Product Description
The children of a small peaceful town elementary school are held hostage by a madman. David Young (Richard Thomas), in this film, based on a true story. Armed with an arsenal of weapons, Young and his wife Dorsie (Wendy Crewson) figure them to be key elements in his bizarre plot to create a "brave new world." Relocated teacher Jake Downey (Robert Urich) and Emergency Management Coordinator Kathi Davidson (Jessica Steen) strive to maintain calm and order in what is a truly horrifying situation. Before the day ends, the children, Jake and Kathi learn a lesson in the true meaning of courage. The explosive situation creates for a chaotic outcome which is as unpredictable as the events preceeding it.
