4 out of 5 stars seduction not from 1 movie, but from 3.......2007-04-12

I'm a Milano fan so i have to go with number 2: Lily, as the best. Just a nice good old couple of young seduction stories with a few interesting personalities.

IDGI... AMAZON RECCOMENDATIONS ARE USUALLY SO ON-TARGET.

whoever is responsible for recommending THIS to me must've had abou' as much empathic intuition as a bowling ball thas a liiiittle bit oerdosed on crack cocaine or sumethin', if ya' catch my drift..

IDGI...I've always been more of an Ally Sheedy, Short Circuit, Sentimentalist of sorts...(rolling 2d0 again) I only turn to this stuff to distract myself from solitude and mean-spirited, judgmental looks of others...(sigh), its enough to make a grown man...

3 out of 5 stars Skin flicks, anyone?.......2007-03-28

While the first installment with Drew Barrymore is fairly good, the subsequent films are just reasons to get a couple of hot actresses naked. The storyline of Lily has nothing to do with the first one, and only mentions someone named "Ivy" in passing. New Seduction shows the main character being Ivy's sister, Violet. What the two sequels seemed to have missed is that "Ivy" was a nickname given to the main character in the first film and not her actual name...but I digress. Watch the first, then, as another reviewer said, turn down the volume for Parts 2 and 3.

5 out of 5 stars Ignore the Non-Philistine Naysayers.......2007-03-12

It's simple - Jaime Pressly in the hottest thing she ever did. These kinds of films are often all gong and no dinner, but not in the case of "The New Seduction". You'll flip your toupee watching it, or I'll eat my shorts. Also, Ms. Milano makes the second entry watchable. What's that? Don't care for the plot, music, story, acting, etc.? Just turn the sound down and enjoy. Get'chr priorities straight, son.

1 out of 5 stars 3 terrible movies, 1 low price........2006-11-09

These 3 awful soft core erotic thrillers are some of the worst movies ever made.

The only reason to watch them is to see a 17 year old Drew Barrymore strut her stuff in the 1st film playing a very bad girl (though she doesn't do any actual nudity, her body double was Jamie Pressly ironically enough.)

The 2nd film has Alyssa Milano looking really nice in the buff.

And the 3rd film has Jamie Pressly discarding her clothing for most of the film.

But as for the films themselves? Terrible.

At least in the 1st film, they seemed to actually be reaching for something more artistic than just exploitative trash, but due to a pathetic script, they ended failing. Didn't register as a blip at all pretty much during it's original theatrical run after the whole Drew-Barrymore-sheds-her-good-girl-image press had run its course.

The filmmakers involved with the 2nd and 3rd films just didn't even try. They were also done as straight-to-video releases.

The films are all 3 shown in their unmatted full frame theatrical ratios, which actually helps as the full frame versions show some more flesh in some scenes.

These are also the more explicit unrated versions of all 3 versions as well. The pointless R rated versions available on the old DVD's have been jettisoned.

Only for super, super hardcore fans of the 3 actresses involved in the films.

There's nothing at all otherwise to be gained from watching these 3 cinematic abominations.

3 out of 5 stars The best season of a less than perfect show.......2006-08-02

First of all, I'm an adult and don't really watch shows like this anymore but I did watch this show growing up and am reviewing it from the perspective of someone who can view this series with the nostalgia factor working for it. If you didn't grow up watching this show (and I admit, there can't be many people interested in this product who didn't), stop reading now and DON'T buy this set.

Saved By the Bell was a cheesy teen show with mediocre to bad acting, lazy (sometimes preachy) writing, and storylines that were seldom believable. That being said, as a kid, there was something about the original Saved By the Bell that hooked you in. There was just something about it that made even the preachy stories entertaining and as a kid you never noticed that the acting was subpar.

But all good things (and in this case, mediocre things) must come to an end and when the original series ended, the producers looked for a way to milk the Saved By the Bell franchise for all it was worth. Enter The New Class.

The concept was relatively simple. Mr. Belding remains at Bayside High and a brand new group of students emerges to seek adventure and fun. The first season began with a group of new kids....but somehow these kids didn't seem so new. Basically, all of the characters from season one of The New Class (sans Vicki, who doesn't seem too similar to any of the original characers) were clones of characters from the original. Scott was the new Zach. Tommy D was the new (dumber) Slater, etc. Right from the start, it was clear to all concerned that something wasn't working. No one wanted to see recycled storylines with clones in place of the originals. And I don't think I'm alone in thinking that Tommy D and Lindsay were terrible actors, even by teen show standards.

