4 out of 5 stars Good but what the...?.......2007-07-03

So this is a very good dvd. Having the hall of fame included is awesome. But...why in the heck does Wrestlemania 23 on this dvd begin with the intro from wrestlemania 3? It starts with a wide shot of the Pontiac Silverdome, with the caption "March 29, 1987" on the bottom. Then the camera changes to the center of the ring where a very young Vince McMahon stands and announces "Welcome to Wrestlemania 3!" Then Wrestlemania 23 actually begins. Could someone explain this major discontinuity problem? Oh well, if it were not for this I would have given the dvd 5 stars.

3 out of 5 stars A disappointing Wresltemania edition.......2007-06-30

Money In The Bank Ladder Match : Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy vs. King Booker vs. Finlay vs. C.M. Punk vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. Randy Orton vs. Edge- This opening match for WM was pretty good. But, in my opinion, too many people compete in this match (eight !) and the intensity and action was not as good as the WM 22's Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

Kane vs. The Great Khali - I like the look of the Great Khali, but this wrestler has no wrestling ability at all ! The only move he can make is a choke slam, and not even a good one. WWE should send him back to training before putting him one day on pay-per-view card like WM. Kane was great in this match, like always is. He should have win this one, but the WWE has decided to make The Great Khali looks good. In fact, too good for what he will ever be able to do in a ring. WWE need to have a giant in their company, but the Great Kahli will never be the successor of the Big Show or Andre The Giant. I will stay what he is today: a giant without any technique. WWE should search for another giant if it wants to find a real successor for the Big Show.

United States Championship Match - Chris Benoit vs. MVP- Benoit give 100% of himself to show the wrestling fan terrific action. This is why Benoit is so popular. It is obvious, by viewing this match that MVP was not in the same class as Benoit was. In my opinion, Benoit is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. It's always a pleasure to see him in a match.

World Heabyweight Championship Match - The Undertaker vs. Batista- Like always, Batista show us how poor his wrestling abilities are. Batista has a great look, a terrific body, good charisma, but he really don't know how to wrestle to make a match look great, that's a pity. Fortunately, the Undertaker makes these match worth the watch it. Overall, it was a great match and it deserved to be in the main event of WM, not in the middle of the card.

ECW Originals vs. The New Breed - This one was a good one, but he could have be better if the rules have been those of a hardcore match.

Battle of the Billionaires: Hair vs Hair Match - Bobby Lashley (w/ Donald Trump) vs. Umaga (w/ Mr McMahon) - This match was an average one, not as good as it could have been, but the storyline with Donald Trump and Vince McMahon added a little entertainment to this bout.

WWE Women's Title Match - Ashley vs. Melina- This match is a shame for the entire WM legacy. It was one of the worst WM match ever. Usually, the women matches offer a lot of action, but not this one. It was good to see all the divas outside the ring, but are we here to watch a wrestling match or a playboy summer party? Ashley is not even a wrestler and she should never had a match in a WM card. It's a shame here not to use the most gifted women wrestlers for this match. Victora vs. Melina would have been a terrific match for WM 23.

WWE Championship Match - Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena - This first half of this match was of poor quality. The second half was by fare better. WWE should realise what fast every wrestling fan has already see: John Cena is not a good wrestler. In fact, he is one of the worst there was and the worst there is. WWE always try to make look him good, and it's a shame for all other wrestlers who deserve by fare better treatment that John Cena does. For Shawn Michaes, WWE should realise that he doesn't have anymore what it takes to be part of the main event of pay-per-view cards. The Shawn Michaels of today is not the Shwan Michaels of the 90's. WWE could still use Shawn Michael in their pay-per-view, but not for the main event. Still, because of the good second half of this match, this match was not so bad.

It's a shame that the match Ric Flair & Carlito vs. Chavo Gerrero & Gregory Helms was not part of the official Wrestlemania card.

And tell me, how WWE can use for WM wrestlers with low wrestling abilities like Batista, John Cena and The Great Kahli, and not use top class wrestlers like Victoria, Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Charlie Hass, Super Crazy, Shelton Benjamin, Snitsky and Deuce & Domino ?

The day we saw matches like Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michals, Bret Hart vs. Roddy Pipper and the likes are long gone away.

I hope that the next edition of WM will be better than this one.

5 out of 5 stars One of the best WWE DVD releases of the year!.......2007-06-28

April 1st, 2007 was the date in which Wrestlemania 23 eminated from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. With an "estimated" (meaning slightly inflated, but not by Wrestlemania III standards) 80,000 fans on tap, they saw an ezciting show that provided entertainment at almost all turns. I'm not going review every thing, but just some highlights.

3 Best Matches:
- Money in the Bank III: When I first saw this was going to be an 8-man match (as opposed to the 6 from the prior two Wrestlemanias), I thought this was going to be a cluster-(fill in swear suffix here). 8 men, a few ladders, this had to be diastorous. But what a fun disaster it was as all eight men worked their tails off to make this match a great 20 minute opener for 'Mania. My two personal favorite moments both included Booker: When he finds the step-ladder (that was cute), and then when he had to decide between Sharmell and the briefcase, and JBL exclaimed, "Common Booker! I've left plenty of women during my lifetime!". Anyways, Kennedy's fireman's carry on Hornswoggle and that splash Jeff Hardy did onto Edge must be seen to be believed.

- MVP vs. Chris Benoit (RIP, even if you killed your family): I always knew MVP had potential, and under Benoit's wing, he only improved. This may not have been their best match (Backlash was a tad better), but it definitely had its moments, with Benoit winning by headbutt for the first time in forever.

- Batista vs. Undertaker: Came out forth due to Batista's questionable style, and when you first see this match, both men look incredibly pissed, and its easy to see why. However, they tore down the house, and Batista's best match since he came back 8 months prior. Undertaker's win streak survives, to everyone's liking, but a torn bicep would cut that reign short.

Honorable Mention: John Cena vs. HBK: A long match (in the beginning), and the wrong man won (imagine Hell in a Cell with HBK and Taker again?!?!). HBK did carry Cena to a more-than-acceptable match (piledriver on the steps!), and though he lost in blood, HBK had nothing to be ashamed by.

Other things:
-Special Features: Not much, just some extra promos and matches. That tag team lumberjack match was short and featured frustrating burials of Ric Flair and Carlito from the main card (even if they did win this match). You see the No Way Out rematch from a week before 'Mania, and you see the "All Grown Up" promos.

- Hall of Fame: Buy the DVD even only for this disc. With excellent speeches by most everyone (I know that Shatner was probably the worst, and Todd Grisham did not do too badly with his hosting skills), it was great to hear the stories of yesteryear. Seriously, this disc was, as Triple H would say, "That Damn Good!"

Overall, this DVD will only go up in value as years go buy, and its tin is great covering. Buy it, even if it is only for the HOF.

1 out of 5 stars the worst wrestlemania ever ¡¡¡¡.......2007-06-21

This is the worst wrestlemania ever, why ?, you got Kane vs Khali in a worst match, then the Money in the bank with 8 wrestlers ¡¡¡¡, the ring looked overcrowded.

MVP vs Benoit: Not the big deal
The womens match: no care about it
TAker vs Batista: Acceptable, but not great
Cena vs HBK: Acceptable, but not great

5 out of 5 stars !!Great!! The only PPV Buying this Year!!.......2007-06-19

This is the only PPV worth buying on Dvd and seeing over n over. Great Matches, like always, Wrestlemania is the Superbowl of Wrestling.
The rest of the PPV so far are predictable and boring.

Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars The wrong wrestlers are being pushed and this ppv is proof.......2007-06-21

Having Ric Flair open up a ppv to me is just disrespectful. This opening match to me was better than the main event and way better than the handicap match. Also mostly clean wins, even for the heels.

Ric Flair vs. Carlito. They got a good amount time to put on a very good opener. Even at his age Flair can always get the crowd pumped. This man deserves another Heavyweight Title run in my opinion. And Carlito is sticking with ground base wrestling which is a good thing to me. The high flying style just doesn't fit him. 4/5

3 on 1 handicap match.
Mcmahons and Umaga vs. Lashley
The only reason I dont truly hate this match is because its short. Lashley is just garbage and thats all it is to it. What I hate the most is how Umaga is being used now. He went from the unstoppable, undefeated monster, with victories over Flair, Triple H, Michaels, and Kane. To a mere jobber for a newcomer and Lashley's whooping boy. It seems he cant even beat Lashley without the Mcmahons in his corner. P*sspoor match, graced with a quick ending. 2/5 and the biggest low point of the whole ppv.

CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke
A pretty decent match but I expected more from these two. It was a bit too long and seemed to drag. Even at times the crowd wasn't even in to it. 3/5

Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton
These two have had better. But this wasn't even a match. Randy jumped Michaels earlier. Plus Michaels was selling his concussion that he got a week ago to the fullest. The match was fast as he**. That RKO at the end was murder though. 3/5

The Hardy's vs Cade and Murdoch
Once again the Hardy's deliver but this match is kind of weak next to other matches. Cade and Murdoch in my opinion are underrated. I've enjoyed most of their tag team matches. The only thing I'm not feeling is Murdoch trying to pull off the Canadian Destroyer. Please let Petey Williams execute his own move thank you. Still a pretty solid match. 3/5

Edge vs. Batista

Why is Batista still getting title shots every ppv?! I can think of anyone who can match Edge's style in the ring and have spectacular matches. This match was mediocre at best and could have easily been on Smackdown. Nothing special here at all. 2.5/5

Chris Benoit vs. MVP 2 out of 3 falls
This match saved my life. It fell very short from their previous matches. Especially the one they had at Wrestlemania. Still it was pretty good and they blended very well together. Lots of counters and submissions were utilized. For me, this was the match of the night. 4/5

Cena vs. Khali
What the he11 is Khali doing main eventing?! My god if it wasn't for the length of this match, I don't think I could have watched this all the way through. The only high point was Cena's resourcefullness to chop down The Great Khali using the ring steps. Otherwise, nothing too special about this match either. 2.5/5.

This ppv was a step down from the last one. And this is proof the wrong guys is being pushed. Hopefully the wwe bookers step their game up.

2 out of 5 stars Judgment Day 2007 Dissappoints.......2007-06-06

This years's Judgment Day Was As Disappoinitng. Even when it had all the 3 brands but still didn't live up to the ecpectations.

Ric flair def.carlito. Flair made carlito tap out after giving a figure four leg lock.
CM pank def. that black guy. Punk when after giving his finishing move.
Lashley def. mcmahons n umaga. Lashley pinned shane after giving a slam. But vince had a story to say that he didn't pin him so that he is still the ecw world champion.
Hardz def. cade n murdock. Jeff pinned murdock after giving swanton bomb.hardyz retained the world tag team championship.
Randy orton n Hbk Fought in a no contest. reason hbk collapsed after suffering an injury.
Edge Def Batista. Edge won by giving a school boy to batista and retained his world heavyweight championship.
John cena def the great khali. Cena made khali tap after giving an STFU and retained his WWE championship.

Overall An Average PPV At Best.

1 out of 5 stars WWE JUDGEMENTDAY IS A 1 STAR PPV.......2007-05-30

80-76%-prefect
75-71%-awsome
70-66%-good
65-61%-poor
60-56%-awful

1. Carlito vs. Rick Flair- I thought this was an okay match to start off the show. I was expecting this match to be a little better conxsidering carlito had just turned heeel again and I was expecting a little bit of a better performance out of him. This match was really slow with Carlito working on flairs arm a lot. Flair was able to fight back and get the win but this one was to slow for me and not enough action for a carlito match. Winner Carlito. Match Rating 5.5/10.
2. Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon and Umaga vs. Bobby Lasley for the ECW World Title- So we move on from a disappointing match to a match that sucked even worse. I was expecting a decent match but this was worse than backlash. The entrances were longer than the match itself. Also the ending was pointless because even though Lashley won the match McMahon said Lashley had to pin him so the match meant nothing. Skip this crap ECW has turned god awful. Winner Bobby lashley. Match Rating 1.5/10.
3. CM Punk vs. Elige Burke- So we finally get a match that is decent and go figure its an ECW match. These two had been fighting and feuding for a while. This was just a solid match with some hard hitting wrestling. Good match. Winner CM Punk. Match Rating 7/10.
4. Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michales- Here we go again. Another crap match. The thing is this one could have been good but Shawn Michales was hurt. So instead of taking this match off the card and putting on a smackdown tag match we leave this on the card and of course it sucks. This match was like 4 minutes long but there was no action at all. I was happy to see orton get the win in this hometown but another bad decision to book this match when Shawn was hurt. Winner Randy Orton. Match Rating 2/10.
5. The Hardy Boyz vs. Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch for the world tag team titles- This was a good match. In fact in my opinion this was the match of the night. I really liked the way this was set up. The card was doing bad so far and these guys steeped there game up. I think about a 15 minute match which was pleanty of time for these guys. Lots of high flying moves by the hardys which made this match fast pace. There were tons of near falls in this match including a spinebuster that I thought the hardys had lost there titles. Still a great match. Winner and still World Tag team champs the hardy boyz. Match Rating 8/10.
6. Edge vs. Batistia for the WHT- This match I was looking forward to considering this was coming off edges hot title win and just a lot of hype behind it. Unfortunately this did not live up to the hype. One reason is because this match was only given 9 minutes. That is smackdowns title match only 9 minutes. This was worked on mostly batistias leg. Batistia fought back hit a spine buster but out of know were Edge rolled him up for the win which was a huge shock. Winner and still WHC Edge. Match Rating 5.5/10.
7. Chris Beniot vs. MVP for the US title- This was another match that I was looking forward to this one was accualty not that bad. They had so many great matches coming into this one so I was expecting a match of the year did not get that at all but this was still not that bad of a match. MVP controlled this whole match which was the main reason it was hard to watch at times. MVP won the first and second fall which was why I did not like this match as much cause it was not competitive. Still a good match though. Winner and new US Champ MVP. Match Rating 7.5/10.
8. John Cena vs. The Great Kalih for the WWE title- This was the third main event title match that sucked. That's right I do not know why this was the main event or why Kalhi was in the main event. There were so many things wrong whit this match including that the match was only 8 minutes long. Kalhi controlled this whole match except for the very end Cena hit the steps in Kalhis knee and than brought him in and Kalhi tapped. This was a horrible ending considering cena never even affected Kalhi and Cena pulls out another BS win. Lokk I do not like Kalhi but I am sick of Cena winning every time. This ending sucked and so did the ppv. Winner and still WWE champ John Cena. Match Rating 5/10.

Well that raps up another. I would give Judgment day 2007 a grade of 42/80 which means this is a awful ppv. This is the first time in a long time that I have ever gave out that grade but when all of your main titles combine for a total of 20 minutes that is sad and just a poor booked event. Try and avoid to get this. If you can tell me if my review was helpful or not I would appreciate that. Thanks for your time.

5 out of 5 stars buying wwe judgment 2007 for edge he rules .......2007-05-24

the wwe stands for we want edge respect edge because he is the best and everyone know's it boo edge all you want say he sucks and crap but im a edge fan if im the only one I don't care but I know im not my friend is one to so edge deserve's respect and wwe fans should give it to him this is the only wwe ppv that I think is worth it so far wm would have been better if edge won the mitb match instead of kennedy I don't have ppv and can't afford 40 dollars every month so this will do on dvd

2 out of 5 stars Judgment Day 2007.......2007-05-24

Carltio vs. Ric Flair
-- good opener. Nice to see Ric Flair win with the figure 4 leg lock
:winner Ric Flair
7/10
Lashley vs. Umaga and the Mcmahons(C) for the ECW title
-- Lashley dominated this 3 minute match and gets screwed in the end.
:winner Lashley (but doesn't win the title)
4/10
CM. Punk vs. Elijah Burke
-- a good match between two great wrestlers. A little longer than
expected but good nonetheless.
:winner CM Punk
7/10
Murdock/Cade vs. The Hardys (C) for the Tag team titles
-- match of the night (which says how bad this ppv was). The hardys
always give good matches and Murdock/Cade stepped it up in this match.
:winner The Hardys (retain the titles)
8/10
Randy Orton vs. HBK
-- this was horrible. If HBK wasn't gonna wrestle, then find a replacement
This wasn't a match.
:winner Randy Orton (by default)
4/10
Batista vs. Edge (C) for the World Heavyweight Title
-- another horrible match. Judgment Day is usually a Smackdown
ppv, so why isn't this match in the main event? There was no chemistry
between Batista and Edge.
:winner Edge retains (without cheating, surpising isn't it)
6/10
MVP vs. Beniot (2/3 falls)for the U.S. title
--Why is this match after the world title match? Vince is dumb!! This
match was bad. The overall theme of this ppv is "bad". Nothing special
happened in this match.
:winner and New U.S. Champ MVP
5/10
The Great Khali vs. Cena for the WWE Championship
--This match sucked!!!!!!! Cena is a worthless piece of crap who "rapped"
his way to the title. He is the reason people are watching TNA. He does
a total of about 4 moves and wins. He is horrible. The Great Khali is
horrible too although he surpised me with some moves in this match.
:winner and still WWE Champ John "I can't wrestle" Cena
4 1/2 out of 10
This ppv sucked, plain and simple. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS CRAP.

