They are second to none and there training has taken the Okinawan karate of Gichin Funakoshi to a new level as they implemented the pshycology of the Samurai and the philosophy of Japan into the art.
If you study Shotokan this will show you the entire kata syllabus the way it was when Funaksohi was alive plus so much more we just don't have the space to describe it all.
