It's Just Alright.......2006-10-23
This movie was alright, but not something I'd like to watch again. Once is enough. I never knew Sheila E. had starred in "Krush Groove" and it was kind of weird hearing her rap and mingling with hip-hop artist. She really looked out of place. Other than that, this movie isn't anything to write home about.

Still Good .......2006-02-24
If your between the age of 25 & 30 and saw this movie years ago.
It will bring back great memories of your childhood. The cast is pretty much made up of rappers and rap groups of hip hop past. So it's worth it just to see all your favorites of yester year, before it was all about shoot em up and other nonsense
Hip Hop Classic!!!.......2005-12-13
Radio, A Love Bizzare, If I Ruled The World, All You Can Eat........you can't stop the streets and the groove with the greatest hip hop movie of all time, Krush Groove!!!!! Other than Shelia E's terrible acting, the movie was a classic and a must buy. Before the dvd release, I thought I would never see this movie again, but now, I'm sure glad I purchased it. "KRUSH GROOOOVVINNNN' BODY MOOOOOOVVVINNNN"!!!!!"

This collection of satirical sketches about television was released in 1974, the heyday of obvious pop-culture humor along the lines Cheech and Chong. With Saturday Night Live still a few years away, Chevy Chase made an appearance here, and one can see the acute sensibility that would redefine television comedy in its early form. Some of the gags work well but most are pretty dispensable; some are a bit crude. On the plus side, it's nice to see Richard Belzer (from TV's Homicide) in his sharp-tongued, formative stage. While not brilliant, the film did serve as one influence on the rise of ironic humor in the '70s. --Tom Keogh
Customer Reviews:
A little dated but still has its moments.......2007-04-04
I first saw this movie when I was in college in the mid 1970s. It was pretty radical for its time as it predated the original Saturday Night Live. It is made up of a number of individual bits, most of which were topical at the time. There are references to 2001 A Space Odyssey, the Watergate hearings, Vietnam, counterculture drug dealers, etc. and features the first screen appearances of Chevy Chase and Richard Belzer.
If you are nostalgic for those times and willing to suffer some misses along with the real laughs, this movie is for you.
Take It For What It Is.......2007-03-12
The movie was made quickly and "spontaneously," so it is not as slick as you might have come to expect from a full-out "movie."
That being said, for those who can remember what TV was like in the 1960s, this movie is a classic. And you get to see really funny samples of comedic talents when they were really young, such as Richard Belzer and Chevy Chase.
Loved it.
Feed Your Head.......2007-02-25
I'll probably revise this later because it's been many years since I saw this. But back in the 70's this was a late night and drive in favorite. Like I said I haven't seen it for many years and I'm guessing that it's probably not as funny as it used to be afer a few tokes, but I think it'll still be worth a watch because this was the beginning of the kind of humor we found later in SNL. Much of the humor is subtle and can easily go over your head if you're not aware of what's going on, but if you are then there's a lot of fun here. In fact I still remember having to take a second look at the end VD talk to realize what that puppet actually was...It was the absurdity that made it so funny....
How fun was the 70's?.......2007-01-18
Fun movie, some of the bits run a little long, but overall entertaining.
Funny movie, terrible DVD transfer.......2006-05-12
A lot of the skits are dated but the non-dated stuff is hilarious. Unless you are a baby boomer you won't get the dated jokes, unless you know about Pop culture of the early 70's. The DVD video quality is awful though, they could have did a better transfer. The video is dull and grainy. Its also a Pan & Scan 4:3 ratio! What happened to the widescreen??