4 out of 5 stars 20 Years Later, They Return To Detroit...All Grown Up.......2007-06-20

This WrestleMania turned out to be the biggest event in the history of the company with it being completely centered around the fact that they return to Detroit 20 years after the historic WrestleMania 3...hense the nickname of "All Grown Up." Thoughout the night, you'll see WWE revisit & try to recreate classic moments from that event such as Aretha Franklin returning to WrestleMania to sing the National Anthem once again. And one thing to really check out was all the different & unique entrances.

"Money In The Bank" Ladder Match - Edge vs. Randy Orton vs. King Booker vs. Finlay vs. Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy vs. CM Punk vs. Mr. Kennedy...Kennedy (sorry, I had to do that) - Damn, they knew how to kick this PPV off in style and this was the best Money In The Bank match to date. Not every participant was able to get a "highlight reel" spot but everyone held their own & was able make this the one of the best matches of the night. Some great moments to look out for where Edge's elimination from the match thanks to Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton recieving the Bookend off the ladder, and even Finlay's Hornswaggle getting in on some of the action...plus the return of the spinarooni!!!!

Kane vs. Great Khali - I guess the appeal here was two giants fighting each other but past that & WWE trying to recreate the "Hogan slamming Andre" moment, this was a poor match.

United States Champion Chris Benoit vs. MVP - This match got the least amount of hype than any other match on the card...to the point where Benoit didn't even appear on the final edition of SmackDown before the PPV. We all know the quality Benoit can bring to a match but the shock was how much MVP was able to hold his own in the ring & display some technical wrestling of his own. This was the "sleeper" match of the night.

World Champion Batista vs. Undertaker - Taker's Undefeated Streak vs. Batista's Title and I'll be point blank honest, this was the match that should have ended the show. This was Batista's best showing since he returned from his injury as he stepped up his game & didn't show any lack of effort like most of his previous performances. This was a classic "big money" WrestleMania match & the match of the night for me as you saw the crowd off the chain thoughout the bout & even moments where it looked like Batista was going to end the streak & one spot to look out for would be Undertaker's big dive onto Batista. It's ironic that this was the 20 year anniversary of WrestleMania 3 but Undertaker walks out of his WM the same way he did 10 years earlier...as a champion.

ECW Originals vs. New Breed: Rob Van Dam, Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Sabu vs. Marcus Cor Von, Elijah Burke, Matt Striker, Kevin Thorn - This match was actually the biggest shock of the night because the ECW originals won which alot of people didn't expect. This match wasn't long enough for everyone to standout but it was good for what it was. If you happen to get the Blockbuster Video exclusive version of this DVD set, you'll see their Extreme Rules rematch. For those trivia fans, this was the WM debut for everyone in this match except RVD.

"Battle Of The Billionaries" Hair vs. Hair Match with special referee Stone Cold Steve Austin - Umaga w/Vince McMahon vs. Lashley w/Donald Trump - If you eliminate all the hype featuring McMahon/Trump...this was just an average match as Lashley & Umaga didn't really do anything here outside of their normal routine to the point where the match got dull at times & Shane McMahon's "Coast 2 Coast" was the most impressive move in the bout. The eventual ending happened with Umaga getting a stunner & spear before Mr. McMahon got a "Mr. Clean" haircut...and Donald Trump got a stunner.

Womens Champion Melina vs. Ashley - Instead of following the formula done at WM20 & 22 where the Playboy diva was put into a seperate attraction match, this was a repeat of WM21 where the girl gets a Womens title match only because she got naked in the magazine. Melina tried her best to carry Ashley but she just wasn't any good as the best move she did in the match was an elbow drop from the second rope. Looking at all the divas at ringside & the catfight afterwards couldn't have saved this match.

WWE Champion John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels - Cena's entrance for this WM heavily makes up for this "Chicago mobsters" entrance from last year...and for those who saw the PPV live, the streaker has been edited out of the DVD release. As I said earlier, this match should have switched places with the Taker/Batista match as it would have been an outstanding undercard match but it wasn't a match that was worthy of being the main event. HBK showed some good storytelling by working on Cena's leg thoughout the bout but unfortunally, Cena gave the performance that anti-Cena marks use when labeling him "superman" in that he no-sold his hurt leg at times & along with the piledriver on the steps he got earlier. This match was very much like his main event match with Triple H which means that it was a great match for what it was but it wasn't the quality that people would expect from a WrestleMania main event.

Now there are three different versions of this DVD (why? I don't know!). One version is just the event itself (which is the one that I saw) while the other is loaded with other extras such as highlights from the WM press conference & the Hall Of Fame ceremony honoring Mr. Perfect, Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, Dusty Rhodes, Mr. Fuji, Wild Samoans, Nick Bockwinkle, and The Original Sheik. The third version is the Blockbuster exclusive that includes bonus extras such as the contract signing for the Battle Of The Billionaries match along with the Extreme Rules match between the ECW originals vs. New Breed from ECW on Sci-Fi.

Overall, this was an good WrestleMania as the only matches that were poor were the Womens match along with the Kane/Khali match. However I would recommend the Ultimate Edition along with the Hall Of Fame to get the most bang for your buck...unless you can get your hands on the Blockbuster version. I recommend but try to get the most bang for your buck & get one of the other two versions instead of just the event only edition.

4 out of 5 stars Not Good. Yet not Awesome. I give it a Great........2007-06-19

Money in the bank match.Ok so this match was pretty f'n sweet. especially the jeff hardy leg drop off the ladder(WRESTLEMANIA MOMENT). It was an awesome start to this wrestlemania. This is how every Wrestlemania should start out.9/10

Kane vs Khali. ok so big guy vs big guy. I like the conecpt but i think the match was done the wrong way. I mean i like khali. hes never been pinnned, but you know i just wanted to see him get beat up a little by another monster. instead the opposite happened khali beat kane. at least kane bodyslammed khali(WRESTLEMANIA MOMENT) and created a type of hogan/andre moment but other than that match didnt live up to the hype. kinda short too.6.5/10

U.S. Title Match. Chris Benoit vs MVP. Not a memorable match, but still pretty good.i love that benoit retained the title by beating MVP with the flying headbutt. you just dont see chris benoit win like that anymore.8/10

World Championship Match. undertaker vs batista. WTFing hell man!!! Why was this match not the F****** main event. great concept(streak vs title), great match. DEFINITLEY memorable. undertaker did everything. chokeslam, tombstone, old school, the LAST RIDE, and of course THE SUICIDE DIVE(BIG WRESTLEMANIA MOMENT). This match will go down in the history books.11/10
P.S. I wish they would have given it more time though.

ECW Originals vs New Breed. basically a storyline of the guys who were there first against the new guys in town. It was an ok match. Kinda short for a wrestlemania match. what really would've saved this match is if it were under extreme rules which it should've been. You wanna see a good Originals vs New breed match, you should've seen the ECW right after Wrestlemania. It was superb. It was even under extreme rules. It definitley would've gotten an 8.5 or 9, though sadly that is not the wrestlemania match. For the wrestlemania match, i give it a 7/10.

Battle of the Billionaires/hair vs hair(Bobby Lashley w/ Donald Trump vs Umaga w/ Mr. Mcmahon w/ special reffere Stone Cold Steve Austin). What can I say. This match was okay as wrestling match, but great as entertainment. so much comedy, so much action. I gotta say I loved when Stone Cold stunned Trump, and it's always entertaining seeing vince's face after his heads been shaved. If you love Stone Cold this match is for you. What this match lacks in wrestling it makes up for in it's haha, or wow moments. 8/10

Womens Championship match. Melina vs Ashley. OMFG! worst match of the night, and probably in wrestlemania history. It's like 3 minutes long, a retard won, and it looked like they didn't know WTH they were doin. it's a match that would make Trish Stratus cry. Let's face it. ever since Lita, Trish, and Stacy Keibler left, womens wrestling just downright sucks. 1/10

WWE Championship Match. Cena vs HBK. Awesome match. longer yet not as good as the batista vs Undertaker match but still had its fair share of greatness. One of the highlights is Michael's moonsault onto cena(KINDA A WRESTLEMANIA MOMENT). Cena makes michaels tap out but I think and a very large majority of the fans are getting tired of the "Champ" who can't wrestle, and everyone wanted Shawn to win but Mcmahon being an @$$hole just wanted to break our hearts for the heartbreak kid. Still an awesome match.(9/10)

4 out of 5 stars Wrestlemania 23.......2007-06-08

Wrestlemania 23 was great to watch but the order of the matches was crappy. With the exception of two or three matches, this ppv kept you on the edge of your sit. Here's my review

