Let's begin by being clear that the Endangered Feces in the title of this best-of compilation find an all-too literal realization about halfway into this painfully hilarious DVD. Of course, we mean "painful" literally too: Tom Green has one of those senses of humor that makes you cringe in horror while laughing yourself to hysterics. Funnier yet is to watch Green's parents respond. They're so used to his over-the-edge pranks that they greet graphic lesbian pornography painted on the hood of their car or a house full of barnyard animals with a certain blasé, we've-seen-it-all reserve. The DVD features a full palette of Green's repertoire, from staggering drunkenly about town at night in drag to a guitar ballad sung at the tattooed buttocks of his best friend. One of the funniest, and more sophisticated, stunts involves hanging a painting he made on a blank wall in Ottawa's National Gallery and returning a week later to distress museum visitors by adding details to it with a Magic Marker. Needless to say, Green spends a fair amount of time on this DVD running from security guards. The DVD extras include outtakes from Green's appearances on Open Mike with Mike Bullard and The Dini Petty Show. Definitely not for everybody, The Very Worst of Tom Green will bring some of you to tears laughing--and you know who you are. --Erik Macki

This movie has Tom Green's funniest skits and pranks all on one DVD for your enjoyment. Packed with bonus features, you will laugh your way through all 120 minutes of it. Not a Tom Green fan? No problem! Endangered Feces will show you how funny Tom really is. Don't forget to catch his new show weekdays at midnight on MTV!

Absurd!.......2002-07-11

I am a big fan of this absurd tv show. This dvd is NOT the tv show. It is made up of clips from before the tv show, when he was still doing cable access. I think the dvd is quite funny and at many points I was laughing out loud. Of course, we are all hoping for the actual show to be released on dvd...but this will keep fans busy until that happens.

The second half is excellent.......2001-10-18

The First half of this DVD is no good at all, well except for a few isolated scenes, but the Canterbury Tales are not funny at all, and oxymen girls isnt funny either. The second half of this DVD is one of the funniest things i have ever seen though. It's worth the price because of the second half. Thats about all i have to say.

This DVD contains what the producers consider to be the best (worst) moments of the Tom Green Show as originally broadcast on the Rogers' Ottawa Cable Access channel and The Comedy Network in 1997. Some of the segments available on this DVD include what happens when you try to hang your own creation on the walls of the National Gallery of Canada, flaming feet in the streets of Ottawa, bum-bum guitar serenades, asking questions from angry drunks, playing with the P.A. system in department stores, and other very disgusting, repulsive and very, very funny items of interest.

This stuff is so totally off the wall that I haven't laughed this hard since I saw the South Park movie. Although many of these skits are completely tasteless, they are still a joy to watch. Once I get some kind of cable service, it will be interesting to see how good his current MTV version is in comparison with the material on this DVD. In the meantime, I have thoroughly enjoyed this disc which offered much more reasonably priced entertainment than a lot of other DVDs currently on the market.

Also included is Tom Green as a guest of Open Mike with Mike Bullard, the Dini Petty show and Camilla Scott. The Mike Bullard appearances are so absurd that they belongs more with the Tom Green Show than with Open Mike. And again, these are mainly original broadcast tapes, not multi-generation copies.

It's surprising his .... wasn't hauled in jail especially after what he did to his parents' car and house! And a good thing too. In six short years, Tom Green has gone from an Ottawa cable access show to a hit TV show on MTV. Even some the hosts of the shows where he was a guest have been in the business for a lot longer than he has. And they haven't reached anywhere near Tom Green's huge cult status.

Genius, Tom Green is GREAT!.......2005-07-14

I watched this the whole way through and I almost died laughing. I seriously hurt my intestines. Tom Green is daring man who never can do anything wrong. His sense of humor is abrupt, and full of energy.

I remember watching Tom Green several years ago when I was 8 or 9. I didn't understand it then, but this is just the funniest thing I own. It's too bad, Tom should have stuck minimal publicity and maybe his show would still be on. But no, MTV had to make him a big star and put everywhere you look. And now people recognize him. At least I've heard that's how his show ended. But you've still got Hollywood causes cancer released in 2004. His newest bit.

Tom Green has been my favorite comedian since the first time I saw his show. I recently bought this dvd, and it is now my favorite dvd in my entire collection.

Early Tom Green at his almost best.......2003-10-13

I love "The Tom Green", but I especially liked him when "The Tom Green Show" was on Mtv. This is good but it's from before he hit it big time. Anyway, it's what made him who he is now. Also the Special features are pretty long, it shows him appearing in several tv shows. If you're going to buy a Tom Green Dvd buy this one. The others are worse.

HE DARES TO CLIMB OFF THE PERVERBIAL "WALL" AND RAISE HAVOCK THEN TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD AND LIFE PASS HIM BY. IF YOU HAVE EVER REFRAINED FROM LAUGHING AT SOMETHING BECAUSE YOU FELT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO LAUGH, THEN WATCH THIS DVD. TOM GREEN DOES, SAYS AND ACTS HOW MANY OF WISH WE COULD BUT ARE AFFRAID TO.
