For devoted fans and nonfans alike, Spider-Man offers nothing less--and nothing more--than what you'd expect from a superhero blockbuster. Having proven his comic-book savvy with the original Darkman, director Sam Raimi brings ample energy and enthusiasm to Spidey's origin story, nicely establishing high-school nebbish Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) as a brainy outcast who reacts with appropriate euphoria--and well-tempered maturity--when a "super-spider" bite transforms him into the amazingly agile, web-shooting Spider-Man. That's all well and good, and so is Kirsten Dunst as Parker's girl-next-door sweetheart. Where Spider-Man falls short is in its hyperactive CGI action sequences, which play like a video game instead of the gravity-defying exploits of a flesh-and-blood superhero. Willem Dafoe is perfectly cast as Spidey's schizoid nemesis, the Green Goblin, and the movie's a lot of fun overall. It's no match for Superman and Batman in bringing a beloved character to the screen, but it places a respectable third. --Jeff Shannon

Spiderman PG-13
Sam Raimi

This movie is about an ordinary boy named Peter Parker who is played by Toby Maguire gets the unexpected when a spider bite changes life. Later that day Peter's dad also gets the unexpected when he was testing a formula on him for the air force but something went wrong. When Peter finds out he has to defeat he green goblin learns what his uncle Ben said to Peter before he got shot with great power comes great responsibility. Peter also must protect M.J. who gets in a lot of trouble. Now Spider man must save New York City from the green goblin.
I think that this greatly written movie deserves a two thumbs up and I would rate this movie a 9/10.
This movie was really great but should not be seen by like really young kids because there was little to much violence for those kinds of kids.

SPIDER-MAN

In the beginning of the movie Spider-man, a nerdy kid named Peter Parker got bit by a spider during a field trip to a museum / lab. The spider gave him special powers. He was able to climb walls, and squart webs. Then he started making costumes. After that he looked for cars to buy in the news paper. But, he needed to fine a way to get the money. He found a way it was wrestling the prize was $3000 if you can last 3minutes in the ring with Bone Saw. Spider-man (Peter Parker) won in 2minutes. There for he ended up getting $100. At the same time Peter was getting the money a robber came in and stole all the money. He killed Uncle Ben for the car. Spider-man follwed him to a building the robber backed up fell out of a window and ended dieing. Peter made a new costume, and later in the movie he met the green goblin. When Aunt May, Mary Jane, a Peter Parker, Harry, and his father Norman Osborn were eating a big dinner, the green goblin found out Spider-Man was Peter Parker. IN the end when the green goblin died Peter Parker saw that he was Norman Osborn.
I thought that this was a very good movie especially the ending. I recommend this to every one in the world. I guarantee you'll like it.

5 out of 5 stars Great service.......2007-06-09

What is left to say? Amazon's service is great - and the movie was delivered as though I just picked it up from the manufacturer.

Spiderman was not a movie typical of my normal purchases, but I'm glad I bought it. It has a great story line and has something for everyone - even women like the movie. The movie industry has worked hard to make their movies more appealing to a wider audience, and they hit a home run with this one.

5 out of 5 stars Superheros and Comic Gods - Our Modern Mythos.......2007-06-05

A lovely, good-looking and fine-spirited adventure of a boy and his commitments to self, as he passes into adult spider-hood. Spiderman is a modern myth, our hero is the anonymous Perseus, the successful Icarus, masked for humility, or vanity's sake.

The familial threads are touching, and Cliff Robertson's `Uncle Ben' might get you welling at the eyes. The story is well-fleshed and animated, and sometimes, too plucky.

Sam Raimi is so versed in light-comic storytelling that he doesn't miss an opportunity to goose the material good-naturedly. Perhaps a silent moment or two would have added a touch of grandeur.

But he gets so much right, and it's joyous, and so much fun you forgive it it's occasional silliness.

Superheroes in ancient and modern myth are often overgrown boys propelled by a loss of family.. they seek their father's approval and to re-attach with their lost mothers..

Superman, orphaned in space, is nothing without earth, and his adopted earth-mother is Metropolis... Batman was orphaned in Gotham City, the place he returns to enact constant, remorseful vengeance, seeking catharsis for his anger.

And Peter Parker, parentless, but raised by loving relatives, takes flight in the only American city with a downtown long and tall enough to support his peculiar gifts; New York, which he protects, even as it torments him. It supplies both an endless series of potential casualties for him to save and quiet hiding places far above the noise of the world.