Originally developed as an epic called Kingdom of the Sun, The Emperor's New Groove lost scale and most of Sting's song score (some of which can be heard on the soundtrack) on its way to the screen. The end result is the lightest Disney film in many a moon, a joyous romp akin to Aladdin in its quotient of laughs for kids and adults. The original story centers on the spoiled teenage emperor Kuzco (David Spade), who enjoys getting the best of his Aztecan subjects. When he fires Yzma (Eartha Kitt), his evil sorceress, she seeks revenge and turns Kuzco into a llama with the help of her hunk of the month, a lunk named Kronk (Patrick Warburton). Alone in the jungle, the talking llama is befriended by Pacha (John Goodman), who has just been told to vacate his pastoral home by the human Kuzco. What's an ego to do? That's pretty much the story and the characters--simple, direct, fun--a Disney film on a diet. For any fan of the acidic humor of Spade, this is essential viewing. As narrator of his tale, Kuzco uses a sarcastic tone to keep the story jumping with plenty of fun asides (he even "stops" the film at one point to make sure you know the story is about him). Even better is character actor Warburton (Elaine's stuck-up boyfriend on Seinfeld), who steals every scene as the dim-witted, but oh-so-likable Kronk. There's even a delicious Tom Jones number that starts the film off with a bang. --Doug Thomas
Description
If you liked ALADDIN, you'll love Disney's THE EMPEROR'S NEW GROOVE, where outrageous comedy rules! Audiences and critics alike raved about this hilarious animated adventure. "Ebert & Roeper And The Movies" gave it "Two Thumbs Up." Faster than you can say "Boom, baby," arrogant Emperor Kuzco is turned into a llama by his devious advisor, Yzma, and her hunky henchman, Kronk, who want to rid the kingdom of this beast of burden. Now the ruler who once had it all must form an unlikely alliance with a pleasant peasant named Pacha. Together, Kuzco and Pacha must overcome their differences as they embark on a hilarious, "groovy" adventure that will have you howling with laughter.
Customer Reviews:
Got it Memorized.......2007-06-14
YZMA--"Tell us where the talking llamer is, and we'll burn your house to the ground."
KRONK--"Uh, don't you mean, or?"
YZMA--(heavy sigh) "Tell us where the talking llamer is, OR we'll burn your house to the ground."
PACHA'S-DAUGHTER-WHOSE-NAME-I-FORGET--"Well, which is it? That seems like a pretty crucial conjunction."
That is one of my favorite quotes from the movie. Which isn't saying much, for if I were to tell you ALL my favorite quotes, I would be quoting the entire movie. Which I can do. But I don't think anyone here wants that.
Featuring the considerable talents of David Spade, Patrick Warburton, Eartha Kitt, John Goodman, and others, this movie is, in a word, gorgeous. It is one of the only animated movies I can watch now, as a fifteen-year-old, and still adore. (Though I'd love to see the originally planned film, KINGDOM OF THE SUN -- it sounds interesting, according to the professional reviews.)
Matching Kronk's wackiness is Yzma's hilarious villainy ("Pull the lever, Kronk! WRONG LEVEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!") and matching off Kuzco's selfishness and sarcastic wit is Pacha the peasant. In this movie you end up rooting for the "villains" -- Kronk and Yzma -- almost as much as Kuzco and Pacha. Kuzco is, of course, at the beginning, more a villain than a good guy anyway.
THE PLOT: By firing his millenia-old adviser Yzma, Emperor Kuzco gets himself a death wish from said advisor, aided by her hapless right-hand man, Kronk, who accidentally mixes up the poison with extract of llama and turns the former emporor into a long-necked hairball. Too softhearted to hurl the bratty eighteen-year-old Emperor over the edge of a waterfall, he accidentally trips and throws the bag holding Kuzco onto the cart of Pacha, the leader of a village Kuzco means to demolish in order to build himself a summer house with waterslide -- "It's my birthday gift to me!!!" Together, Pacha and Kuzco must get Kuzco back to the palace and back into human form -- but meanwhile the new empress Yzma has found out about Kronk's blunder and is chasing him too -- or, rather, Kronk is, and she's riding in a litter he's wearing as a backpack.
I can't give much more enthusiastic praise for this movie than I've already given, but I'll just leave you with one last, classic quote between Yzma and Kronk.
"WHAT? A llama? HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!"
"Yeah...weird."
....
"Take him out of town and finish the job! NOW!"
"But what about dinner?" (Kronk is a talented chef, did I mention that?)
"Kronk...this is kind of important."
"But what about dessert?"
"Ah -- well, I suppose there's time for dessert."
(Kronk nods eagerly) "And coffee!"
"All right, a quick cup of coffee. THEN TAKE HIM OUT OF TOWN AND FINISH THE JOB!"
Disney's Demon Llama.......2007-04-23
I was once an anti-fan of Disney. "The Emperor's New Groove," by my reckoning, marks the temporal moment when Disney went wrong. So wrong that it's right. In fact, I am firmly convinced that those giving the green light to projects, as well as those clearing a project for release, were out of their brainwashed Disney Gourde when making and releasing this movie. Thank the Incan gods for that!
To repeat the warning: "beware the groove!" Groo-oo-ooove... Never have I laughed so hard during an animated Disney flick. As I've now introduced this movie to so very man people, I had the opportunity of being there for my blood-sister to turn to me and ask, "I don't like this guy. Am I suppose to like this character?"
