Talking heads and really bad graphics. Nothing new.
Out of the Blue is by far the best UFO documentary to come along in recent years. Although I've yet to see a completely objective UFO film.

There is no stunning new footage. Why did they sell something saying there is when clearly there isn't! All it is is 90 mins of experts talking.. and talking.. and talking.. it almost put me sleep! No substance, or exciting new information. It's just them giving their opinions on the same boring crap we've heard for decades. And don't get me started on the poorly designed graphics and robotic host. I could've made this DVD myself, really! Just take a bunch of experts, sit them down and have them talk for 90 mins, and make sure to plug their books. There is nothing new in what they're saying.. it's all been said and done before under a new "clever" name.. Fastwalkers! Absolutely boring. Nothing new. Move on.

"Fastwalkers" is the kind of UFO documentary that ought to put to rest the notions that UFOs can be explained by mundane causes, and, more significantly, that we are the sole inhabitants of planet Earth. Expert testimony from retired military personel, air-line pilots and private investigators lead to the same conclusion: we are not alone.

Yet the mass media refuses to treat this subject with the seriousness it deserves and perpetuates the illusion that the UFO is irrelevant. The evidence, however, is overwhelming. I had my first flying saucer sighting back in the late 1950's and have been interested in this phenomena since then. I am an investigator for the Mutual UFO Network, have a bookcase full of books and videos on UFOs, and consider myself an expert on the subject. The 'Fastwalkers' DVD is one of the best UFO documentaries ever done and includes interviews with many of the top people studying the UFO phenomena. I would highly reccommend this video for anyone who wants to learn more about the UFO subject.

Great Cast, Disapointing Result!.......2006-04-27

A brutal war is fought to protect a remote island colony from an unnamed enemy. At its' conclusion, the British government implements a program to recruit women as companions for the occupying soldiers.

The film starts promisingly enough as we are introduced to the three sets of characters who spur the story. These being the soldiers, a few original island inhabitants (including two women involved in relationships with soldiers), and three British women who decide to come to the island in search of adventure and romance.

Conflicts ensue as the island women are thrown aside for the new British imports and the resident men grow resentful of the soldiers' arrogant presence on the island.

There are some memorable moments in the film. Ray Winstone's character is a sometimes hilarious version of Colonel Kurtz(Apocaplyse Now). However, considering the quality of the cast (Guy Pearce, Ray Winstone, Sammi Davis, Noah Taylor), this movie could have been a lot better. This was a real waste of Guy Pearce, for example.

Midway through the film the story disentgrates into a morass of confusion. While the beginning of the movie was sincere and believable the latter parts seemed contrived.

The DVD itself is bare bones (even has spelling errors in the menus) and I would recommend it more as a "rent" then a "buy."

Ash, Misty,and Brock start on the Johto League. In the first episode, the gang helps Officer Jenny get a stolen Totodile back before the trainer comes to pick it up. In the second episode, Ash teaches a baseball-pokemon trainer that being friends with your pokemon isn't just bossing them around. And in the third episode the Pincher start invading the Hercross forest.

I like this video because it shows all the new starter pokemon in this video and their voices too. Cyndaquil had a really cute voice^_^. Now let me tell a bit about these episodes. "Don't Touch That 'Dile" features Totodile, a water type pokemon. And also features Cyndaquil, a fire type and also features the legendary pokemon, Suicune! There is big trouble at Prof. Elm's lab, a Totodile has been stolen! Ash, Misty and Brock have to be detectives to solve this mystery. "The Double Trouble Header" features a new pokemon, Chikorita, a grass type. This time Ash has to battle a trainer named Casey, who is a big fan of the
Electabuzz Baseball Team. Casey has a Chikorita! Ash and Casey wanted to battle against each other. Casey loses and starts to cry. She runs in the forest and bumps into Team Rocket. Team Rocket tells her that Ash was cheating in the battle. Casey and Ash have a rematch. In the middle of the battle Team Rocket comes and steals Chikorita and Pikachu! Will Ash and Casey get their pokemon back? "A Sappy Ending" is about a pokemon called Heracross, a bug type pokemon. Ash and Friends go into a forest where the Heracross lived. A guy named Woodruff tells them that the Pinsir forest had been invaded by some bandits. Ash and Co. has to figure what has been bothering Pinsir in the Pinsir Forest. The Pinsir started to invade the Heracross Forest. Ash and Co. have to be detectives to figure out yet another problem? I hope when you buy this video you'll love it a lot.

Bad animation, suicide-inducing voice characterizations, no real plot, and a crass commercial overtone. That describes Pokemon perfectly. This stuff is just terrible, the old Speed Racer show was better.
