I was volunteered to coach my sons rec team this fall and didn't know much about soccer. I liked the idea of playing pick up games, it's the way I learned how to play sports. I was able to get a good start on the season and I can see that I'll be able to use a lot more of it as I go. Really good stuff if you're just starting out.

I have a D license and coach a G u-13 travel team. I was immediately able to use several ideas and the girls really enjoyed the new games. I highly recommend this DVD if you are looking for some new ideas about small sided games.