"No, no you're not. Not at all!"
For fun and adventure, my brother Tristan developed the "Emperor's New Groove Drinking Game." Every time you hear the words "Kuzco" or "llama," everyone watching takes a shot. I had to add this, as Disney accidentally left this information out. Everything else has been included.
The Emperor's New Groove.......2007-03-16
The phrase, "Don't judge a book by its cover" is one of the many phrases shown in this movie. Once arrogant teenaged emperor Kuzco is turned into a llama by his ex-advisor's botched plan, it really doesn't make that much difference. Then, with the help of a village leader, Pacha, Kuzco (although not at first) eventually realises his mistakes.
(A few of these mistakes being firing someone because they're ugly, trying to build a water park on a village, leaving someone hanging to their death AND being extrememly self-centered).
This DVD is also packed with bonus features, and two discs, which can make hours of fun watching.
Funny movie!.......2007-01-18
Not only did it keep me laughing, but it got me serious points with the hottie I bought it for :)

Tina Turner - One last time : Live in concert.......2007-04-12
An absolutely brilliant and entertaining concert by Tina.
Her best show ever, without a doubt.
Her energy and vitality are incredible, and the way she goes out into the audience on a crane to perform Nutbush is amazing.
An absolute "must have concert" for anybody, not just fans.
Truly entertaining and enthralling by a real legend of the entertainment industry.
Tina - One Last Time.......2007-02-06
I was actually replacing this dvd and it is one of the most spectacular shows ever. After seeing it again I realized Tina could have done without those dancers for the majority of the show as I found them a bit annoying except for "Proud Mary". Other's have mentioned that other Tina concerts have never seen the light of day on dvd such as, "Break Every Rule", (fantastic!), "Live In Barcelona" and "What's Love Live". Another complaint is "Simply The Best" video collection which used concert footage for "Typical Male" and "We Don't Need Another Hero". They also continue to ignore the video for "One Of The Living" and is never included on any of Tina's "Greatest Hits" compilations. Capitol/EMI need to update her video collection as so much has come out since and correct their poor choice of material. I am grateful for the Tina shows but, do it right!
Tina rocks Wembley.......2007-01-10
This DVD is fantastic! Tina, the band, the girls, and the crowd absolutely made me feel that I was there with them. I saw this concert in Chicago and I found this DVD to be "simply the best!"
The DVD is a big improvement over the awful video release........2006-09-02
I caught Tina Turner's final tour twice (in Houston). The concert was spectacular. I bought the video as soon as it was released to relive the excitment of Turner, the band, the backup singers, the dancers, and the fireworks special effects. The video was filmed in London. I believe it was supposed to be the last performance on the tour. On the video you get to see the faces of about a dozen audience members standing near the front of the stage. The camera editing includes these audience members in adoring close ups seemingly every 15 seconds. I don't know about you, but I'd rather watch what's happening on stage. No stars for the video.
I recently rented this DVD to see if any changes had been made in the editing. YES! They reduced the adoring fan close ups to a minimum and keep the camera's focused on the stage.
My biggest complaint is the editing of the "Nutbush" finale. At the live concert, you think you've seen it all after the "Proud Mary" number that includes some impressive surprise fireworks. Then the stage goes black and silent for a few seconds only to burst out in blinding lights with a rousing encore of Tina belting out "Nutbush." Had you actually been at the concert you would have experienced the spectacle of the entire stage front transforming into a huge narrow crane that had been hidden for the entire concert. Tina struts up the arm of the crane as it lifts her WAY OUT over the audience. The DVD and the tape have cut this event into so many shots that its not clear where the crane came from and how Tina appeared in it.
The DVD is no substitue for the real thing but it brought back some memories of the best concert I've attended.
Tina Turner truly ROCKS One Last Time.......2006-08-28
I don't understand why people are saying the sound or picture is bad,as I find it to be truly amazing.I now play it in my new Toshiba HD DVD player, and this new player enhances the picture and sound so it looks and sounds amazing in 5.1 surround sound coming out of my Bose speakers.I think she chose a great place to have this concert filmed before 80,000 fans who looked like they were having a great time. She draws people of all ages as you can see from the crowd shots. If Tina ever does another concert in her future,I hope she plays in the NEW Wembley Stadium and shows everyone she is still HOTT even in her 60's.You go TINA,you are still the Queen of Rock!!!

