3 out of 5 stars Sharks that growl....hmmmmm?.......2006-10-29

Ok, I amidit, I am a SHARK MOVIE LOVER. No matter how bad they are, I have seen them anyway. When I heard about the first SHARK ATTACK movie, I got giddy in all the right places. I bought it, loved it, and then bought the 3rd and second movies. The second one has alot of problems. One: Sharks don't growl. Who ever came up with that horrid idea should shoot them selfs in the head. Two: Sound problems. Sometimes the sound is so off that you can't help but laugh. Three: The story. A pack of mutated great whites that hunt only people. Yep, that is about it. Four: The acting. Horrible, thats all there is to say about that. Everything else, the directing, the camera work, and the somewhat funny humor is ok. Best camera I have seen in a B-movie style film(Halloween doesn't count. Because it is so much better than this movie). Watch if you must but don't buy it.

2 out of 5 stars good effects bad script.............2006-08-05

I had to say Shark Attack 1 was a better film and there was only 3 things i liked about this film-

1. Good special effects
2. I didnt have to see the first one.
3. People acually have graphic deaths {Not deaths that are like cgi graphics}

I'd get watch this movie if i had to kill some time. Thats all i could say.

4 out of 5 stars It's good, especcially considering..........2006-08-03

It's a good movie, especcially considering that people see "Jaws" as the movie shark movies should live up to

Well, considering people would probably want to know how this compares to "Jaws":

It has forshadowing, unlike Jaws. It has characters that are actually remotely interesting, unlike Jaws. It has a plot that takes more than three words to summerise, unlike Jaws. The sharks are actually threatening, unlike Jaws.

The movie also features a kind of Steve Irwin-like character, who films himself in shark-related videos, putting himself in danger for very little reason. The sharks are also mutated, making them attack people.

1 out of 5 stars Plastic sharks. Horrible flick.......2006-06-14

This was so stupid. Intelligent sharks that swim in schools terrorize a
local tourist beach community. Complete with direct rip-0ffs from
"Jaws," and combined footage of real sharks with plastic and inflatable
toy sharks. Also the shark thinks it's a lion as it growls before and
during attacks. People underwater with scuba gear can talk, and scream
easily too..Hmmmm..LOL..If you like bad films, you might wanna see how
stupid and cheap this is. There is plenty nof unintentional humor here. But I cannot give it any better than 1 star. Because that's what it is. A one star mega low budget film. Bad actors. Bad script. Bad director. Bad special effects. But if you hate bad movies, stay away...
Truly for lovers of below "B" grade films only.

2 out of 5 stars THERE'S ALWAYS JAWS.......2006-06-09

With the exception of JAWS and possibly DEEP BLUE SEA, you could take all these shark attack movies and lump them together; just change the actors, sometimes the location, but you end up with the same thing: poor special effects, so-so acting and some occasional laughs and/or thrills. This entry like the other two SHARK ATTACK movies is generic fluff, with little novelty or variety to distinguish it. The cast of Thorsten Kaye (as the studly hero), Nikita Alger (the hot diver) and Daniel Alexander (the studly if obnoxious Steve Irwin clone) gamely tries to breathe life, but this is just another movie in which the shark should have eaten the whole bunch.

    Product Description

Shark Attack: A marine biologist heads for Port Amanzi in Africa after his friend, Mark DeSantis, is supposedly a victim of a fatal shark attack. DeSantis had been conducting research on a series of shark attacks in the area prior to his death and now his friend, along with DeSantis' sister, takes up the research and finds that the sharks may not be the only threat in Port Amanzi. Shark Attack 2: Danger stalks the beautiful beaches of Hawaii in this action-packed drama. Dr. Nick West (Thorsten Kaye) is a marine biologist hired to deal with the results of an experiment in genetics a mutated breed of great white sharks with an especially fearsome disposition. West soon discovers some of the sharks have gotten loose while being transported to a aquarium and are helping themselves to the windsurfers along a once-quiet Hawaiian shoreline. West teams up with Roy Bishop (Daniel Alexander), a veteran shark fisherman from Australia, to capture the deadly creatures before they can claim any more victims; assisting them is Samatha Sharp (Nikita Ager), a beautiful woman whose sister was killed when one of the mutant sharks attacked them while swimming. This sequel to Shark Attack received its United States debut on the USA cable network. Shark Attack 3: Megalodon: A very large shark has been terrorizing the workers trying to install an underwater cable of the coast of Mexico, so a resort security diver (John Borrowman) takes it upon himself to put a stop to the killing. However, a tooth he finds is identified by researcher Cat Stone (Jennifer McShane) to be from not a shark, but a prehistoric megalodon, thought to be extinct for 24 million years. With a crew of victims er, sailors they set out to hunt the beast. But little do they know, the big shark attacking their boat and eating their crewmembers are the babies, and their mother is really, really big and angry.
