No Match for the Androids
In an earthshaking battle, the beautiful Android 18 brings Vegeta to his knees. But before she can deliver the final blow, Trunks steps in to help. Soon an all out war between good and evil begins, with the androids gaining the upper hand. Now the unhindered androids set their sights on the ultimate prize - Goku!
Last Ditch Effort
Struggling to recover from their fight with the androids, Vegeta, Trunks, Tien and Piccolo realize a grim truth: unless they can increase their powers quickly, they have no chance against the android trio. In a drastic move, Piccolo flies to Kami's place high above the earth and makes a most unlikely proposal..
Closing In
The evil androids hit the road in hot pursuit of Goku but are delayed by some hyperactive hoodlums. Krillin and Trunks race to move Goku to a safer hiding place, while up in the clouds Kami wrestles with Piccolo's difficult offer. Everyone is scheming of ways to stop the androids, but will any of them work?
Unwelcome Discovery
With the androids close behind, the Z-fighters retreat to Master Roshi's house to plan their next move. And with Goku still in poor health, their list of options is short. Bulma makes a disquieting discovery - the wreckage of a second time capsule! Where did it come from and more importantly, who was in it?

Keeps the tension up.......2006-06-20
Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, and Tien are all quickly defeated by Androids 17 and 18. Those two reveal to Krillin that they are going to get a car and search for Goku so Android 16 can kill him. Vegeta, embarrased at his loss, flies off in fury. Piccolo takes off to ask Kame to fuse with him, in the hopes of getting strong enough to defeat the androids. Meanwhile, Krillin and Trunks go to Goku's house, and gather everyone there onto a plane so they can fly to Master Roshi's, in hopes of being safe from the androids. And everyone is in for a shock when Bulma recieves a picture of Trunk's time machine, beaten and old in the woods. Yet Trunks has his time machine right in a capsule in his pocket...
The episodes deserve 4 stars, and the fact that there are four episodes on this DVD bumbs it up to 5 stars. It's always nice having another episode than the usual 3. These episodes aren't bad, but are mostly storyline. However, it does make the viewer tense about the impending android attack, and raises a very important plot point with the discovery of the time machine, one which will extremely change the course of events in the show.
Not the best for action..........2003-02-23
To be honest, you learn A LOT from this DVD in the direction of where the Z soldiers are going.
Piccolo decides to fuse with Kami-Sama, Gokou leaves his home so the androids won't track him, and Buruma learns of another Time Machine!
However, like many DBZ episodes, there's a lot of 'wasting' time in the animation. Lots of panning out and panning in. If you're into animation, this is NOT for you. If you love the DBZ stories, then this MIGHT be for you... what I find quite annoying is that they have to have 3 episodes in order to get from one place to another, whereas they could've done it all in one episode!
Kurirrin again proves to be the guy with all the knowledge! Which is great - I love this character. But then you've got Vegeta who's annoyed he isn't the strongest guy in the universe so he goes on his usual rant...nothing we haven't seen before.
Pretty good DVD.......2001-11-23
There was much action in the beginning but the rest of the DVD was basically just the Z Fighters worrying about how they're going to defeat the androids. There were some awesome songs in both the English and the Japanese version. I definitely reccomend buying this DVD.
ANDROIDS-INVINCIBLE.......2001-06-20
THIS DVD SHOULD BE SIX STARS. IT IS THE BEST DRAGON BALL Z DVD IN THE WORLD. THIS IS THE DVD WHERE THEY FIND OUT THAT THERE IS ANOTHER TIME MACHINE. YOU NEED TO SEE THE ANDROIDS IN ACTION. LIKE THEM OR NOT THEY ARE AMAZING. YOU NEED TO GET THIS DVD. THE ONLY THING BETTER THEN THIS DVD MIGHT BE THE CONCLUSION TO THE CELL GAMES.
FINALLY.......2001-06-18
i've got nothing against vegeta i think he's 1 of the cooler characters in dbz but it's about time someone whupped his a**. plus it was a woman android who broke his arm and she took out the rest of the z fighters that where there except krillin. could something be going on between krillin and an android