Based on Terry McMillan's best-selling novel, How Stella Got Her Groove Back stars Angela Bassett as a 40-year-old, Manhattan stock trader and single mom whose static life gets a jolt during a vacation with her pal (Whoopi Goldberg) in Jamaica. Sparks fly when Bassett meets a 20-year-old stud (Taye Diggs) who has an ambivalent career path but a great body and lots of sexual energy to burn. After some prodding by Goldberg's warm-funny secondary character, Bassett gets it on with the fellow--and proceeds to worry about what she's doing with a man half her age. The film is most enjoyable in its sunny, exotic early scenes and becomes more formulaic once the unlikely couple transports their will-we-stay-together-or-won't-we tensions back to the Big Apple. But director Kevin Rodney Sullivan goes out of his way to make a movie unabashedly thick with fantasy and wish-fulfillment for female audiences (it's Diggs who reveals a lot more flesh than the regal Bassett). This is a Saturday-night movie all around. --Tom Keogh

Great Relaxful Movie.......2007-06-24
I LUV this movie. The beach is my favorite place and when I watch this it takes me back there. It is a good relaxful movie. The only part I don't like is when her best friend dies. That part I fast forward. I really don't see what they couldn't have left it out. It would have been a great movie without it. All in all it is a good movie. Some really funny parts :)
Great Movie!.......2007-06-15
Great Movie! I am glad to have it as part of my collection.

Others may like it though.

As much as Angela Bassett, Whoopi Goldberg and Taye Diggs work together as a great cast, this film is boring, which they can't help because they're all wonderful actresses and actors, but the plot is just dull and boring.
The movie begins with a successful stockbroker in San Francisco, who decides from the urging of her best friend, "Delilah," played by Whoopi Goldberg, that she needs a long-awaited vacation. So, while watching tv, she sees a commercial advertising travel to Jamaica, so "Stella," played by Angela Bassett decides that as much as she deserves a vacation, finally succumbs to her best-friend's suggestion and flies down there and meets her best friend, "Deliliah."
The basic premise is a 40 year old woman falls in love with a much younger man, (old enough to be her son, no less) whose only 20. The 20 year old is named Winston Shakespeare, a native Jamaican, who decides to date "Stella."
At first, "Stella" (Angela Bassett) decides that dating a 20 year old man is robbing the cradle, but going against her better judgment, decides she'll throw caution to wind and date "Winston."
From the beginning of the film to the end the plot is boring, dull and uninteresting.
The characters like the plot are basic and boring. There's no real drama such as a hurricane taking place, or anything of that nature. While, the actors and actresses are talented not even their great acting abilities and personalities could save this film from being a complete failure, in my humble and honest opinion.
To recite a classic cliche, "Not even the best popcorn can save this film" and it's because of this that I give the film the lowest rating possiblg of only 1 star, which is extremely unusual for me because I almost always give films a 5-star rating because I enjoy so many movies, but this film just wasn't worth anything more than 1-star.
Bottome line; You're much better off renting or buying another film.

Believing in oneself and remaining steadfast to one's convictions prove vital components of happiness and success in Kronk's New Groove. In this sequel to The Emperor's New Groove, the Emperor fades into the background as the resident nice guy in the palace and henchman Kronk's new life takes center stage. No longer just a dim-witted tough guy, Kronk is fulfilling his dreams as head chef in a local restaurant and camp counselor at Camp Chippamuka. Sure, he's made a few mistakes including being hoodwinked yet again by Yzma, but he's made things right and he's happy. Problem is, his father is coming for a visit and Kronk has led him to believe that he's settled into a house on a hill with a wife and family. Desperate to win his father's approval, Kronk pretends he's someone he's not while bemoaning the events that have deprived him of the status symbols his father demands. In reviewing those events, he learns an important lesson about the value of friendship and doing what is right. Humor abounds in this successful sequel, the animation and voice talent are strong, and the characters are just as appealing as in the original movie. Bonus features include a "Pyramid Scheme" game show with trivia questions from the movie, "Kronk's Brain Game" which is a strange expedition into the workings of Konk's mind, and a "Backstage Disney How to Cook a Movie" featurette with Patrick Warburton (Kronk), Saul Blinkoff and Elliot Bour (Directors) on the crucial ingredients for a successful show. Kronks New Groove Region Code Error.......2007-03-30
I would have rated it higher but I cannot play it on one of my DVDs because it comes up with an error "REGION CODE ERROR". As I don't know how to get rid of the error because I do not know the region code it makes it inconvenient to watch it.Kronk's New Groove
A Fun Sequel.......2007-02-04
Kronk's New Grove is a really fun movie, especially if you are a fan of Kronk and Patrick Warburton. It may not be as good as the original movie, but it is still funny and was able to get the actors from the original movie to return. This movie also had a great soundtrack that worked for the movie. Overall, the movie is worth seeing if you are a fan.
