Very Silly Veggies.......2007-06-27

My two year old son loves these, just like his older brother did when he was his age. My son sings and dances along with all the tunes and now everyone in the house sings them too.

The only thing I didn't care for is the fact that all 4 DVD's are essentially the same. They all have the same songs on them, so every disc is kind of redundant. Luckily, he's really too young too notice!

Not only is this my kids' favorite movie now, it is something my husband and i enjoy a ton! Well worth the money and the lessons that come with it are great too!

My 18 month old absolutely loves the Veggie Tales songs/videos. I would recommend this DVD to any parent who has a child that loves to dance!

The music and songs are our favorite part of Veggie Tales. If you're not familiar with V.T. this song collection is a great introduction. It's simply good music for kids and I find adults love the tunes too. I got my kids started with silly songs before their attention spans could follow the plots of the veggie movies. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is that this is such a comprhensive collection I don't know if we will ever have time to listen to all of the discs. But we'll have fun trying!

Hey, what else will they come up with? Hey, I gotta tell you, my daughter, as well as my wife and I, are pretty big fans of "Silly Songs with Larry: The part of the show where Larry comes out and sings... a silly song." Consider this 4 DVD box set a collection. It comes with special features and everything! So if you want to know about how they came up with "Song of the Cebu", there's a story behind it! I mentioned there are 4 DVDs. They will be listed below.

Very Silly Songs!: Consider this for what the title reads, ok? And consider that Larry will be quite Larry-like... meaning Larry will be his regular silly self, and then some! Lots of good stuff on this, and PLENTY of songs to keep the goofiness going for quite some time.

The End of Silliness!?!: Can you believe it when you read the terrible title?! NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Is Archibald Aspargagus really attempting to take away Larry's silly songs? What's the deal with that "Cheeseburger" song anyway? Oh boy! Poor Larry, he really doesn't look too good in that diner. But just so you know, there ARE some silly songs. This has the breath-taking ending, and to a kid, it'll leave their little hearts pounding for hours to come!

The Ultimate Silly Song Countdown: Here we have 3 special hosts from #10 to #1 in Silly Songs! We got this for Riley when she was only a few months old, NOW WE'RE ALL FANATICS FOR VEGGIE TALES!!!!! This is a lot of fun, and you'll be sure to watch it over and over.

Veg-O-Rama Jukebox: This is new and basically gives you and your special kiddo the choice of what songs they want to watch. Some might think this a little time consuming, so it probably isn't for everyone, but it comes with the package. We had a lot of fun with it.

I feel that the purpose of Silly Songs for EVERYBODY is this. You never get too old to have a little bit of fun from time to time. When you read in The Bible what Jesus had to say concerning children, then you MIGHT just say that these Silly Songs have a purpose! This is a great time. Have fun with it! God bless!
