Special DVD Features allow you to select Tommy playing each of the grooves super slowly so you can really take your time to work everything out. Three great songs are performed by students, with play-along versions of each one, so that you can start jamming and making music right away! 140 minutes.

Really great DVD! .......2007-01-23

This DVD is an exceptional value! It is so nice and easy to follow, even child can learn from it! It teaches all the basics, the hardware setup, basic techniques- very nice! I must agree this video must be shipped with every kit as it saves time and frustration. I was interested in particular in blues drumming and purchased this DVD with "Blues Drums" by Dave Russell and liked both. This DVD is superb educational and training resource. Tommy has great flair for teaching. The course is nicely structured and clearly delivered. Absolutely recommend to anyone who starts on the drums.

I purchased a drum set for my 15 yr old daughter. Both she and my 13 yr old son set up the portable dvd player and went to "school". I was amazed by their progress in the space of one week. It beats paying $20.00 per half hour lesson.