Money In the Bank Ladder match:
Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Edge. vs. Randy Orton vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. C.M. Punk vs. Book T. vs. Finlay
--This was a great way to start the show, in fact this is the way the last 2 wrestlemanias started. Lots of hard hitting, sick chair smashing, ladder climbing action in this one. Jeff Hardy gave us a wrestlemanina moment. Too many wrestlers for my taste but overall very good. It sucks that only one guy was from ECW.
winner: Mr. Kennedy
rating: 9/10

The Great Khali vs. Kane:
-- I feel sorry for Kane. He is a great wrestler but never gets the push he deserves. Khali is crap, plain and simple. Great "Hogan/Andre" moment when Kane body slams the Great Khali but the ending was horrible.
winner: The Great Khali
rating: 5/10 (only because of the "Hogan/Andre" moment)

United States Championship match:
Chris Benoit(Champ) vs. MVP
--I must say that this match was lot better than I expected. Benoit always puts on good matches but MVP is a rookie. They work well together. This is MVP best performance. Although I can't stand MVP, he stepped it up for this watch. Great performance by both men with Benoit winning with the flying head butt. When was the last time you saw him win that way??
winner: Chris Benoit (retaining the Championship)
rating: 8/10

World Championship Title match:
Batista (champion) vs. The Undertaker (14-0)
WTF????? Why wasn't this in the main event??? I am sick of the WWE pushing that non-wrestling, bad acting, crappy rapping jackass John " I can't wrestle" Cena. The Undertaker won the Royal Rumble match securing the main event spot at a wrestlemania. If they are going to do that, then there is no point to the Royal Rumble. Anyway, this was the match of the night. It was Batista's title against Undertaker winning streak. These two men beat the hell out of each other in one of the best title matches I've seen in the 9 years I have been watching wrestling. Batista was not going down without a fight and he proved it in the first 5 minutes of the match. I was scared for the Undertaker winning streak then Undertaker took control. Undertakers never give up altitude was keeping the deadman going. These was a great match
winner: New World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker (15-0)
rating: 10/10

ECW originals vs. The New Breed Tag team match
--There isn't much to say about this one. Damn Vince McMahon for what he is doing to ECW. This should have been under extreme rules or at least an elimination match. Despite all that, this still was a good tag team match.
winner: ECW originals
rating: 7/10

Battle of the Billionaires (Hair vs. Hair)
Umaga with Vince McMahon vs. Bobby Lashley with Donald Trump
(Special ref. Stone Cold Steve Austin)
--This was a good match on a entertainment level rather than a wrestling level. I am a huge Stone Cold Steve Austin fan and to be honest, that's the real reason I watched this match. I would have loved to see Donald Trump Bald but I didn't think it would happen. A decent match, could have been better. Great moment when Stone Cold Stunned Donald Trump
winner: Bobby Lashley
rating: 7/10

Women's Championship Lumberjill match
Melina (champ) vs. Ashley
--this was crap. The match was 2 mins and 42 seconds. I can't believe they wasted time on this match.
winner and still Champ: Melina
rating: 3/10

WWE Championship Match
John "I can't wrestle" Cena (champ) vs. Shawn "HBK" Michaels
-- As i stated earlier, "I am tired of the Wwe pushing that non-wrestling, bad acting, crappy rapping, jackass John Cena." He is the reason wrestling fans are watching TNA (which has great matches). Nonetheless, this was a good match. NOT main event material but overall good. This match is filled with lots of action and surprises. Once again John Cena proved he can't wrestle a good match and Shawn Michaels carried another Jackass to super stardome. The wrong man won for the third time at wrestlemania
winner and still Champ: John "Crappy" Cena
rating: 9/10 (cause of Shawn Michaels)

5 out of 5 stars One Of The Best WWE Collections From THE Best Wrestling Superstar Of All Time!!!.......2007-06-14

This Collection Does A Real Good Job Of Covering The Undertaker's Career. If You Truly Like Undertaker At All Then This Is A Must Have. The Only Undertaker DVD Worth Getting. Almost 10 Hours Of Material Spanning His 13 Years Of Dominance In The WWE. And The Matches Really Show The Undertaker's Best Performances. If There Is Anything Wrong With This Collection It Would Have To Be That More Of The Matches He Had With Brock Lesnar And Kurt Angle Weren't Included. If Those Matches. That Really Took Undertaker To A Whole New Level, Were Included I Would Name This The Best WWE Collection Of All Time. But Lets Face It This Is Probably THE Best WWE Collection Of All Time Anyway.

5 out of 5 stars The Legacy of the Phenom- Match by match.......2007-04-04

This awesome three disc set does a good job with covering taker's wrestling career. This exclusive look at the dead man's greatest matches is a nice narrative that transitions well from one match to the next. The extras on the discs are mostly promos but they are very good. Some of the great matches on this set are taker vs. hbk in the first hell in a cell, taker vs. bret hart, taker vs. hogan from survivor series, vs. kane in the inferno match, and all the way up to his rematch with kane at wrestlemania 20. Most of you already have this disc set. But I would say to those who aren't a big fan of the undertaker (i cant imagine why you wouldn't be) that they should buy this disc set. This is truly a 5 star set which ought to be part of any wrestling fan's collection.

5 out of 5 stars PHENOMEONAL........2007-03-18

THIS DVD SET DOES GREAT JUSTICE TO THE UNDERTAKER'S LEGACY. HIS FINEST MATCHES ARE HERE, AND THE MATCHES ARE ALL AGAINST HIS GREATEST OPPONENTS. THE WHOLE THING COMES FULL CIRCLE AS HE FIGHTS HULK HOGAN IN '91, AND THEN FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP AGAIN IN '02 WHEN HOGAN RETURNED. YOU WILL BE GREATLY SATSIFIED WITH THIS DVD. ALTHOUGH AS OF THIS REVIEW, UNDERTAKER HAS HAD MANY OTHER GREAT MATCHES, THIS COLLECTION IS WHOLESOME AND FUN.

3 out of 5 stars The Royal Rumble...For the 20th Time!.......2007-06-10

Are you ready to rumble? No, I said ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE? Well count me in as ready because ladies and gentleman, it is Royal Rumble time. Not only do we have the Royal Rumble match, but we also have a LAST MAN STANDING match and Test vs. Bobby Lashley. Wait let me repeat myself: Test vs. Lashley! Folks, if that didn't make you pumped than I don't know what will. Let's get on with it already.

First up is MNM vs. The Hardys. Mercury is still sporting his Hannibal Lector mask as JR and The King remind us of his defacing. Of course, if that wasn't enough they show us replays of the fatal ladder shot. WILL THE HARDYS PYRO EVER GO OFF AT THE RIGHT TIME? Poor guys, but at least they still have their face. Nitro and Matt start things off. Mercury tagged in and he is attacking Matt's jaw. Of all the body parts to work on guys...but to their credit Matt had a dislocated jaw. Actually I kind of like it. ATTACK THE JAW! Hardys do some double teaming and are in control. Nitro targets Matt's jaw yet again and MNM regain control. Nitro applies a CHINLOCK. Get it..chin-jaw, chin-jaw. Even a double jawbreaker by MNM and I'm loving their offense. Melina is keeping pretty calm unlike her Scott Steiner like tantrum last month. Jeff gets the tag and is going crazy. WHISPER IN THE WIND! The Hardys then try a top rope leg drop and splash combo but Nitro gets his knees up on Jeff's splash. ~INNOVATION~ MNM back in control and it seems like everyone is holding their jaw except Mercury because he doesn't have a face. ROLLUP BY JEFF! To no avail and MNM go back to the double teaming. HOT TAG TO MATT...NO the referee didn't see it. Can we get some security to escort Mike Chioda out of the building? NOW THE HOT TAG TO MATT! Some nice offense by Matt and the match is starting to break down. Nearfalls by both teams lead to the SIDE EFFECT on Nitro. TWIST OF FATE follows as Mercury takes Matt out of the ring. Jeff sneaks in the ~SWANTAN~ and picks up the victory for the faces...at least the team where 100% of their members had a face. This was a very good opener. Although I wish Matt's jaw would have come in to play a little more there is no doubt that these two teams have chemistry. Overall, just a fun match to watch. ***

Up next we have the sole reason many people ordered this event on pay per view. This is also the sole reason that Styles and Tazz showed up tonight. It is Test vs. Lashley for the ECW World Championship. Oh and for those of you at home that don't know, Test is the IMPACT PLAYER. The two icons lockup and Test slaps Lashley only to get speared. Thankfully, Test has decided to wear kneepads tonight. Nice t-bone by Lashley followed by another suplex. Test gets in control via ramming Lashley into the ring post. Armbar draws our first boring chants. Even I think that's unfair. Armbreaker by Test and then he goes back to the armbar. I smell psychology. Lashley back in control with a press slam, WAIT! Lashley can't pull it off because of his arm. BIG..ENORMOUS boot by Test. Test's TKO is blocked and he gets clotheslined out of the ring. TEST TAKES THE COUNTOUT!?!?! There wasn't even time for my dull humor during the match. Okay, well that was a big waste of time. They had an average match going and then the stupid countout finish followed. Not good. 1/2*