So, when season 2 rolled around, the powers that were decided to fix things up. Though in doing this, some of their "improvements" were certainly questionable. Scott, Weasel, and Vicki were all let go, never to be mentioned again. Strange choices, considering Weasel was probably the most tolerable of the clones, and Vicki was the only character who seemed original. Even Scott, while no Zack Morris, was at least adequate. Of the cast members who remained, only Megan Jones was halfway decent.

But some of the people brought in to improve season 2 actually proved to be quite good. Brian seems to be the closest thing to a central "Zack-like" character, but was less of a schemer. Bobby was the comic-relief of the new group, but wasn't a complete nerd like Screech. And Rachel was Brian's love-interest, sort of like the Zack and Kelly of season 2. And, to fans of the original series, the biggest pleasure was seeing Dustin Diamond returning to again play Samuel "Screech" Powers, who returned to Bayside High to work as Mr. Belding's assistant.

While still not as good as the original (which, of course, was also just a teen show and therefore far from perfect), season 2 did prove to be an improvement over the first year of The New Class and probably stands as the best season this series put out. In later seasons, Screech would get weirder and zanier until finally even people who loved him on the original series would have to be annoyed by him. But here we still have the somewhat human Screech we remember from the College Years.

By season 3, the cast would change again (and incredibly, the producers still chose to keep the terrible Tommy D and Lindsay over the semi-decent characters of Brian, Bobby, and Megan...all I can figure is that other kids responded much differently to these characters than I did), and it was clear that the producers had not learned their lesson from season one. They created a new Zach-clone in Ryan, and season 3 saw them again directing ripping off the original series. Screech also began to get more obnoxious at that point.

It was also around this point that it became obvious that the producers were never going to be happy with the cast. They seemed content to fire half the cast each season and just hope somehow lightning would strike twice and they'd find a new group with the appeal of Zack, Slater, Screech, Kelly, Jessie, and Lisa. Strangely enough though, they might have succeeded if they had just left well-enough alone after season 2. Sure, the somewhat different characters of season 2 might not have been an immediate success, but people might have grown to like them had the audience been given time to accept them. Instead, on The New Class, characters were gone as quickly as they came so each season has a different feeling.

And for that reason, I think this season wins the gold. The characters weren't the direct knock-offs we saw in season one, nor was Screech as obnoxious as he would become in season three and onward. This was as close to a winning-formula as The New Class would ever come, so if you are going to shell out money for a set, this is the one to get. But don't buy this if you are just looking for a 90's series about growing up. It boggles my mind that all seven seasons of The New Class have been given a DVD but yet The Wonder Years (a series that was actually GOOD) hasn't seen the light of day. Oh well, I guess we can't win 'em all!

5 out of 5 stars saved by the belll the new class .......2006-08-01

Saved by the bell the new class is a awsome tv show to watch!
its like wakeing up on saturday morning and eating pancakes and watching saved by the bell the new class!
I really miss seeing it on TNBC on saturday mornings!
The last time i saw it was when the max burn down! in 1996 was the last time i watched saved by the bell the new class!

3 out of 5 stars Better Than Season 1.......2005-03-11

As I noted in my review of season 1, some major cast changes were made for this season and it's noticably better than the first season as a result of it. Gone are the 'copy' characters of Scott Erickson(Zack Morris clone), Weasel(Screech clone) and Vicki Needleman(Jessie Spano clone). The characters of Bobby Wilson, Brian Keller and Rachel Meyers(played by the STUNNING Sarah Lancaster) were introduced in their places and they were definitely more original and easy to stomach characters. Incase you didn't already know, this is also the season where Screech Powers(Dustin Diamond) is brought in as an "assistant" to Mr. Belding. Fortunately he's not too annoying this season(opposed to the near parody of himself he becomes in later seasons) and helps bridge the gap between The New Class and The Original Series. On the negative side, the writing continues to be rather silly and often times far fetched with some glaring plot holes and very formulaic stories. But frankly, it's still no worse than the previous season or any season of The Original Series. The acting also leaves something to be desired, but this is Saved by the Bell. It was a Saturday morning show targeted at young teens. It's best to shut your brain off before viewing and just enjoy the show for the cheesy entertainment it is.

