Excellent detailed instruction on how to use each movement of the tai chi form for push hand and fighting. For each movement, Master Leung Shum first demonstrates it in push hand, then he does it again for fighting.
I found the instruction on Grasp Birl's Tail and Single Whip particularily usedful.