Whatever flaws you can find in costuming, line-reading, etc, you'll be enchanted by the freedom and power of his impossible movement...the inspiring beauty of his muscular near-flight, held aloft on sticky organic threads spewed and strewn among the arches and shoulders of his mothering, antagonistic, tormenting, beloved and inextricable city.

Less raunchy than Tommy and more conventional than Tron, The Wizard also revolves around gaming. There's even a Bridges on board. In Tron it was Jeff, in The Wizard it's Beau. As opposed to the rock opera's pinball-playing "deaf, dumb, and blind kid," however, quasi-catatonic Jimmy (Luke Edwards) is a video game wiz. While the nine-year-old lives with his mother, half-brothers Corey (Fred Savage, circa The Wonder Years) and Nick (Christian Slater, fresh from Heathers) live with their father, Sam (Bridges). When Jimmy, who recently lost his sister, is placed in a home, Corey busts him out for a trip to California. (Today, Jimmy's condition would be labeled post-traumatic stress disorder.) As they're leaving Utah, they join forces with gaming enthusiast Haley (Rilo Kiley's Jenny Lewis), who suggests LA's National Video Game Championships. So, off they go by foot, skateboard, and the kindness of strangers. Sam, Nick, and obnoxious bounty hunter Putnam (Will Seltzer) are close behind. The outcome may be a foregone conclusion--the fractured family makes their peace--but The Wizard still offers a nostalgic, Nintendo-laden look at 1980s gamer culture (Power Glove, Super Mario Bros. 3, etc.). Plus, sharp-eyed viewers will spot Toby Maguire milling around before the showdown at Universal Studios Theme Park. If not for the hitchhiking, gambling, and reckless automotive destruction--after Putnam takes a knife to Sam's tires, Sam smashes his headlights with a shovel--the movie would be appropriate for all ages. In other words, it earns its PG rating. --Kathleen C. Fennessy

Co-starring Beau Bridges and Christian Slater, it's an inside look at the world of video gamers that will have you cheering the whole way.

4 out of 5 stars Very good 80's comedy-drama!.......2007-06-04

13 year old Corey (Fred Savage) has a young troubled brother named Jimmy (Luke Edwards) who is about to be sent to an insitute and both run away together. Jimmy's special talent is mastering video games and together they join up with a girl (Jenny Lewis) as they must go to California to enter the video game championship.

Highly entertaining and funny comedy drama that has been considered as a 100 minute commercial for Nintendo, Universal Studios and Hostess is quite a blast to watch. The acting is good especially from Beau Bridges and Christian Slater with a cameo appearence by Tobey Mcguire, the film is notable for giving gamers a sneak preview to "Super Mario Bros. 3".

The DVD is pratically bareboned with no trailer or extras at all but that's ok cause the picture is quite good and so is the sound.

5 out of 5 stars I love the power glove... it's so bad.......2007-03-19

This is from beginning to end, a Nintendo ad. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great movie, but it is what it is. This movie also debuted one of the best Nintendo games of all time, Super Mario Bros. 3. It was great; you get hopped up on candy and popcorn and coke and then get to watch a huge Nintendo movie AND get to see action shots of the newest Super Mario game. The movie, surprisingly, has a depth to it (despite all the Nintendo references).
The movie is about a little boy who is emotionally scarred from an earlier event (you find out the event later in the movie). It's found out, though, that he's a wizard at video games. Through a series of events, they end up at a video game competition.

Don't miss the best one-liner/Nintendo ad ever: "I love the power glove, it's so bad!"

Bottom line: It's a good movie and I would recommend it to any Nintendo fan or anyone who wants to remember what 80's movies are all about.

5 out of 5 stars Super! Nintendo!.......2007-03-13

If I could have 10 DVDs on a desert island, nine of them would be this movie and the tenth would be Schindler's List.

The Wizard is not the movie about Dorothy and the dwarves, nor is it the movie about Diana Ross and Michael Jackson singing and whooping it up as they go down the yellow block road. It is, instead, a movie about Fred Savage, his goofy little challenged brother, and an awesome Nintendo championship.

This movie pits David against Goliath, in an Orwellian-like fantasyland with Power Gloves, road trips, and the comic stylings of Beau Bridges. But at its heart, this movie is about brotherly love and how fun is it that Fred Savage (who we all adored as the lil' brother on The Wonder Years Show) now gets to turn the tables and be the older brother. Now that is some acting!