As for the video and audio quality; it's pretty much in line with the season 1 set. It's what you would expect for a show of this nature. The show was shot on video with a very limited budget, but is bright and colorful, and the DVD transfers by Image Entertainment do a fine job with this. The episodes are a tad better than how I remember them looking during their original broadcasts. No bonus features to speak of, but did you really expect any?

In some good news, Image Entertainment just announced season 3 for a June release, so get ready(and there are 4 more seasons to go after that. whoosh...). Also, to the user who was inquiring about how many discs the set contains. It's 3 discs. This season contains a whopping 26 episodes(with the addition of the 'summer run' eps at the resort club), so 3 discs are needed to contain them all without severely over compressing. Amazon simply goofed and hopefully they'll correct this error.

    4 out of 5 stars 2 or 3 disc.......2005-03-04

if you look at the product details of this item it states there are only 2 disc. why then when you click on the picture for a larger view it clearly says 3 dvd set which is it. this is very confusing to a potential buyer or seller.

2 out of 5 stars Can;t wait for the rest.......2005-02-10

This season was when the show started to get..... alright... it's almost in the leagues of "hang Time"... the show came into it's own when Ryan came to the show and then his step brother Nicky.... Ryan was short and dated a tall chick named Rachael... that is the new class that I can't wait for!!!! in this season there are less, well, screech, zach and slater characters.... except for well screech!!! Honestly I wish that they would release "california Dreams" on DVD... that would rule... I miss watchin Sly!!!

The Burst Angel - New Tokyo (Vol. 2) DVD includes episodes 5-8. Although no credits in English appear for insert songs on the Burst Angel Region 1 DVDs - no fault of FUNimation as they did not appear in the original Japanese either - four Japanese voice actors (seiyuu) - Akeno Watanabe (Jo), Megumi Toyoguchi (Meg), Mikako Takahashi (Amy), and Rie Tanaka (Sei) - together sing two songs heard as background music on both the Japanese and English tracks of Burst Angel (Bakuretsu Tenshi): 1) "Fushigi Tokyo Cinderella" ("Mysterious Tokyo Cinderella"), episode 8; and 2) "Taiyou wo Dakishimero" ("Embrace the Sun"), episode 18. The "Fushigi Tokyo Cinderella" CD maxi single from JVC Victor (VICL-35680) contains full versions of both songs, as well as their karaoke versions. Both songs are covers of songs sung by the 1980s Japanese girl idol group Saint Four, which included a future Japanese voice actor of note, Junko Iwao.

4 out of 5 stars Slow but Not Boring.......2005-12-22

In volume two of Burst Angel, the constant, heart-pounding action that was everywhere in the first volume has slowed down a bit, but volume two isn't boring in any way. Where the action slows, the character revelations fill in, introducing us better to the protagonists. It also reveals a bit more of the history and the driving force behind the four-woman task force in Burst Angel.

The DVD itself has four episodes, but really should be considered two, as they are actually two, two parters, much like in volume one. This makes the sub-plots in each story seem less rushed than in single episode sub-plots, and lets you sink in a little better to the story. The advantage of having the DVD is that you are able to see these episodes in one shot. It wouldn't work if you were watching it on a weekly basis on TV. Episodes five and six deal with a mysterious hulucinatory drug that has infested an upper-class Christian School, causing the girls there to slowly slip into states of insanity and paranoia. Seven and eight deal with a giant Cybot crow that's been kidnapping girls and wants to use them to help claim an experimental virus. All of these episodes deal more with character interaction than action, but there still are good fight sequences.

Still, though, it isn't a perfect series, though very near to it. With all the fan-service, it's very hard to take the anime seriously, as it seems out to stimulate more than entertain. That's the one gripe I had, but beyond that my complaints were minimal. Maybe they should switch back and forth between the English and Japanese tracks during the end credits, but that's insignificant as most of the time I fast-foward it.

This anime is a stand-out among others in its genre (that being giant-robo/chicks-with-guns) and should be considered by fans of these types of animes. I'd recommend it also to Gonzo fans (Gantz, Samurai 7, Gankutsuou, Kiddy Grade, etc.), as it is a solid edition to their varied library.