With a tough act to follow, it is Mr. Kennedy vs. Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship. I told you: dull humor. Mr. Kennedy is cocky and he has every right to be. Folks, he BEAT THE CLOCK to get here. As Batista hops to the ring, we see THE SIGN GUY. There is some justice in the world. Batista powers Kennedy down to start but Kennedy gets a shot to the knee and an early rollup for 2. Boot by Batista who then suplexes Kennedy. They go to the outside but Kennedy rams Batista's knee into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Batista is in control as JBL verbally abuses Cole calling him a parrot. Kennedy gets another shot to the knee and then goes on to get more shots in on it. Kennedy then puts Batista in his indian deathlock contraption. What do you expect, the guy BEAT THE CLOCK! Kennedy is bleeding from the nose which makes me wonder if he is beginning to lose his face as well. Now I know what they mean when they tell me not to try this at home. Single-leg boston crab by Kennedy who knows he better win while he still has a face. Batista rolls through and gets a small package followed by an attempt for a powerslam but Kennedy slips out. SPINEBUSTER!! Batista can't capitalize because of his knee. They trade shots and Batista pulls off his power slam and Batista STEALS KENNEDY'S GREEN BAY PLUNGE! JBL...Sign Guy...can someone stop this animal? REF DOWN, REF DOWN, REF DOWN! Low Blow by Kennedy followed by a neckbreaker. Kennedy has Batista beat, but no referee. Can we get some security to escort Nick Patrick out of the building? Kennedy goes for a clothesline from the top rope but gets caught. BATISTA BOMB and Batista retains his title. While not setting the world on fire, this match showed two things. Kennedy has improved significantly and Batista can sell somewhat consistently. Decent little match but nothing more. **1/4

WWE Championship time as John Cena faces Umaga in a Last Man Standing Match. This match was setup nicely by their match at New Year's Revolution so let's see what they can do here. The SIGN GUY comes through again with his sign saying: "Umaga...Last Man Eating". They trade blows to start but Umaga gets the advantage by going to Cena's ribs. Outside, Umaga throws Cena into the steel steps. Both men battle in the entranceway and then take it back inside the ring. Umaga is just attacking Cena's ribs to the point where Cena is down for a 7 count. Umaga throws the steel steps into the ring. Cena recovers for a moment and sends Umaga back outside. Cena picks up the steps...the steel steps...and KILLS UMAGA BY THROWING THE STEPS AT UMAGA ON THE OUTSIDE!! Umaga gets back in control via spin kick. Of course, Armando Estrada did massage him after that big spot as well. You think I'm lying? BEARHUG by Umaga. Steps are back into the ring and Umaga sets up Cena against the steps but misses his running butt slam (what do you want me to call it?). Cena follows up by nailing Umaga with the steps. Cena gets caught doing a crossbody and Umaga hits a fallaway slam. Things are looking bad for Cena until he gets his knees up on Umaga and follows up with a BULLDOG ONTO THE STEPS! Cena hits his side suplex. YOU CAN'T SEE ME...FIVE KNUCKLE SHUFFLE...FU...NO! Cena can't pull it off. Cena is busted open and Umaga smells blood. Umaga continues to use logic but then CENA HULKS UP! All that gets him is a samoan drop ~PUN~. Samoan spike is blocked but Umaga rebounds with a headbutt. Umaga misses another headbutt and Cena hits his top rope legdrop. Umaga dies for the second time tonight as he gets blasted with a TV monitor. Cena gets caught again and rammed into the ring post. Armando tells Umaga to lay on the announce table for another massage but Umaga interprets differently and lays Cena on the table. UMAGA RUNS THE ANNOUNCE TABLES BUT MISSES A SPLASH!! That gets a 9 count. Armando whips out his toolbox and looses the top rope so it comes off completely. The intention here is the ~ULTIMATE SAMOAN SPIKE~. It's blocked and CENA GETS THE FU and hits Umaga with the metal turnbuckle. STFU USING THE ROPE! EVEN A MONSTER'S GOT TO BREATHE!!! Umaga gets up so Cena locks it on again. Umaga can't make the 10 count at Cena retains his title. Once again, these two have a very good match. I do feel this is overrated to an extent. Most of the psychology was off as it wasn't Cena's ribs that stopped him from performing moves but rather the weight of Umaga. Nevertheless, original spots and an original ending make this a very good, almost great match. ***1/2

Finally we come to the ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH. Now I am going to do things a little differently. Instead of doing play by play I will just give you my overall thoughts on the match. If I did do play by play, it would be incredibly long (like most of my reviews) and repetitive (Person enters, person gets eliminated). So time to get my analytical face on. First of all, the announce team was very good. It consisted of Cole, JBL, and Jerry Lawler. Mixing JBL and Lawler will always be entertaining. The actual match itself is disappointing for the most part considering the talent involved. There are many periods during the match where everyone in the ring is in pairs trying to eliminate each other. There also aren't many memorable eliminations; the most memorable being Sabu chokeslammed through a table. My final problem is that no one really stands out and shines. That is, until we get to the final four. This is where the match gets turned up a notch. In fact, it even gets better when we get down to just Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. These two provided us with an insane amount of suspense helped by each having a legitimate chance of winning. With all that said, there still are some fun interactions and Undertaker winning from Number 30 was a nice touch. How do you rate a match like this? Each reviewer has different criteria so I'll just leave you with a closing statement. The 2007 Royal Rumble Match was for the most part dull but had maybe the best final four segment ever.

So there is the 2007 Royal Rumble. We had two matches hit three stars in Hardys/MNM and Umaga/Cena. I guess you could say I underrated Umaga/Cena as many people liked it a lot more than I did. The Royal Rumble match was fun as always but not that great of a match. Then of course Test and Lashley put on their clinic. To finish, it is still the Royal Rumble with a hot opener and a very good Last Man Standing Match.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars WWE Vengeance 2001.......2006-06-30

Scotty 2 Hotty & Albert vs Test & Christian
This match was alot boring. The referee allowed too much tag team interfearence. Otherwise, Albert picks up the victory for him and Scotty 2 Hotty with a powerbomb 2/5
Winner: Albert & Scotty 2 Hotty

Edge(Champion) vs William Regal for the Intercontinental Championship
This match was better than I thought. In the beggining Regal hits Edge on the ring post. There is a lot of high risk manuvers in the match. In the middle of the match Edge speats the steel steps. Regal tries to hit Edge with the bronx knuckles but Edge hits the spear. 3/5 Winner and still Intercontinental Champion Edge

Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy Lita Special Guest Referee
This was one of the best matches. Jeff Hardy does a lot of moves from the top rope. One time Matt Hardy catches him with a slam on the back. When Jeff Hardy goes to the top again and Matt Hardy tries to stop him but he gets slammed on his face and Jeff Hardy hits the Swantoon. Matt Hardy gets his foot on the bottom rope but Lita was only looking at the shoulders of Matt Hardy
Winner: Jeff Hardy

Dudely Boyz w/ Stacy Keibler(Champions) vs Big Show & Kane
This was an awsome match. There were alot of near falls. Kane jumps from the top rope to the outside and Big Show strips her to her pannies. Then he spanks her. The Dudleys catch Big Show off guard and hit him with a catapult onto the exposed turnbuckle
3/5 Winner and still tag team champions The Dudley Boyz

Rob Van Dam(Champion) vs Undertaker for the Hardcore Championship
This match starts off in the crowd. Undertaker pushes the rail on the face of Rob Van Bam to start choking him. Rob Van Dam shoots some os the fluid of the fire extinguisher on Undertaker then he hits him with a trash can. Next Rob Van Dam jumbs from the seats above the exit sign and hits a croosbody. Undertaker hits Rob Van Dam's head on the screen on the entrance stage and tries for the lastride. Rob Van Dam reveres it and Undertaker gets hit with rolling thunder. Then gets hit with the Vandaminator. Then the Undertaker chokeslams Rob Van Da through the stage. 4/5
Winner and new Hardcore Champion Undertaker

Trish Stratus(Championship) vs Jacqueline for the Womens Championship
Trish Stratus keeps on getting kicked and backbody dropped. Then she gets the chick kick reversed. Next she gets slammed on her face. Trish Stratus hits a back slide and wins the match 2/5
Winner and still the Womens Champion Trish Stratus

Kurt Angle vs Steve Austin(champion) for the WWF Championship
There are a lot of suplexes in this match. Austin gets hit with a low blow and Angle hits the Angle Slam. Then he tries to hit the Stone Cold Stunner but instead Austin hits it. 4/5
Winner and still WWF Champion Steve Austin

The Rock vs Y2J
This was a good match. The Rock hits a DDT through a table and Vince tries to make The Rock loss after he goes for the People
's Elbow. Y2J gets a low blow and hits the Rock Bottom 5/5
Winner and new World Champion Y2J

Steve Austin vs Y2J
This match starts off with a Rock Bottom to Y2J and a chair shot to Austin. There is a lot of ring post shots and there is suplexes on the concreate floor. At the end Steve Austin hits Vince and gives Y2J The Walls of Jericho. Whilw Jericho is taping Booker T hits Austin with the title belt and Y2J wins 5/5
Winner and new Undisputed Champion Y2J

1. Scott 3 hotty and albert vs. test and christian- This was basicly just a filler match. No storyline at all but it got the crowd into it and kept a preaty good pace for the match. I always notice that scotty gets his partners involved which hypes up the crowd. Decent opener. Winners scotty and albert. Match Rating 6/10.