As his goofy little brother pines away for California, you'll be pining away for more gritty and romp-filled scenes, and you will get them in spades! This is not just a movie about Nintendo, but really about the triumph of the human spirit (over Luigi and Princess Toadstool).

They have made many movies about Nintendo championships, but this one puts it in a historical context that in no way feels dated today. It is kind of a life-changing film, and if you see it you will probably hate every other movie you've seen before it and every one you have yet to see in your future.

If you don't like this movie, you are probably a sad person with very little prospects.

No film better portrays the powerful emotions of hope, courage, and friendship. But Old Yeller soon proves he is anything but "yellow" when he protects the family farm and saves Travis' life. From its charming simplicity to its gripping conclusion, the drama, humor and heart of OLD YELLER belong in everyone's collection. SAVAGE SAM: Now discover what happens next in SAVAGE SAM, the sequel to Walt Disney's classic adventure OLD YELLER, where adopting a new pup sets the stage for more thrills in the untamed West. It's important to note that Spike Lee's drama is not titled Son of Sam. Summer of Sam doesn't chronicle the killer as much as the times: the blistering hot summer of 1977 when the Big Apple's psyche was taken hostage by the lone gunman. We spot the killer (Michael Badalucco) in his mad ramblings, but the film centers on two friends from the Bronx: Vinny and Ritchie (John Leguizamo, Adrien Brody). Vinny and his wife, Dionna (Mira Sorvino), bury a bad marriage (he cheats at a drop of a hat) in the disco halls of the area. Ritchie returns to the neighborhood sporting punk hair, punk clothes, and a British accent that immediately infuriates the neighborhood boys oozing far too much testosterone. Cops, local mob leaders, and the guys on the street all have ideas who the killer is; neighborhood loners to Reggie Jackson (in the midst of World Series heroism) are on their misguided lists of suspects. When the film looks at how the citizens faced the fearful times, Lee scores with his energetic camerawork and pop soundtrack. Yet the film is banal in its domestic dramatics. The film takes large detours into Vinny's home sex life (stagnant) and Ritchie's extracurricular activities. One of the marriage arguments--though real and well acted--is so long and cliché-ridden you wonder if someone fell asleep in the editing booth. Add the point-blank killings and nonstop vulgarity and you have Lee's most unpleasant film. --Doug Thomas

Description

The dynamic John Leguizamo (SPAWN, EXECUTIVE DECISION) is teamed with Academy Award(R)-winner Mira Sorvino (Best Supporting Actress, 1996, MIGHTY APHRODITE) in an electrifying, must-see movie that takes you back to New York City's infamous summer of 1977! The heat is soaring to record highs, blackouts are filling the streets with looters ... and the murders of a man who calls himself the Son of Sam are gripping the giant city in fear! As friends in a small Italian neighborhood become obsessed with the idea that Son of Sam is someone nearby, the madman's fearsome plague of terror becomes the catalyst that prompts relationships to fall apart and trust to disintegrate into dread! Also starring Adrien Brody (THE THIN RED LINE) and Jennifer Esposito (I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER), this powerful motion picture tells the gritty and hard-edged story about one nightmare season in the city that never sleeps!

Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Shakey facade for pornography.......2007-04-30

This movie has all the marks of a bad porno movie; one animalistic and unrealistic sex scene after another loosely strewn together with a thin and uninspiring plot. One has a difficult time remembering the basic plot premise when every other scene is one more perversion splashed on the screen as if in attempts to shock us more than the previous scene. If you watch it at all, be sure you have the remote handy to fast-forward. Doing so will help you focus on what little plot their is and lesson the time you waste which you could have spent watching something worthwhile. If the Son of Sam murders of the late 1970's are your interest, you will find precious little about it here so do not bother. It is a very sad that Spike Lee, with hints of true talent, could release something that would not even pass for mediocre pornography - much less serious drama.

4 out of 5 stars Not a big fan of the Spikester.......2007-03-22

but, I do give credit when credits due. The movie was very well done, the cast was sincere and portrayed their characters with a real-ness that was believable. The dumb as dirt New York Italian men, the long suffering woman who can't enjoy sex but are as neurotic as the men who kept them down. And don't forget the humidity, which, I'm sure, if anyone ever did a scientific survey, would show more violence is committed in the sweltering summer than winter. The always entertaining and talented, John Leguizamo adds much to the overall sleazey, horrific, humidity laden story. Enjoy!

