of videos that give a great baby sized bible message while being very interactive with my baby.

All of my children have enjoyed this video from the ages of about 6 months through 3-4 years. It combines the introduction of the bible's psalms and teh character of David in a very simple way with fun and entertaining puppets shows and classic Christian music. I have all the babyfaith videos and love them all for my children. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting their children into "baby size" bible stories early on.