2. Edge vs. William Regal for the ITC title- This was an average match. I think that they let this match run a little bit to long. It was good intensity for a while but then most of the match was worked on edges arm. Still decent and was passable for a title match but i know these two could have done alot better. Winner and still ITC champ edge. Match Rating 7/10.

3. Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy- I really enjoyed this match. I wish the fued would have lasted a little bit longer after the match but during it played a perfect storyline. It was a fast paced match and the wwe gave these two enough time to work out a good match. SOme good intensity by both men but it was slowed down by working on jeffs leg. A wierd ending to the match but i understand waht the wwe was thinking. Good match. Winner jeff hardy. Match Rating 8/10.

4. Big Show and kane vs. the dudleys for the tag team titles- This was an average tag team match. I think that it was a nice idea to put kane and the big show as a team. It was more funny at times in the match but it was still average. I thought that the big show and kane were going to win. Nothing much to sya except it was a soilid tag match. Winners and still wwe tag team champs the dudleys. Match ARting 6.5/10.

5. Undertaker vs. Rvd for the hardcore title- This was a really good match. I knew it was a good idea to have these two in a match when they can bring so much to the table. There were not as many hardcore spots as i thought there were going to be but some good stuff. A really nice dive by rvd from the balcony onto taker. Some nice chair shots in this match by rvd and a really nice ending to the match when rvd was chockeslammed off the stage through 2 tables. Winner and new wwe hardcore champ the undertaker. Match Rating 8.5/10.

6. Trish vs. Jackilan for the womens title- This was just a match to slow the crowd down after that hardcore match. Both of these divas have alot of talent but i just could not get into this match at all. Maybe just me. Winner and still wwe womens champ trish. Match Rating 5.5/10.

7. Stone Cold vs. Kurt angle for the wwe title- This was not as good as there previous match like the one they had at summerslam but it was still very good. Austin and angle can always bring alot to the table. Not as much of near falls as i was hoping. There was a nice spot were we got to see angles moonsault. Not the decision i was hoping for and i wish the match would have lasted a little bit longer. Still goo. Winner and still wwe champ stone cold steve austin. Match Rating 7.5/10.

8. Y2J vs. The Rock for the WCW title- This in my opinion was better than the austin rock match which surprised me. It was just faster paced and was more intense. A really different ending than i was expecting. Some nice spots in this match one of them occuring with a ddt through the announce table. Some more near falls than the other but the ending was kind of weak but it surprised me which is a good thing. Winner and new WCW champ Y2J. Match Rating 9/10.

9. Stone Cold vs. Y2J for the undispuited title- This was a nice way to end the ppv. It was started right after the jerico match and started good with a chair shot and a rock bootom. It picked up from there with just some good wrestling and it continued for the rest of the match. proboly could have been a little bit better but it was a good main event and the ending surprised me. Winner and undisputed champ Y2J. Match Rating 8/10.

Well that raps up another. I would give vengence 2001 a grade of 66/90 which is a 73% which means this is an awsome ppv. I think that is fair to say. It did not have a bad match on the whole card and we made a little bit of history as weel. If you can tell me if my review was helpful or not. Thanks for your time.

1. The hardy Boyz vs. The hurrican and lance storm for the wcw tag team titles- This was a nice chocie as an opener. Both teams really put alot of effort in to this match. I would say that it was a nice fast paced hardy boyz trype of match and one that was given enough time to enjoy. WInners and stil wcw tag team champs the hardy boyz. Match Rating 7/10.

2. TEst vs. Kane- This was an okay match. I would sy that this was an aboveaverage big man match. I think that kane carried this match and i never thought test did much. Lots of near falls and lots of hard hitting action in this match. Big boot wins it for test. WInner Test MAtch Rating 7/10.

3. Torrie vs. Stacy in a lingera match- This was a horriable match. this was not a good wrestling match at all and the only two resons these women were brought in was because for looks. Saying htat i will rate this match in a half based on looks. WInenr torrie wilison. Match Rating 5/10.

4. Edge vs. Christian for the wwe itc title in a ladder match- This was tied for the match of the night. It mioght have been match of the night it was hard to decide. ANyway this was nice to see. They had had alot of ladder matches thsi year but this one took the cake. For one reason is because these two have been in so many ladder matches together they put on an awsome show with alot of high fling spots. WInner and new wwe itc champ edge. Match Rating 9/10.

5. The Dudley Boyz vs. The Big Show & Tajiri for the wwf tag team titles- This was an averag tag team match. I really could not get into this much as much as i should have. The reaosn being is that i think that the big show and tajiri did not mix well as a tag team. IT was okaty but not that good. Winners and still wwe tag team champs the dudley boyz. Match Rating 6/10.

6. Undertaker vs. Booker T- This was another up and down match. They had another one of these in 2004 at judgement dya and i wouldsay that this one was a little bit better. WHen u look at this match on paper it looks alot btter than it is. There styles mixed ok but i oculd not get into it as much as i wanted. WInner Undertaker. MAtch Rating 6.5/10.

7. The Rock vs. Chris Jericho for the wcw title- This was a god match. There series basically staeyd the same rating wise but i really liked this on.e One reason is ther match was set up beaytiful with a great storyline and great wrestling. Also lots of near falls int his match made this awsome. The othere great part about this match was we got to see them give y2J the respect he finally deserved. it was so nice for him to get a little bit of a push. Winner and new wcw champ Y2J. match Rating 8.5/10.

8. Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rob Van Dam for the wwe title in a triple threat match- This was another great match. They added rvd to the mix which was a great chocie. This match flowwed so good to the feud of austin and angle to the addittion of rvd it worked perfect. Great time gievn about 20 minutes. This was non stop action and even thought the no dq did not come into play that much it was still great and a nice ending invovling shane and vince. WInner and still wwe champ. Match Rating 9/10.

Well that raps up another. I would give no mercy 2001 a grade of 58/80 which is a 72% which means this is an awsome ppv. I would very much recomend this to anyone and get it right away. If u can tell me if my review was helpful or not i would appreicate that. Thanks for your time.

5 out of 5 stars WWF and WCW in a WWE DVD.......2005-10-01

This DVD is so great.I'd buy it in a local store but great matches.Let's take a look at it...

WCW Tag Team Championships
The Hardy Boyz vs. Lance Storm & The Hurricane
An awesome match with some high flying moves. These two teams are great.Hardyz win with a Swanton Bomb.
Rating: 7/10

Kane vs. Test
Two big bulls collided in a one-on-one match.Lots of power moves done by these two men.Excellent match with Nick Patrick chokeslamed by Kane!Test wins with a big boot
Rating: 9/10

1st Ever Lingerie Match
Torrie Wilson vs. Stacy Keibler
Two WCW superstars will faced of in a 1st Ever Lingerie match.Wow! These two women are hot!!!.Never mind the wrestling match just mind the lingerie!Torrie wins
Rating: 9.5/10

WWF Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match
Edge vs. Christian
This match has lots of dangerous, high-flying and brutal action. Also lots of sick suddistic moves.Probably the best match of the night...I think! Also the greatest Ladder Match in the WWE!!!Edge wins
Rating: 10/10

WWF Tag Team Championships
The Dudley Boyz vs. The Big Show & Tajiri
For some reason, i didn't like this match cause it sucks.Big Show & Tajiri gave a hell of a fight but the Dudleys pick up the victory
Rating: 5.5/10

Undertaker vs. Booker T
One man from WWF and one man from WCW.An average match with some action and an amateur like wrestling match. But it is still brilliant.Undertaker wins with a Last Ride.
Rating: 6/10

WCW Championship
The Rock vs. Chris Jericho
Are you ready for the main event..well let's start it in the WCW Championship. These two men gave a hell of a fight and The Rock is
entertaining peoples.Jericho finally defeated The Rock with a chair shot.DAMN you Jericho!
Rating: 8.5/10

WWF Championship Triple Threat No DQ Match
Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rob Van Dam
One men from WWF, one man from WCW and one man from ECW, this match is great! They all do their signature moves and Vince kick's ass of Shane O' Mac.Austin wins with a sick stunner on RVD.
Rating: 9.5/10

Yet the best match of the night wasn't the main event, the ladder match is the best match of the night.Better than to remove the WWF Tag Team Championship match coz it sucks.2nd best PPV of 2001 after WrestleMania followed by No Way Out.