1 out of 5 stars Spike lee is a horrible director.......2007-02-01

During the sweltering summer of 1977, the notorious killer Son of Sam set New York City on edge. An accidental encounter with the homicidal maniac sends the life of a philandering Bronx hairdresser named Vinny (John Leguizamo) spinning out of control. As the police and vigilantes hunt the killer, Vinny's life unravels amid a haze of suspicion, drugs and promiscuity.

This film has the distinction of being the hands-down worst film I ever saw in the theater. It's so bad that I use it as a basis of comparison for other bad films "Dead Man on Campus? That's about a 30% Summer of Sam" "Last Action Hero? That's a 75% Summer of Sam" When I saw this film in the theater, about half the audience walked out in disgust and the other half toked up and watched the rest of the film high. I was in neither of these categories, sufficing to sit quietly, painfully, begging for it all to end. John Leguizamo should never be allowed near a camera again.

Didn't we learn our lesson from Spawn? Yikes, Lee, give it up. I mean, it'd be one thing to make bad films that have some sort of unintentional comedic quality so that at least those who are not awed by your B.S. can have a good chuckle or two, but your films are just painful to watch. Right after we got out of the theater, I screamed "I must watch a decent movie! Anything, I don't care! Let me have faith in film again!A little advice...Hey Spike, how about a movie about the serial killer next time?!

4 out of 5 stars Spike Lee captures the reality of Summer in New York City - Bad vibes.......2006-11-30

I think this is clearly Spike Lee's best movie. I am not a great fan of Spike Lee - I think he is a pretty repulsive individual and his movies generally fall down into hatred of White people, pornography and just general disrespect of everyone, especially women, but I will give Spike Lee credit that he does have a very good understanding for the look and feel of New York City in his time (70s) - he understands the hostile vibes of the street, various different racial, ethnic, class parts of New York City, with the various groups falling down into the same bad, hostile vibes. Summer of Sam shows you how disgusting and hateful New York City can become in the hot, hot Summer. Also, Lee does a great job of depicting a very interesting lower middle class Italian community that is completely hostile to all outsiders - all, hostile to Blacks, hostile to upper class White suburbanites that might want to date an Italian girl from the neighborhood, hostile to anything "different" like British punk rock music and a local guy from the neighborhood who tries to act like a British punk. The movie is very vulgar and violent, but yeah, New York City in the late 70s was violent and hostile. One of the best movies about New York.

This film was so bad that the scenes in the ltalian restaurant didn't even make me hungry

This African tale follow the rhythms of director Carroll Ballard's earlier films The Black Stallion and Fly Away Home, namely a child is drawn into the mysteries and magic of an animal. Xan (newcomer Alexander Michaletos) is a 12-year-old living in South Africa with his parents (Campbell Scott and Hope Davis, who appeared as a much different couple three years earlier in The Secret Life of Dentists) when they find an abandoned baby cheetah. They bring it up as their own and name it the Swahili word for cheetah, Duma. After some time, the creature is too big to stay domesticated and Dad tells the boy they will have to journey back to Duma's home to set him free. A sickness makes the family pull up stakes and head to the city where Xan and Duma don't fare well. Xan must take Duma on his own to set him free. To tell more would be a crime. As with any Ballard film, the story is subtext, the visuals rule. First-time cinematographer Werner Maritz fills the screen with the desert landscape and is able to capture the magnificent speed of the cheetah. Ballard's films seem to build on their own inertia, creating scenes that seem to be simply happening instead of scripted, although this often suffers in the balance of wonderment versus all-too-lucky occurrences. Based on the children's picture book/memoir How It Was with Dooms by Xan and Carol Cawthra Hopcraft, this is a film worth seeking out, especially for families and kids above 5 years old. --Doug Thomas

Description

Carroll Ballard (The Black Stallion, Fly Away Home) directs the exciting story of 12-year-old Xan (Alexander Michaletos), who decides to return the cheetah he raised from a cub to the wild instead of allowing pursuers to place it in captivity. Harsh South African landscapes, stalking lions, crocodiles, river rapids and a mysterious drifter (Eamonn Walker) who may intend to turn the big cat in for cash - all will test Xan's courage and resolve. Join him in this tale of growing up and letting go. It's a journey you won't want to miss.