    5 out of 5 stars Worth Owning.......2005-08-23

This show is definitely worth the money. Seen both volumes and I'm more than a little hooked at this point. Its got blood, impressive use of cgi and beautiful girls operating giant robots. Sound good? Its in many ways a darker version of Bubblegum Crisis but is so much better in my humble opinion (particularly in the violence department). Looks like its going to be about a five disc series. Hope to own all of them. Can't wait for Vol. 3.

1 out of 5 stars Cashing in on Lesbianism.......2006-02-03

Steel Angel Kurumi 2- The Lips of a New master was terrible! After going to the trouble of creating a genuinely funny and entertaining series with Season 1 of Kurumi, the creators/animators have produced what I like to call a "fluff-piece" to placate the masses, who only watch anime in hopes of seeing animated boobs. In season 2 Kurumi returns in modern times and is MUCH more annoying and whiney then ever! To make matters worse the show's creators have decided to cash in on the "lesbian" relationship that existed between Kurumi and Saki in ssn. 1 and basically make it a Lesbian free-for-all. I don't have a problem with Lesbians or even seeing there relationships played out on TV. I do however have a problem with the show's creators sacrificing any form of major plotline for the sake of an extra scene of all the gals in the shower. Seriously! This season has no point!!! There is no major villain or ultimate obstacle that they're trying to overcome. The very limited battles from this season only take place between the 3 main steel angels and only when they're fighting over Nako... and don't even get me started on the dog that turns in to a jetpack... That's right people, a DOG THAT TURNS INTO A JETPACK!!! For true fans of the series the only reason to watch this would be to mock it mercilously after that you should take the DVD break it and slit your throat with the broken pieces... if only to avoid watching Volume 2 of this abomination.

5 out of 5 stars Different in many ways from season one, but still very cute & funny........2005-10-23

In "Steel Angel Kurumi 2 - Lips of a New Master", the first volume which contains the first six episodes, Kurumi is awakened in the 21st century by a new master, who is none other than Nako Kagura -- descendent of Nakahito Kagura. Kurumi is discovered inside of an ancient statue within the tunnels of the Kagura Family Shrine by Nako; a cute & shy cellist, and her long-time best-friend Uruka; Nako's very rich and bossy neighbour.

With the statue's sites suddenly set on nothing but Nako once activated, Kurumi soon breaks free, and with an awaking kiss, Kurumi's slumber once again ends, and finds her self with a whole new master. Uruka, who witnesses the entire display, becomes quite jealous right on the dot... Her first words following being "Who... who am I... supposed to kiss...?"

From this point on, Nako's got a new and very special "friend", and Uruka a new foe... Now ready to stop at nothing to break Nako and Kurumi up and apart so she can have Nako all for herself, she embarks on a quest of derisively evil schemes and becomes the ultimate chicaner. Her father, more than happy to play along as he'll do anything for he beloved daughter, begins working on as many ways to help Uruka dispose of Kurumi as possible, and surely enough, discovers Saki in the process!

Ready to fight steel angel with steel angel, Uruka's father sets everything in motion to awaken the sleeping Saki the traditional way -- with a loving kiss. While looking for "any bimbo who'll do", Uruka's father walks around his lavishly-large lab in order to choose a guy to awaken Saki, leaving Uruka herself to look after the slumbering steel angel. Of course... Uruka's sexual fantasies soon get the best of her, and as Saki's form begins to intrigue her more and more, Uruka can't help but kiss her... Now, Saki has a new master as well! Saki soon feels like the luckiest steel angel there is -- having her new master Uruka, AND Kurumi in site!

Join the adventures of Kurumi, Saki, Nako, and Uruka throughout all of their crazy adventures in these hilariously fun & quite cute six episodes. From the Kagura Shrine, to Central Park, to their new school, and to a lavish vacation at the beach, you won't want to miss the adventures of these four girls, which are soon to be five once Karinka soon joins the show!

All-in-all on this first disc, I thought it was a very nice & funny anime, with some nice touches plot-wise. Of course, I too wondered "why doesn't Kurumi remember Nakahito...?", but according to information from the official Kurumi sites & deluxe art book, this isn't the same Kurumi from the first season - she's a newer, more advanced model than the first, which I admit puzzles me. The case is the same with Saki and Karinka, who now have "Mark II" added onto their names because the newer models have Mark II hearts. I explain this further in my review for the second disc, but like I said there, I do think it would've been better if the steel angels better remembered their pasts.

