Description
In Japan there are some great masters and then there are those who raise the bar several notches higher then the rest do. Master Saito has done that in this 3 DVD set on Aikido where he not only teaches the empty hand techniques of Aikido but he also shows the sword attacking and defense techniques plus he also teacches his favourite weapon the classic Aikido weapon "JO".
What this man teaches can only be summed up with the phrase "thank God some one captured this stuff on 16mm back in the 1960's or it would have been lost to antiquity.
This high quality Black and white footage was recently found in the archives of a top level Judoka who bought it after reading the masters books Traditional Aikido which had the advertisements for the 8mm films inside the book.
Plus there is a full blown ddemonstration of Master Saito plus much much more.