5 out of 5 stars Great movie for everyone!.......2007-05-23

I was afraid this movie might be a little on the corny side, but I was pleasantly surprised. The storyline is engaging and original, with good characters and funny twists and turns. I was engaged to the very end. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially those who like animals and desert vistas. The movie has a good moral without being too sappy or unoriginal. This is a great movie for both kids and adults.

5 out of 5 stars A story of hope, friendship, adventure and love.......2007-05-13

A beautiful combination of a coming of age movie and a wildlife adventure.
Xan (Alexander Michaletos) and his parents, living on a farm in South Africa, fina a baby cheeetah and raise it. After the boy's father (Campbell Scott) falls ill and dies, the boy and his mother must move to an apartment in Johannesburg, where the cheetah, Duma, causes an escapade at Xan's school, and Xan, rather than seeing Duma, taken into captivity, embarks on an adventure to release the cheetah into it's home enviroment.

Through the savannah of Africa, Xan and Duma befriends an adorable bushbaby (galago)-my favourite character- and a drifter known as Ripkuna (Eamonn Walker). After much adventure and encounters with the fauna of Africa, in a beatifully shot movie, the story is happily resolved-It is beautiful seeing Duma find a mate.
A move of hope, friendship, adventure and love.

Dark, unsettling, and intriguing, Paranoia Agent confirms Satoshi Kon's position as one of the most interesting directors currently working in Japan. A baseball bat-wielding adolescent randomly attacks five people in Tokyo, each of whom is grappling with a serious problem. Toy designer Tsukiko endures tremendous pressure to repeat her previous success; bottom-feeding journalist Kawazu desperately needs money. Popular sixth grader Yuuichi feels threatened by the new kid in his class, the dumpy nerd Usshi. Yuuichi's tutor Harumi is a compassionate scholar by day; at night, she becomes Maria, a sleazy hooker. The seemingly purposeless violence of Lil' Slugger (originally Shounen Bat, literally "Bat Boy"), also disrupts the lives of police detectives Maniwa and Karino, and their corrupt boss Hirukawa. As he did in Perfect Blue, Kon deliberately blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy: Does Tsukikio's stuffed toy really talk to her? Which is Harumi's true personality? A noteworthy series from an important artist. This set includes all four volumes of the series. (Rated 16 and older: violence, sexual situations, brief nudity, alcohol and tobacco use) --Charles Solomon

Description

"When the darkness overcomes the heart, Little Slugger appears...." After the first victim's story, the police felt the overly stressed woman was having a breakdown and lied to cover-up for some crime. However, after the third and fourth attacks upon unrelated victims led to the same description of a young attacker with a golden baseball bat and in-line skates, the police had to wonder- is the "Lil' Slugger" real or a sinister phantom? Box Set contains all four volumes in series.

there are quite a few things i like about this title. good ideas, things that crack me up and social truths that come out in this.
all in all it gets pretty boring though. after a few episodes the excitement over the angle of this show fades and it just kind of drags on with the occasional perk here and there.

I found this box set by accident when I was looking for some anime. Having now watched it I'm glad I did find it. In it's entiraty it's like 4 seperate anime's which have been interlinked. I would recommend this to fans of any anime. Also invest in the american version.

This is one of the best shows out the date. Not as good as (Samurai Champloo or Texhnolyze) but still good. The story moves at a great pace. This show is enjoyable yet very complex. This series is a dark anime. Lil' Slugger got issues he has nothing better to do but to skate around and bash people over the head with a crucked shounen baseball bat. Or is he even real?

Product Description

Average teenager Peter Parker is transformed into an extraordinary super hero after he is accidentally bitten by a radioactive spider. When his beloved uncle is savagely murdered during a robbery, young Peter vows to use his powers to avenge his death. Deeming himself "Spider-Man ," he sets about ridding the streets of crime, bringing him into conflict with malevolent super-villain "Green Goblin."

5 out of 5 stars Great movie , sound and image.......2007-05-29

It worths it to own it as one the the Sci-fi modern Classics, wonderful F/X, sound and photo, very entertaining movie, great actors

a very boring "comedy." no jokes, not funny, slow, tedious, incomprehensible plot, yet when comprehensible, an idiotic plot. the only bright spot is of course, MM. in it you will hear her real, natural voice, which i found interesting. yet you can hear her real voice in other early works other than this mundane movie.

