5 out of 5 stars yay! the begining!.......2007-02-18

I am SO happy too beable to watch the first episodes of Pokemon again! I have missed it since they updated the charactors and voices. The original Pokemon is by far the best and it doesnt HAVE to be just for kids. I grew up watching it and am now a teenager and i STILL love pokemon!

This DVD includes the very beging of Pokemon and everything about how it all started. Its wondeful and if you havent seen it you should definately buy it! Its cheap and fully worth it!

5 out of 5 stars How it all Began.......2006-06-24

The first time I saw this was a long time ago, I rented it.
I FINNALY got a used copy at suncoast and watched it all the way through! (yay) It was cool to see Misty again >- <
for some unknown reason the replaced her with "May" and "Max" they also replaced Brock but he came back.
I highly recommend getting this if you have not seen were it all started (the TV sires that is).

5 out of 5 stars Great DVD.......2006-02-11

The three episodes on this DVD are the episodes that started the Pokemon saga. The show is great and does not include violence,if your children enjoy the pokemon series you should definately purchase this DVD.

5 out of 5 stars How it all began.......2005-10-04

the series started off with the glimpse of the game with nidorino and gengar fighting a determined trainer watching it on tv named ash ketchum is introduced when he oversleeps the day he's supposed to get his first pokemon none are left but a spunky pikachu this is how it all began any pokemon fan should own this dvd
my opinion: their old episodes but still has as much humor and fun characters as the newer episodes

5 out of 5 stars This is great! Too bad they ruined it near 2004 though..........2005-08-09

There are some great tales in the early Pokemon series I'll probably always remember watching when I was about five or six, and this is what started my spark for loving Pokemon. (When I was seven, I had almost nine hundred Pokemon cards!) Now I'm 11, and I hate it that Pokemon has changed so much. Ash, Brock and Misty rocked just as that threesome, but later they put in that guy to replce Brock... was it Derek or something?? (Someone please correct me or I'll never sleep!) But, I'm trying to get all the earlier TV shhows on DVD, and this is the first I got. But, don't listen to me blabbering. If you're a Pokemon geek, get this DVD!