Buy this DVD worth of money

5 out of 5 stars Finally Y2J has come to No Mercy to layeth the Smackdown on the great one!.......2005-08-17

This dvd is great. The matches were fantastic especially the wcw title match between Y2J and the Rock. The first match was the Hardy's vs Lance Storm and The Hurricane for the wcw tag tam titles. It was a great match to start the ppv with the Hardy's winning. The second match was Kane vs Test. This was a battle between two big studs with Test cheating to win.The third match was Torrie Wilson vs Stacy Keibler in a lingerie match.Torrie won which was good enough! The fourth match was Edge vs Christian in a ladder match for the IC title.Edge and Christian tore down the house with Edge winning after hitting Christian with a chair on the top of the ladder. The fifth match was The Dudley's vs The Big Show and Tagiri for the wwf tag team titles. The Dudleys won after Rhyno came out and gored the Big Show. The sixth match was The UnderTaker vs BookerT.The Undertaker won fair and square with the last ride. The seventh match was Y2J vs The Rock for the wcw title. The Rock was winning pretty much until Stephanie trying to cost Y2J actually cost The Rock causing the Rock to lose the wcw title. The eigth match was Stone Cold vs Kurt Angle vs Rvd for the wwf title.Austin won when he pinned RVD.

5 out of 5 stars great PPV.......2005-07-27

Here is the Review !!!

This Review is Very long so go to "see all my reviews" and look for it to see the full review !!!

1.WCW Tag Team Championship

Hardy Boyz vs. Hurricane Helms and Lance Storm

No Mercy kicked off from the Savvis Center in St. Louis with WCW Tag Team Championship action, as the Hardy Boyz defended against The Hurricane and Lance Storm. The Hardys were accompanied to the ring by Lita, while Hurricane & Storm were accompanied by Mighty Molly and Ivory. Hurricane showed off some of his Hurri-powers as the match began, but the Hardys battled right back with their high-flying, double-teaming tactics. But Hurricane & Storm roared right back with some double-team tactics of their own. Soon Hurricane put on his cape and leapt from the top rope all the way to the outside, taking out his opposition! The challengers isolated Jeff Hardy, but Jeff soon battled back, nailing Lance with a breath-taking corkscrew moonsault. Moments later, he tagged Matt, who cleaned house. Soon it was an all-out brawl in the ring, with several near falls. Matt went for the Twist of Fate, and the challengers hit a double thrust kick, but Jeff saved his brother from the pin at the last second. Lita got involved soon after, getting into it with Ivory and Mighty Molly. Jeff then hit Ivory, and Lance Storm snuck up on Jeff to get the half Crab. But Lita hit Lance with a hurricanrana. Matt then hit a Twist of Fate on Hurricane, and Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb for the win!

Winners and still Champions: Hardy Boyz

2.Kane vs Test

Two of the biggest, baddest dudes in sports entertainment went at it when Test battled Kane. The match marked Kane's fourth anniversary in the Federation, as he made his debut at the October 1997 "Badd Blood" Pay-Per-View, right in St. Louis! Test went for his flying elbow, but Kane moved just in time and came back with a neckbreaker. Kane then drove Test down with a suplex, but Test just got the shoulder up at the last minute. A Kane clothesline sent Test over the top rope, but Test recovered to ram Kane into the ring post and hit him with a big boot to the face! Once back in the ring, Kane narrowly escaped defeat. Test measured for another boot to the face, but Kane caught him in a chokeslam! The two then traded blows until Kane caught Test in a powerslam. Kane then ascended the top rope but missed a flying clothesline! Amazingly, Test caught the 300-plus pound Kane in a pump-handle slam, but Test again narrowly avoided defeat! Test then went to the outside to grab a chair, but Kane hit a dropkick against the chair and into Test's face! When Kane went to use the chair, referee Nick Patrick grabbed the chair and took it away! Patrick's interference opened the door for Test to finish the Big Red Machine with a big boot to pick up the win! After the match, an angry Kane chokeslammed Patrick not once, but twice, and then sent Patrick down with a powerbomb!

Winner: Test

3.First Ever Lingerie Match

Torrie Wilson vs. Stacy Keibler

The two sultry divas strutted down to the ring, ready to show off their stuff. Torrie unveiled her lingerie first, a mouth-watering red number. Stacy was slower to disrobe, instead stunning the crowd with some spins and kicks. Stacy then took off her robe to reveal a stunning black number, before slapping Torrie across the face. She then took out a whip, and whipped both Torrie and the referee! From there, the catfight was on, and the two women even rolled right over the ref! The women traded several near falls and then Torrie hit Tajiri's handspring elbow to score the pin, spanking Stacy after the bout!

Winner: Torrie Wilson

4.Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match

Christian vs. Edge

Two years after Edge & Christian battled the Hardy Boyz in the Ladder Match that put both teams on the map, E&C met up one-on-one in a Ladder Match for Christian's Intercontinental Championship, as it was brother vs. brother! With the title hanging above the ring, the fight started on the ramp way. It didn't take long for the ladder to become a factor, and the two brothers even battled into the crowd. Edge took the early advantage, catapulting his brother into the ladder, but Christian battled back, dropping his brother onto it. With the ladder propped up between the ring and the barricade, the brothers battled it out on top, and Christian fell crotch-first onto one of the rungs! Edge tried to bring the battle into the ring, but a Christian dropkick knocked the ladder right into Edge's face! That allowed the IC Champion to set up the ladder and try and get his belt. But Edge knocked him from the ladder, and Christian clotheslined Edge in the process. Christian then trapped Edge in the corner with the ladder, as the "Christian sucks!" chants began. Christian got a steel chair and went to nail his brother, but Edge caught his brother and tossed him from the top rope onto the ladder, spine-first! Edge set the ladder up against the ropes and put his brother on his shoulders. He then tossed him off, and Christian landed on the ladder in a precarious position! Edge set up the ladder between the top two turnbuckles, but Christian reversed a whip, sending his brother into the ladder! Moments later, Christian slingshotted his brother right into the ladder! Christian brought another ladder into the ring and set it up, as Edge started to come to. Edge then set up the other ladder and slammed Christian from the top of both ladders, with both men putting their bodies on the line! Edge was the first to come to, and he ascended one of the ladders as the fans cheered for him. Christian attacked his brother from behind, and hit the I'm Prettier from the top of the ladder! Christian went to the outside and got a pair of steel chairs. He set his brother up for the one-man con-chair-to, but Edge knocked the chair back into Christian's face. Edge then went outside the ring and brought in a third ladder, propping it up on the two chairs. He set Christian up on the ladder, and then went to the top rope and splashed his brother with a thunderous crash! Edge started to climb for the title, but Christian used a ladder to the ribs to knock Edge from the ladder. Christian then propped up the third ladder behind the other two. Christian started climbing a ladder, and Edge went up to the top rope and speared Christian right off the ladder! The brothers then began to climb the same ladder at the same time, and as they ducked it out, their ladder fell to the outside of the ring, knocking both brothers to the floor! E&C were very slow in getting to their feet, and Christian got back into the ring first. He started to climb, but fell a few times, and he was clearly very sore. Soon Edge was back in the ring, and he hit Christian with a chair below the belt. Edge then manoeuvred the chairs and gave Christian a con-chair-to on the top of the ladders! Christian's prone body rolled off the ladders, as Edge grabbed the title and became the new Intercontinental Champion!