I really did enjoy these first six episodes, and would probably give this disc about a 4.5 on the rating scale rather than 5, since it's not perfect, but, as that's not an option, I'll just round and say five. :) I hope this review was helpful to those interested. (I did come back and edit it a little, as when I re-read it I found some spelling mistakes and such.)

4 out of 5 stars Good season but not that good.......2005-03-01

Now I'm well aware of the lack of reason to this season and how they made everyone out to be lesbians, but I'm not going to sit here and call it names or state how the first season was better. It did have some depth (though not enough) it still held true to the first season's cuteness and the characters held true to their personalities. Some characters were gone though they did explain what happened to them and left it open for another season, maybe that was the complete season since they did speak of the angels ability to save the world and all. Most people just look at the surface and nothing more of what they are watching, once you stop and look into it everything appears.

With this one being set in near present day time it adds a bit more humor with Kurumi and her female master. Jealousy and the usual fights are back between the angels as Kurumi and Kurika fight over the affection of the new master.

All in all it was good though it followed the usual sequel pattern and didn't do as well as the first season. If you enjoyed the first season you'll like this one and what all they have done with it.

    1 out of 5 stars crap.......2004-10-24

The second series is absoutly crap. The characters are extremly boreing. When i bought this i was hoping to see Nakahito again, but nooooo! He was WAY better than the other master. I just wish kurumi rememberd him. This and the second disk shouldnt have even been made, i mean they could have made it if they at least showed us what happend to nakahito and kurumi. I really missed them in this one! Yeah sure, everyone is a lesbian. But it is DEFINATLY not worth it!

Im just trying to warn everyone, this is really horrible. It wouldnt have been so bad if this happend before Nakahito... but it didnt. i would have given this zero stars if i could have. The other season is so much better. if your not a fan of steel angel kurumi, dont buy this. but if you are (like i am, so i had to go against what everyone said and buy it. but look! they proved me wrong! it sucks!)then buy it just so you can finish the seires. but just to remind you, it isnt very good at all.

i just hope they make another seires with nakahito in it again. It would be a lot better.

    Hope this helped you! :)

1 out of 5 stars A horrible anime about nothing..........2004-09-22

I'm a huge fan of the original series, but this sequel series is an absolute bomb. There's no purpose and no reason. The new characters are horrible and not funny at all. People accused the first series of being a "jiggle series" but at least that had some depth with the angel hearts and the mysticism. This has nothing that made the original series, well... original. Just the cast as lesbians (and no, I don't have anything against lesbians, I loved Saki in the original). Terrible series. Don't get under any circumstances.

This low-budget crime thriller has the feel of a major blockbuster and owes its roots to the hard-edged crime movies of the 1930s. Christopher Walken stars as a drug kingpin who is released from prison and vows to use his position and influence--and criminal enterprise--for charitable means. But a core group of New York cops are all over him and his gang, determined to go to war, whatever the cost, to bring him down. Eventually his empire--headquartered at, of all places, Donald Trump's Plaza Hotel--crumbles under the weight of double-crossing and a body count of open warfare with the cops. This is one of the most stylish films of the last decade, with a strong supporting cast (including Lawrence Fishburne, Wesley Snipes, and David Caruso) and some truly enthralling set pieces, including a stunning car chase and gunfight across a rain-soaked Queensboro Bridge. The film's tongue-in-cheek, over-the-top style offsets its nihilism; and its riveting visuals will have audiences hooked from beginning to end. --Robert Lane

      4 out of 5 stars Surprisingly high-powered cast in Ferrara's beautiful mess........2007-06-26

King of New York (Abel Ferrara, 1990)

When Abel Ferrara is good, he is very, very good. King of New York may be a muddled, overly-complex mess, especially when compared to the movie that came after it in the Ferrara canon (Bad Lieutenant, still his finest offering), but it's a sumptuous mess, and if you don't pay too much attention, it's a blast.

Frank White (Christopher Walken) has just gotten out of prison, and he has a plan for this world, yes he does. He gathers his troops, led by Jimmy Jump (Larry Fishburne, in the days when Laurence was still Larry), and recruits some new ones, and away they go. Meanwhile, a team of young hotshot cops, led by the older, wiser, and more cynical Bishop (Victor Argo), are keeping their eye on Frank, trying to take him down at the earliest possible opportunity.