Kronk has trouble in Kronk's New Groove .......2006-10-03
Kronk who was Yzma's henchman in the first movie, now gets his own movie, but don't worry there are still plenty of your favorite charaters in the first movie more or less in camero roles, or not in the big roles that they had in the first movie. Kronk's New Groove becomes one of the lastes in the long string of Disney animated movie sequels, since they brought out The Rescures Down Under in 1990. And since then there has been so many sequels, that I bet a lot of people think that are not needed. How much trouble is Kronk in well, it is not like I am saying that he is in hot water. If you remember how they opened The Emperor's New Groove,. well that is about the same way that open Kronk's New Grrove, with him being carried out by a mess of cheese. And then it goes back to earlier that day to, where he find that Kronk is working in a restaruant, that looks like the same restauratnt in the one scene in the first movie. Kronk works as head (and well) only chef in the restaurant, along with head delivery boy, which might also make him the only delivery boy, but the movie does't go that far. And I have to wonder who works as the cook, when Kronk is making his deliveries? Then Kronk (Patrick Warburton) gets a lama-grama that his Dad (John Mahoney) is coming for a visit, and wants to see his big house on the hill, and meet his wife and kids. But expect for one thing, Kronk really doesn't have any of those things that he has been telling his father in letters anymore. And he gives his sad tales of woe, that the on the house started, when he is making his usual rounds, including a stop at a senior center, where all the residents including Rudy (John Fiedler in his final role) loves him, and even donates some money to Kronk, for his big house on the hill, and from her spying Yzma (Eartha Kitt) learns that about Kronk's plane, and comes up with a business that is a formal that is supposed to the resident look younger, and he makes enoiugh money that he buys the senior home, as far as his wife, on a campting trip for the games with the junioe chipmunks, he meets the woman of his dream which is Ms. Birdwell (Tracey Ullman) that is the leader of the rival troope. And well, that is all I am going to revel of the movie, but if you don't like sequels like this, you migth be better off saving your money.
What a disappointment!.......2006-07-09
This sequel is very badly thrown together, which is a tremendous pity because the original movie was just brilliant. I strongly suspect that the absence of director Mark Dindal, whose delighfully wacky style can be appreciated throughout The Emperor's New Groove as well as the wonderful Cats Don't Dance, is in large part responsible for the wasted opportunity of this sequel.
I really felt cheated after plunking down my hard-earned money to buy this DVD. Disney, along with whoever else put this on the shelves, should have higher standards for the people who buy their products--but may not be so eager to do so next time.
The kind of movie that gives a bad name to sequels!.......2006-04-15
The Emperor's New Groove was a great movie. This one is an attempt to make more money out of a great franchise on the basis of a really weak product that has nothing but some of the same characters as the original one. Please don't end up throwing good money buying this heap of you know what!

Kid 'n Play (Class Act) return, this time to blow the roof off college life--and Harris University will never be the same!
Customer Reviews:
Pajama Jams pay for College?.......2006-01-22
To begin, House Party 2 is no House Party. In fact, those that would like to compare the two are completely off their hypothetical film "rocker". These are two completely separate films. Do you know why? What originally began as a film about some soulful and youthful teens trying to get to the ultimate dance party has now transformed into this cliché morality tale that demonstrates the power of friendship and the strength of humility. WHAT! Is that why I wanted to watch this film? I apologize, but one of the few reasons that I liked House Party was because they followed the K.I.S.S. method (for those unfamiliar it is the Keep It Simple Stupid method) of filmmaking. In the original, becoming a lyricist, a ladies man, and having the best party in town was the root of the film. While there was a romantic side to the story, it fell second nature to the growing hip-hop scene. It was a dance film first, developed character story second. Honestly, that is what I enjoyed about the film. While I didn't think House Party was the greatest release of the century, it did have this genuine feel about it. In fact, after watching this poorly crafted sequel, I have a bit more respect for the original. Where was the dancing? Where was the creativity? Where was the same Kid & Play that I remembered from the first House Party? They were nowhere to be found in this trashy sequel.
