In BLUE'S CLUES: BLUESTOCK, it's a tuneful play-to-learn celebration in a backyard concert filled with favorite songs and musical clues. "Bluestock" features Toni Braxton and Tickety, Macy Gray and Periwinkle, India Arie and Mailbox, They Might Be Giants, and Blue! In "Skidoo Adventure," Joe and Blue skidoo into Wacky Wild World, where they need to collect four magic letters in order to get back home. Then they skidoo into Blue's Room for a sing-along about home. In the bonus episode, "Morning Music" Joe sings through morning routines as he collects clues to figure out what Blue wants to do. In "A Surprise Guest," Joe and friends play Blue's Clues to figure out who Blue invited over.

My 15 month old son loves this movie. He points to the TV and says "blue, blue and blue). This was his first blue DVD. It makes me want to go and buy more. And with my DVD player(and may others too!), otplays over and over again so i dont have to keep on pressing play.

Why do they do this?.......2006-01-03

The DVD has 3, count them, 3 commercials before you get to the actual shows. Once there, you can't just say play all and let it roll (perhaps even on repeat for a long car trip), because the two "bonus episodes" must be selected separately. Why, why are there nearly 4 minutes of commercials that I can't skip (thankfully fast forward works) on a DVD I purchased. For a company that is designed around kids, they certainly miss the point. I wish each person in the company would have to come to my house and sit through this annoyance with my 2 year old screaming at them the hole time to "Fix it daddy, fix it" This is the first, and last, Blues Clues DVD I am buying. Tivo will have to find them for us or we will have none at all. Check out the "instant start" feature that other children's DVD's have.

While on the subject, childrens DVD's should NOT have copy protection. With the way these scratch to being unusable, I am convinced that a 2 month replacement cycle is built into their business plan. You must be able to copy the original and use the copy for every day use.

It's a concert filled with lots of our favorite Blue's Clues songs, and we have some exciting animated celebrity guests on hand to add to the festivities. Toni Braxton joins Tickety to sing the Planets Song, Macy Gray and Periwinkle sing The Dance Song, and we have a very special reggae Mailtime with Mailbox and India Arie. Throughout the concert, we play Blue's Clues to figure out what song Blue is going to sing at the end of the concert. And it's not just any kind of Blue's Clues, today we're finding musical clues and recording them with our Handy Dandy Kazoo! We sing Old MacDonald with Blue and all our celebrities before going to Blue's Room to sing a very special rendition of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star with some real live stars (who we learn are actually "glowing balls of gas"!). At the end, we reflect in Journal about how it feels to sing songs you love.

Another good episod Blue's Clue's. Leaning with music, clap hand and sing a song. 2 dvd for $17 with freeshipping is good deal.

Great for Blue's Clues fans!.......2005-12-28

My sons received this as a gift and they love both DVDs. Be warned though that if you have a child who doesn't like either Steve or Joe: Bluestock features Joe and Classic Clues (as the name implies) features Steve. My boys don't care either way, but my daughter and niece don't like Joe and therefore will not watch Bluestock.