What really hits home about this movie is the incredible cast, many of whom were still on their way up at the time: David Caruso, Wesley Snipes, Harold Perrineau, Steve Buscemi, etc. All are fantastic actors, and Ferrara gets the most out of them. Second is the photography, which is wonderful throughout (Bojan Bazelli was nominated for an Independent Spirit award for the cinematography, and deservedly so). The end result is a sea of powerful performances and pretty scenes stuck in a movie that never really connects them (though it's entirely possible that this is attributable to the extensive cuts that had to be made to the film for it to achieve its R rating, over fifteen minutes by some accounts). The movie was roundly reviled by audiences when it appeared, which should immediately cause the film buff's ears to prick up; if the masses hated it, you certainly won't. *** ½

5 out of 5 stars King of New York (a decent buy).......2007-02-20

If you like ganster movies this will be a great buy. From the start of the movie to the end you will experience action and twisted events. The only downfall to this movie is that it could have been longer, besides that is a great buy by my standard.

5 out of 5 stars Christopher Walken Is The Greatest Actor Ever.......2006-10-12

Christopher Walken and I are the same age and come from the same neighborhood in Astoria, Queens, NYC. His father owned Walken's Bakery in Astoria. Did we go to the same Public School, I don't remember back that far. But I have been a huge fan of his from the beginning when he played the nutty brother of Diane Keaton in Annie Hall. He didn't have much screen time in Annie Hall but you sure remembered him!

I agree with the five star reviews of King of New York. Walken sure can creep you out! In any movie that he has been in, your eyes rivit to him immediately, he has such a huge presence in everything he does. Even on Saturday Night Live when he portrayed The Continental. He's a genius. And since he started his career as a dancer on Broadway, ever move he makes reflects his dancing Broadway career.

I just purchased this movie on Amazon and will add it to my Christopher Walken collection. Damn, this guy is just the best!

      4 out of 5 stars Wicked.......2006-09-29

I'll just add that this movie has Wesley Snipes as an honorable cop and Larry Fishburne as a vicious gangster, which is a reversal of those two's usual roles. David Caruso is great, Walken is Walken.

      3 out of 5 stars It's different..........2006-08-06

I thought this was a strange movie. Yet I admit it was interesting to watch. Christopher Walken plays a drug kingpin who just gets out of prison. He gets his people together to assert control over the criminal world. Laurence Fishburne's character is one of the most interesting to watch. He's manic compared to Walken's cold demeanor. Yet they're very close.

Three cops are out to get them. They can't stand how Walken and his gang are getting away with just about everything.

This movie has lots of drugs, sex, violence and a disjointed plot. Yet it pulled me in. What can I say? If you like the actors in this movie, you might enjoy it. Especially if you are a Walken fan like I am.

3 out of 5 stars THE KING IS DEAD...LONG LIVE THE KING..........2006-05-21

Frank White (Christopher Walken) is a crime boss just released from prison. He rejoins his henchmen, headed up by Jimmy Jump (Laurence Fishburne). No sooner does White step out of prison, that the killing games begin. White is out to finance a local inner city hospital that is on the verge of being closed for lack of funding. He is determined to do this by using the ill gotten gains of drug trafficking, his and that of other drug lords. Since the others apparently will not relinguish the money voluntarily, force is used, quite a bit of it as a matter of fact, to get their money and/or drugs.

Officers Dennis Gilley (David Caruso) and Thomas Flanigan (Wesley Snipes) are part of a team of cops that are looking to stop White. They are outraged that he is on the street and that they are seemingly unable to stop him by fair means. They decide to resort to foul means and end up all the worse for their efforts. Throughout the film, the line is sometimes blurred between the good guys and the bad guys. There is no happy ending here, and justice may or may not be deemed to have been served, depending upon the viewer's own subjective viewpoint.

The performances are good overall, and in particular, Fishburne's manic character, Jimmy Jump, is a good foil for Walker's coolly detached character, Frank White. This is not really a character driven movie, however, but rather a plot driven one. There is a lot of action, a lot of shootings and carnage, and some car chase scenes that will keep the viewer on edge. The violence, when it occurs, is bloody and protracted. Moreover, in addition to being bimbos and sex toys, the women also pack high powered heat and shoot with the best of them. Despite some plot holes, the film entertains, though just how entertaining the viewer will find this film will depend on the viewer's tolerance for violence.

The DVD itself is pretty much no frills, offering pretty standard features, such as widescreen, a theatrical trailer, scene access, and a music video. There is no commentary. The picture, though dark, is clear, as is the sound.