Robin Harris. We all remember him as "Pop" from the original film, but what we do not realize about this humorous comedian is that he subsequently changed the image of the House Party series. In the original, he was this father trying to steer his son into a path of academia instead of rap and parties, in the sequel, he plays a spirit who annoyingly hounds Kid throughout the film with flashbacks from the original. Due to his death, he brings nothing new to the table, yet this entire sequel seems to be focused around those few short words that he used in the first film. I don't mean to be rude, but I never felt that the father was such a big element in the original. I thought that Kid trying to challenge authority to attempt to find himself was the underlying meaning of the original, while in this one it is Kid repressing his true self in hopes to make his dead father happy. Where did the lightness of the original go? I watched House Party 2 thinking that there is a limit that the writers could go without making Kid seem totally whipped by his father's words, but we never hit that limit. Where, anywhere in this film, was Kid trying to find his rap roots? I needed to see a young man still interested in becoming the lyricist that he once desired to be? Why did he have to grow up so fast? In fact, the rap side-story to this film seems to be the negative element. We have gone from loving the genre to completely disrespecting it in one film. Ah, the power of the sequel.
Martin Lawrence was again completely annoying to the point in which I completely tuned him out whenever he spoke. He brought nothing to the story and nothing to the main characters. Lawrence was nothing more than a familiar face for the audience to relate to. In fact, it is that dedication to familiar faces from the original that hurt this sequel. When the ultimate PAJAMA JAM finally does occur (one hour into this short film), we are hit with an barrage of repetitive scenes of aged rappers and comedians from the original who do nothing but repeat their lines, actions, and emotions from the first. While many may enjoy these familiar faces, I felt as if it were a cheap trick used to make me feel more comfortable about the film. If these minor characters had done more than just repeat their lines, than maybe I would have bought into the trick, but instead all I saw were cheap repetitive motions used by writers to fill time. I used the word "repetitive" several times in this paragraph because it demonstrated the annoying repetitive nature of this film and completed my point about using that element as a cheap trick. I hope it worked.
In most television series, especially the cheapened kind, we sometimes hear a laugh track or a sound machine used to create some "zany" or "wacky" sound that lightens the mood and creates the viable laugh point. In House Party 2, I do believe that the sound guy was extremely drunk or possibly working his first day in the booth. There were more sound effects in this film than in a Bobby McFerrin music video. Was this a child's movie or another urban comedy? Neither Kid nor Play could do anything in this film without a "zip zim" or a "whoosh" or a "ding dong" noise happening somewhere in the background. This was a fresh element to the sequel which direly needed to be taken away. There is a chase scene near the end of the film which felt like Pee-Wee Herman choreographed it with all the unsettling sounds that were happening. After the first twenty minutes of this, it because increasingly annoying to the point of insanity.
Overall, this sequel soils the original. The themes were sporadic (i.e. in one instance we are talking about the oppression of the African American, while in the other the directors seem to be building age-old stereotypes), the characters continued towards their bland downward spiral, those annoying, randomly placed racist police officers were back, and the dominating "father" element seemed too serious for the overall theme of this film. I hope this film wasn't an indication of the path of colleges in the future? House Party 3, don't fail me now!
Grade: ** out of *****
the sequal is better then the original.......2005-10-24
Kid'N'Play are going to college, well just mainly Kid, to leave the world of problems. While there Kid learns the lesson of responsibility....the hard way. Play gives Kid's college money to a beautiful, yet crooked music promoter (Iman). And with Sidney want to see new people, Kid comes to Play with help and come up with a PAJAMA JAM PARTY.
Now that's why this movie is way better then the first one and a little bit more funnier.
almost as good as 1 but isn't because every1 is all grown up .......2005-09-17
i still enjoyed da sequel a lot i miss kid pop he was tough but still cool y did he have 2 die in da movie and in while life da black no hair man from rocky 1 through 5 was here in this movie he plays as kid culinary arts boss kid moves out of his house and goes somewhere 2 college while he has problems from his 2 best friends play and martin l they cause him all kinds of problem which leads kid and play 2 eventually fighting each other in da middle of da film female rapper queen l made her guess appearance and delivered well with big head actress tamisha campbell doing well in both house party movies this movie was very funny at times so i have no complaints about this film at all and this movie features some of da best films of da 90s like da 1st 1 did u wouldn't want 2 miss this sequel because it is another house party classic da only difference is that they are in college partying and still gettin into more trouble than the first 1 Joe Brown
Its the best........2004-09-08
I rate the three house party's as follows. There is nothing to say other than KidnPlay is a dynasty. All movies are worth owning. Maybe not #4.