Winner and new Champion: Edge

5. WWF Tag Team Championship

Dudley Boyz vs. Big Show and Tajiri

After putting Torrie Wilson and Spike Dudley through tables, the Dudley Boyz were wanted men in their title defence against Big Show and Tajiri. The Dudleys tried to isolate the Show, but the big man used his power advantage to gain control. Tajiri used his kicks in an attempt to score the Tag Titles, but Bubba soon nailed Tajiri with a Bubba Bomb. The Dudleys tried double-teaming Tajiri to soften up the smaller member of their challengers. Finally, Tajiri got the tag to Big Show, who dominated the Dudleys. The Show did his best Razor Ramon impression, and then signalled for the chokeslam, but the Dudleys knocked him out of the ring. Tajiri knocked the Dudleys down with kicks, and soon locked D-Von in the Tarantula. Moments later, he knocked the Dudleys down with a double handspring elbow! Tajiri went to hit Bubba with the mist, but instead hit the ref. Big Show then chokeslammed Bubba, but the ref was still out of it. Rhyno then ran to the ring and gored the Big Show to the outside. Tajiri then scored an enziguiri and a big kick to the face on D-Von, who barely kicked out of the pinfall. Moments later, the Dudleys hit the 3-D, and pinned Tajiri for the successful title defence.

Winners and still champions: Dudley Boyz

6.Undertaker vs. Booker T.

The most respected superstar in World Wrestling Federation history battled the most decorated superstar in WCW history as the Undertaker took on Booker T. The match started outside the ring with punches and kicks, as the two icons went at it. Taker went to work on Booker's left arm, and soon went old-school on Booker. Booker soon regained the advantage, as the fight spilled to the outside. Booker tried to hit Taker with the ring bell, but referee Tim White stopped him from doing so, and Taker regained the advantage as the fight spilled into the crowd. But Booker battled back as the fight went back into the ring. Booker went up top and nailed Taker with a missile dropkick. Soon after, he hit Taker with a big kick to the face, and a side suplex. Booker then telegraphed a knee to the face, and was about to go for the Spinerooni, until Taker got back to his feet. Taker rallied back with a big boot, but Booker reversed a powerslam and scored a near fall. Booker went to the second rope but was met with a big foot, and the two men slugged it out. A spinning heel kick by Booker was good for two, but Taker hit a DDT soon after. The fight continued, and Taker measured Booker for an avalanche. But Booker caught him, dropped him on the turnbuckle, and hit a kick, knocking Taker to the outside. Booker then hit the Spinerooni! As Taker went to get back in the ring, Booker hit him with a scissors kick, but Taker got his foot on the bottom rope. Moments later, Taker went for the chokeslam, but Booker powered out of it with a low blow, undetected by the ref. Booker punched Taker on the turnbuckles, but Taker nailed Booker with the Last Ride and pinned him to win the match.

Winner: Undertaker

7.WCW Heavyweight Championship

The Rock vs. Chris Jericho

It was the biggest match of Chris Jericho's career, as Y2J challenged The Rock for the WCW Championship, looking to prove that he could indeed win the "big match." Rock -- who lost the Federation Championship last year at No Mercy -- was looking to defeat his motivated challenger. The two popular superstars laid into each other from the get-go, as the fans were clearly split in who to cheer for. Rock looked for the Rock Bottom early on, but Y2J powered out and went for the Walls of Jericho, but Rocky got to the ropes. Y2J then hit Rock with the second-rope dropkick, pulling out all the stops for this unique opportunity to snare WCW gold. He also hit Rock with a top-rope reverse elbow for a two-count. Y2J also scored a near-fall after a flying forearm.Y2J gained the advantage, and assaulted Rock with various manoeuvres, trying to wear down the People's Champion. Rock roared back with a clothesline, but Jericho hung Rock out to dry on the top rope moments later. After a bodyslam, Jericho went up top, but Rock caught him and crotched him on the top rope, and then superplexed him down! The men slugged it out, and Rock tossed Jericho down, and then nailed Y2J with a Samoan drop for a two-count. Running on adrenaline, Rock knocked Jericho over the top rope to the outside. On the outside, he knocked Y2J's head off the announce table, before tossing him back into the ring. Rocky continued to pound on The Rock, but Jericho battled back. Rock floored Y2J with a clothesline, but Jericho kicked out of the pin. Moments later, Rock tossed Jericho to the outside. Back on the inside, Rock scored another near-fall. Rock then tried to wear down Y2J with a sleeper. After battling out of the sleeper, Y2J went for a dropkick but missed. Rock hit Jericho with a slingshot into the top turnbuckle, and then hit a clothesline. Rock continued to dominate, and went for another top-rope superplex. But Jericho pushed Rock down, and hit Rock with a missile dropkick! Both men were slow to get back to their feet, and when they did, they slugged it out. Y2J scored with a neckbreaker and a hurricanrana for two. Moments later, Jericho hit Rock with a Rock Bottom! He then nailed a Lionsault, but Rock kicked out at two, much to Y2J's shock! Y2J then hit a bulldog on The Rock, and went for the People's Elbow, but Rock moved! Rock battled back, putting Y2J in the sharpshooter! Jericho screamed for dear life, and after what seemed like minutes, Y2J finally made it to the ropes, forcing Rock to break the hold! On the outside, Rock took the top off the Spanish announce table, and he and Jericho ascended the table. He then nailed Y2J with a Rock Bottom right through the table! Rock stared down his challenger, and brought him back into the ring. He set Y2J up for a Rock Bottom, but Jericho battled out of it. Rock then hit a spinebuster on Y2J, and went for a People's Elbow of his own. But as he was about to hit it, Jericho caught Rock's foot, and locked Rock in the Walls of Jericho! Rock reached for the ropes for all he was worth, but as he was about to get there, Jericho pulled him away! Suddenly, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley ran to the ring and threw a chair in the ring, Y2J let go of the hold to knock Stephanie from the apron, and when Y2J turned around, Rock nailed him with a DDT. Rock then threw Stephanie into the ring, and hit her with a Rock Bottom! The distracted ref didn't see Y2J knock Rock's head into the chair! Three seconds later, Chris Jericho was the new WCW Champion! After the bout, Y2J mocked Stephanie. Rock grabbed a chair and snuck up behind Y2J. When Jericho turned around, Rock presented him with the chair, and Jericho held up the title belt and the chair!

Winner and new Champion: Chris Jericho

8.WWF Heavyweight Championship

Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rob Van Dam

This match was made all-the-more interesting by the fact that Commissioner Mick Foley made it a no-disqualification bout on HEAT, and also by the fact that there were many question as to what role Vince McMahon would play. Austin had some words for RVD prior to the bout, as Angle snuck up and nailed both men with suplexes. Austin & RVD soon battled back and double-teamed the Olympian. They knocked him from the ring, and Austin talked some trash to RVD, even giving him the middle finger. RVD gave it right back, as Angle snuck up behind RVD and attacked him. The Rattlesnake pounded on both men, even hitting Angle with a low blow. He went for the Stunner on Angle, who reversed it into an ankle lock before RVD kicked Angle, breaking the hold. RVD nailed Austin with a series of kicks, before Angle attacked RVD from behind. But RVD hit Angle with Rolling Thunder for a near-fall, broken up by Austin. As the "RVD" chants heated up, Austin hit RVD with a spinebuster, threw Angle to the outside, and gained a near-fall on RVD. Austin went to work on RVD's knees, and also pounded on Kurt. Stone Cold locked RVD in a half Boston Crab, until Angle broke it up. Austin threw Angle to the outside and locked RVD in a STF, until Angle broke that up too. Outside the ring, Austin slingshotted Angle into the ringpost, and then wrapped RVD's legs on the ringpost. With Angle and Austin down, RVD went up top. He went for the Five-Star Frog Splash, but both men moved out of the way. Moments later, Austin hit the Stunner on Angle, but RVD broke up the pin. RVD set Austin up in the corner, and hit the split-legged moonsault for two. Angle hit the Angle slam on RVD, but Austin broke up the pin. Austin knocked Angle from the ring, and then Stone Cold went outside the ring after him. Austin and Angle ducked it out on the outside, and Stone Cold took the top off the other announce table. He went to piledrive Angle, but Angle backdropped him onto the announce table, which did not break! RVD then scored with a leap to the outside on Angle, as all three men lay on the outside! Suddenly, Vince McMahon strutted to ringside. RVD & Angle were the first two men up, and they slugged it out inside the ring, where RVD hit Angle with a reverse heel kick. RVD then went up top, but Angle caught him with a top-rope belly-to-belly suplex! Austin finally got back into the ring, and hit another Stunner on Angle, but Angle fell outside the ring, so the Rattlesnake turned his attention to RVD. Mr. McMahon then got in the ring and nailed Austin in the back with a steel chair! RVD went up top and nailed Austin with the Five-Star Frog Splash, but an injured RVD couldn't go for the pin right away. When he finally did, Angle broke it up. Angle hit RVD with four belly-to-back suplexes and an Angle slam, but as he went for the pin, Shane McMahon ran down and threw Angle to the outside and into the ringpost! Shane and Vince then started going at it! Back in the ring, Austin hit the Stunner on RVD and pinned him to retain his championship, much to Vince McMahon's shock!
