I like it. Sure it lacks of fighting,and you have 5 minutes of talking, and that sucks but yamacha and krillin train in a really funny way. And gohan has this hilarious dream but i like it because cell goes is this studio b? and then the guy goes, of course it is! Call security, hurry! And then every thing goes funny. Im telling you, get this.

The Cell Games Saga.......2003-08-03

This DVD here lacks of fighting, but does have a certain interest leading up to the middle of the saga. It's about when everyone finds out about the Cell Games and decides to train while Goku and Gohan wrap up their training sessions in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. This is a cool DVD and I hope that the other parts of the saga are out on DVDs soon.

I agree with the first reviewer. It does lack of fighting, but it does have a certain interest leading up to the middle of the saga. What they've should've done is wish android 16 to be human instead of fixing him up. If that would've happened, then they could've used to namekian dragonballs for the wishes. by the way, why did FUNimation stop here with the DVD saga? I want to see the rest of the Cell Games saga!!!!

Good, but lacks in fighting.......2003-02-12

This is a great DBZ DVD, even though it hardly has any fighting in it at all. The episodes do, however, have a great storyline and some very funny humor. Also, I found out Gohan turns into a super-saiyan in the Perfect Cell Saga DVD: PERFECTION and not in this one. Here are their descriptions:

What is the Tournament?
The Z fighters clean up after the aftermath of their fight with Cell. Goku and Gohan are still training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The fighters regroup and Master Roshi tells them about what the tournament is. Cell makes the arena for the Cell Games.

The Doomsday Broadcast
Everyone gets ready for the Cell Games. Yamcha and Krillin try to train, but fail. Gohan has a halarious dream and Cell announces his Cell games to the world on TV in a really funny way.

Meet me in the Ring
Goku and Gohan finally come out of the Time Chamber, Cell continues to terrorize people and Goku goes and stares down cell.

NOTE: Again, if you want a lot of fighting, you won't find it here. However, these are some of the funniest episodes and they really build up to the Cell Games.

gohan finaly a saiyan.......2002-12-30

this is probaly one of the best sagas in the the series. Goku and Gohan finaly come out of the Hyperbolic Time chamber where they have been training. Not only that but Gohan is now a Super Saiyah-jin. they learn of what has been going while they have been gone including the tournament that cell has planned. this is probly the best saga because its the only saga where you see young gohan as a Super Saiyan. you will diffinaly want to add this one to your collection.

We were in a funk because we had just finished the Samurai Champloo series, and were searching for something to feed our anime addiction. For the past couple of years we've been hooked on Noir, Madlax, Fruits Basket, Saiyuki, R.O.D. and Cowboy Bebop. Phantom is similar to other anime in the chick assasin genre, particularly Kite. The pre-release reviews were good. We were pleasantly surprised by Phanton, and thought it deserved the write-up.

Not that good.......2006-10-10

I was excited to hear that the band was getting back to record a show. I finally tracked down the dvd and I wasn't too impressed with the sound. There were planety of mistakes, but that can be forgiven on the fact that teh group hadn't been together that long. I was wanting more from the singer. He didn't seem to have the vocals for the type of music. Its good to have for the die hard Vengenace fans though. The interview is pretty cool.