4 out of 5 stars A Window to the Early 1950's.......2005-08-03

As Young As You Feel" is a modest budget early 50's B&W comedy. While the creative people were experimenting with 'film noir' and 'neo-realism', the studios were cranking out stuff like this for a traditional audience. This adaptation of a story by Paddy Chayefsky was made during the McCarthy years, so the social satire aspect could only be subtly subversive. The themes (balancing work and play, doing work that gives you personal satisfaction, and maintaining your integrity) give the film a worthwhile message and are not delivered in an overbearing manner.

Monty Woolley (as John Hodges) carries the film as a printer who is pushed into retirement at age 65 and decides to impersonate the president of the holding company that owns the printing plant where he worked. This sets up a sort of 'Being There' effect, where his views on national affairs become an inspiration to the whole country. David Wayne (who would eventually play the Mad Hatter on "Batman") plays his prospective son-in-law and their scenes are all gems, partly because they have a real chemistry and partly because they got the best dialogue. The best scene is the opening, a very well staged scene of the company orchestra playing the "Nutcracker": the camera opens on a promotional poster, pans left and takes us into the concert hall as a little girl scurries her seat. The camera moves around in the crowd where we meet most of the main characters. Hodges is playing one of the piccolos and he soon launches into an impromptu solo, much to the annoyance of the guest conductor and an accurate preview of what his role will be throughout the film.

This film is fairly entertaining but is most valuable as a cultural artifact. Because it was not a high budget production the cast is almost entirely older stars at the very end of their careers (like Wooley and Constance Bennett) and young actors at the beginning (Wayne, Jean Peters, and Marilyn Monroe-in a small part). So there is a kind of torch passing at work. It is also hints at Monroe's special screen presence which somehow allowed her beat the Hollywood starlet system. She and Peters were the same age (both were born in 1926) and had both started too late in the movie business. By this film they had already lost all the youthful luster of their early 20's (check out how much better Peters looked two years earlier in 'It Happens Every Spring' and Monroe before she became a blonde), yet Monroe was somehow able to transcend this and become a big star.

Arthur Miller said of Monroe: "She was rarely taken seriously as anything but a sex symbol. To have survived, she would have had to be either more cynical or even further from reality than she was. Instead, she was a poet on a street corner trying to recite to a crowd pulling at her clothes."

Then again, what do I know? I'm only a child.

5 out of 5 stars An Absolute Delight!!.......2005-06-09

What a fun film! This is one for the entire family- The premise of course no longer applies, with people being forced to retire at age 65, but the comedy transends time! All the actors are great, and naturally Monty Woolley is the funniest of all- They just don't make films like this anymore and that is the shame of it. This genre of the 50's can never be duplicated, don't pass this one by-

3 out of 5 stars cute comedy.......2005-04-02

Thelma Ritter, Monty Woolley and Constance Bennett star in AS YOUNG AS YOU FEEL, a breezy comedy satire about an ageing worker in a printing firm who simply refuses to retire!

This has been issued (along with several other features) as supplements to the 'Marilyn Monroe Diamond Collection' box sets. AS YOU AS YOU FEEL is one of her earliest features, though her role is really only slightly bigger than a cameo. It's pretty clear that Fox was unsure how to fully market Monroe and was leary as to her potential.

Twentieth Century-Fox placed Marilyn in supporting roles at the beginning of her contract. These were mostly B-comedies, where she more often than not played a secretary or the sexy girl neighbour. Perhaps her best 'bit role' came when she played Miss Caswell in ALL ABOUT EVE. Monroe really got her first big acting role as Nell in the eerie noir drama DON'T BOTHER TO KNOCK (and that same year she played opposite Barbara Stanwyck in CLASH BY NIGHT).

AS YOU AS YOU FEEL is a must-own for Marilyn completists, though the show rightly belongs to Ritter, Woolley and Co.

3 out of 5 stars Oh dear..........2005-05-06

Wow. This is one of Richard Franklin's first films who'd go on to do GOOD films in the ninties. He's probably the only director whose made the transition from porno to corporate thriller so smoothly... and he's Australian too... We all know about those AUSTRALIAN films now don't we? Crocodiles and... er... Bill Hunter... Anyway this film is really rank but some nice looking ladies in the first half.

Watch it for Rene Bond.
